This review might be hard to write. On 7.9.23, we came here for dinner. Once we were seated, I went to use the restroom. Let's just say the way I found it was not suitable for use. I immediately walked out and notified a server to advise a manager. He apologized multiple times, but the person he sent did a half a clean-up job, and what I found earlier on the floor in the handicap stall could still be seen. I ordered the sirloin and fettuccine, and hubby ordered the soup and salad. Food and service were decent.

Me and my man had a date night here. Love how consistent this place is. The bread sticks and salad are always lit, and the spaghetti and meatballs were really good. Our waiter gave great service as well. Love coming here!! Came back last week for another date. Think everyone had the same idea because it was the weekend following Valentine's Day.So it was very crowded. But food was good as always. Had the tour of Italy and strawberry limoncello margarita.

Our server was excellent and the manager and I think the owner also stopped by to ask about our experience and that was indeed great customer service. The food portion is very large but too much cheese for me! Overall a pleasant experience.

Great server. Didn't have to wait long for a table. One of the better Olive Garden locations I've been to between Maryland and New York!

We went on a Sunday afternoon. As soon as we walked in, we noticed the whole place smelled like dirty mop water. We toughed it out though and got a table. Our waiter seemed really stressed and overworked. By the time he asked about our drinks we were ready to order, by the time he asked how we were doing we were ready for the check. Food was what I expected! I didn't go for fine Italian dining, I wanted zuppa toscana, a Mountain of bread sticks, and way too much Alfredo, and that's exactly what I got. Overall I think if we go back it'll be for carry out, the atmosphere and the service were just not cutting it.

Just visited again (8/27/23) and sat in the bar area. Ryan B. served us while running the bar. We was super attentive, personable, highly knowledgeable about the menu changes. We ordered the ravioli carbonara, one with shrimp and one with chicken. We'll definitely be asking for his section in the future.

Enjoyed my birthday here with my girlfriend. It's been a while since I've last visited this location. Usually, it is busy but not on a Thursday after 3:00 pm. The atmosphere was calm & quaint. The waitress was pleasant & attentive. Food was brought in a timely manner. Ordered the Tour of Italy & Strawberry Bellini; impartial about the Parmesan Chicken as it was too salty. Overall, I still give a 4-star rating as they treated me well.

Had a 12 person top for my boyfriends birthday yesterday, our server Alton G., was absolutely phenomenal. He was extremely attentive and continuously made sure that we had what we needed. He brought out my boyfriends drinks/meals first (loved that), the apps, drinks, and dinners also came out for the rest of the table very quickly. It was all delicious! To top it off, we had a few separate groups that all needed to pay separately, Alton handled this flawlessly by printing off checks with everyone's meals/drinks separately (and he didn't get anything wrong). This is a total turn around from 2 years ago when we had a similar party/situation. Make sure you get Alton as your server when you visit!

This had one of the worst customer services we had in a long while. To start, it took 20 minutes before someone came to see us. Then, 5 minutes of arguing between that waitress and "our" waitress to actually get service. After another 15 minute wait, we got our breadsticks, cold soup, and sad underdressed salad. After finishing, we waited about another 20 minutes before our overly salted dinners to come out. Actual salt would have been easier to eat then the food. After trying to finish our food, we asked for the check 3 times. It wasn't until the manager came, that we were finally able to pay the bill and leave. It will be a long while before I come here again.
