Flawless!
Firstly,
I
do
wanted
to
apologise
if
my
review
is
quite
late.
We
stayed
at
the
Hotel
Becquer
for
almost
2
weeks
during
April
2022Easter
Break.
We
are
a
family
(
2
adults
and
2
young
children).
I
booked
directly
from
their
website,
and
added
the
romantic
package.
Prior
arrival,
I
have
emailed
the
team
if
I
can
request
for
a
milk
for
my
children.
I
am
not
sure
if
the
shops
are
still
open
when
our
flights
arrive,
we
arrived
nearly
1am.
Checking
in
was
smooth,
quick,
and
the
reception
staff
is
very
warm
and
welcoming.
The
same
gentleman
also
accompanied
us
to
our
room
bringing
my
children's
warm
milk.
It's
always
the
thought
(even
at
the
slightest)
that
counts.
Room:The
room
is
comfortable,
air-conditioning
is
working
well
and
not
noisy,
the
room
is
quiet,
clean
and
smell
nice.
The
floor
is
wooden,
quite
unique.
Toiletries
are
plentiful,
soaps
shampoo
conditioner,
toothbrushes
and
a
mini
colgate
toothpaste
are
provided.
although
we
did
not
use
them
as
we
have
used
our
own.
Room
is
also
cleaned
everyday.
Location:
In
our
opinion,
the
major
tourist
spots
are
all
within
walking
distance
and
many
good
restaurants
nearby.
Swimming
pool:
we
did
try
to
use,
as
my
kids
love
swimming,
but
unfortunately
the
water
in
the
pool
is
freezing
cold.
Maybe
it
is
bearable/
better
during
summer
months.
Anna,
the
Guest
manager
have
been
so
very
helpful.
She
is
such
a
star.
She
have
helped
us
with
booking
our
transfers
to
Granada.
We
struggled
with
the
website
(renfe)
so
she
had
to
call
the
renfe
office,
although
we
end
up
using
a
bus
after
almost
an
hour
call
with
renfe.
Mainly
due
to
renfe
seat
allocation
(
for
a
family,
we
are
unable
to
get
my
kids
seated
together
with
us
and
we
will
be
on
seperate
coach).
We
ended
up
booking
transfer
with
Alsa
(bus)
we
couldn't
have
booked
it
without
her
help.
As
we
we're
there
during
Easter,
the
hotel
provided
us
with
the
details
of
procession.
As
the
procession
passes
the
Hotel
and
it
can
be
crowded.
We
are
fortunate
to
see
Sevilla
on
two
different
perspective.
Our
first
week
without
procession
and
our
second
week
we
witnessed
howwonderful
and
how
grand
they
celebrate
semana
santa.
Yes
busy
and
can
interrupt
transport,
but
we
can
still
able
to
and
from
hotel.
The
tmosphere
is
so
wonderful.
Very
family
oriented
and
friendly.
During
our
stay
my
2
young
kids
learned
about
semana
santa
and
started
joining
the
crowd
so
they
can
get
free
sweeties
etc
from
the
Confradias.
Although
I
have
Philippines
background
and
familiar
with
semana
santa.
In
sevilla
its
bigger,
and
has
its
own
unique
touch,
we
noticed
how
these
event
evolve
about
family.
Wherever
we
looked
at
wherever
we
are
(cafe,
bar,
restaurants)
families
are
celebrating.
It's
such
a
unique
experience
for
all
of
us.
Breakfast
is
great.
We
only
used
the
breakfast
buffet
ce
twice
on
our
first
ay
and
last
day.
The
hot
food
menu
aside
from
eggs
does
change
so
mind.
I
thought
I
will
get
that
Spanish
sausage
again
on
our
last
day
:)
There
are
lots
of
bread,
pastries,sweets
and
yes
there
is
a
Spanish
cheesecake,
different
type
of
omelettes,
cereals,
cheese
and
ham.
There
is
a
cofee
machine
and
orange
presser
too
that
my
7
yr
old
daughter
enjoyed,
both
machine
is
just
push
buttoned.
Bar:
We
ordered
via
phone
a
bottle
of
Cava.
Delivered
very
quickly
by
a
lovely
gentleman.
Again
so
warm,
and
very
cheerful.
Anna
and
the
entire
staff
had
done
thee
"best
service"
we
ever
had.
From
the
very
first
person
that
checked
us
in,
the
reception
staff,
regardless
busy,
still
greeted
us
daily
with
a
smile,
the
security
gentleman
who
is
so
friendly
to
my
children
thank
you!
,
buffet
restaurant
service,
the
cleaning
team.
Really
it
is
Hotel
Becquer
staff
that
is
the
reason
why
this
hotel
is
perfect
and
why
we
will
choose
this
hotel
again
when
we
go
back
to
Sevilla.
Thank
you
for
making
our
first
time
in
Sevilla
amazing.
A
lovely
city,
with
great
culture
and
people.
I
hope
to
see
you
all
again
in
the
very
near
future.
Thank
you
so
much
Hotel
Becquer
team!
