4.5/5 clean place, beds were comfortable. Happy hour on deck has cheap sangrita 1 euro. Staff was very friendly and when I needed to leave my luggage for 3 weeks to return later they were fine with it. Big kitchen and comfortable communal/dining area Only negatives were the key cards to get into room and hostel quickly loses magnetization and stop working and need to be refreshed at front desk. And it would be nice if there was soap in the bathrooms for showering Also not a problem with the hostel but the people who stay here generally like to party so you might have other guests in your room coming and going all hours of the night. Not a problem if you're a heavy sleeper or looking to have a good night out and meet people If I'm in Seville I will probably stay at their sister hostel oasis backpackers which looked a bit quieter

Despite the some of the staff being amazing, there are some clear management failures and maintenance epic failures. No soap even supplied in the dorms to wash hands, loose tiles, broken shower.... For a place called "a palace", it pretty much fails all round. Go 8 minutes away to Oasis seville, where the rooms are marginally nicer and the owners of the chains cheap profiteering is less obvious. Having managed my own hostel, I'd be ashamed to manage this one.

Careful! I got robbed inside the hostel, right outside the door to my room and the hostel staff was completely indifferent to it, like it was normal! Caused me a nightmare as I lost my passport and most valuables. There is no security and no one sits at the front door - it was 8:30 in the morning - not even the middle of the night or something. After I got robbed the only way to find a staff member was to call an emergency number, they watched the security footage of it and kinda just shrugged, ‘what are we supposed to do’ attitude - about a guy who was scouting inside the hostel, came up into the second floor of the hostel and was robbing people!!! When the staff seemed indifferent I emailed management and heard nothing back - it’s been over a week. Out of my maybe 100 hostels I’ve been in around the world this was my worst hostel experience. It’s Spain, there is a ton of crime and robberies, how can you run a big place like this with no security - not even someone who sits at the desk in front of the front door! Also facilities were smelly and gross. Kitchen closed in the mornings (8:30 still closed) and the pool was murky like a pond - 50/50 you’d get an infection if you put your head under.

At the beginning I thought it's a great place, but unfortunately I didn't receive the double room I purchased. It was nothing like on the pictures and I understand sometimes there is bit of online catfishing which is okay if the room is still okayish. Due to coronavirus the kitchen was also locked which the hostel crew forgot to mention to me & it did kinda mess up my plans. However, they were serving breakfast for 3,50 Euros. The service was okay. The girl on the counter gave me a free voucher for the breakfast, which was nice.

Amazing pool on the terrace, in the city center of Sevilla.

Great place for cheap budget ! It could be even better with locker under bed to make sure the stuff is safe.

Great (party) hostel. If you come to Sevilla for a quiet and peaceful vacation this is probably not the hostel for you. But if you need a cheap, social and fun time this is the place to be. Pro's: - Great rooftop terrace with cheap bar. You can meet a lot of people here. - The beds are comfy and not to soft. - Daily cleaning of public area's and bathrooms. - AC in the rooms - Great location about 5 minutes from main spots in town. Improvements: - No curtains on the beds. I don't mind but some will. - Most personnel is great. Some are a little bit to serious - One time they put our AC down during the day. I did not get back on in time so that night was to hot. Tips for people staying here: Bring earplugs and sleeping mask if you wake up easily and you'll be fine. Also try to book the smaller rooms these are definitely better and are the price difference is very small.

Absolutely disgusting, bed bugs, the pool water is sticky and even after two showers I’m unable to get the feeling and smell out of my hair. Poor customer service when I complained about the bed bugs they said “it’s only one night” and refused to offer anything to resolve the situation. Overall would avoid at all costs

We had private en suite room. It was super small, very noisy (some fan buzzing whole day/night), fungus smell in bathroom and a window that opens into a shaft with septic smell, plus you can hear everything from a stairwell.

The hotel staff are wonderful and it has everything you could need when backpacking Spain! Whether a night or a few weeks this place has the best amenities and service of any hostel we stayed in. Special thanks for the help in translating with a courier service to help me get my passport back!

Nothing to complain... Good breakfast, nice social places, organised pub crawls. I loved it!

A bit disappointed, staff was nice, but the rooms are old, basic, and noisy. Also the swimming pool was closed... The view on the rooftop was nice though.

I reccomend this hostel to everyone! I had tons of fun at the terrace and I did the best pub crawl that I did in Spain. They give you one hour of sangria in the event, then we went to many bars and a big club. I totally reccomend this hostel!!!

Extremely nice staff and amenities. Loud at night because of bar crawl but quiet right after

Probably the best hostel in Seville! Many travellers open to meet up and great facilities for that. Would come here again.

Not my favourite hostel experience, the rooms were a bit smelly and now necessarily the most hygienic. I've had multiple items getten stolen from me both from the fridge and on the rooftop terrace. Some of the rules are quite vague and seem mostly defined by how the employees feel that day. The prices at the bar are fair, and the breakfast is done really well. The pool is a bit dirty, but still a refreshing option on a hot day. Most guests don't have a sense of hostel codes of conduct, having sex in the rooms, playing loud music when they enter the room, etc. All in all i wouldn't go here again, if you're looking for a party hostel this might be it.

I definitely recommend the Oasis Backpackers! The hostel is located in a beautiful old house. Rooms are perfectly clean and with very good air conditioning. There are wide communal area. The must is the rooftop with the (small) swimming pool, a place to easely meet people. Moreover the hostel have a very good places to eat and dance to recommand.

The pub crawl was great! Hour of unlimited sangria and free drinks at each stop. The bars were nice and the club was really cool. Great opportunity to meet people and lots of fun!

i dont think you get the full picture because i rannnn this pub crawl. this isnt a hostel review we didnt even stay here just hopped on the pub crawl but it was good enough so its a recommend for me. free hour of sangria so like do what you want with that. the places we went were good but they were a mega walk away- like last place we went to had us walking 45 minutes- like this isnt a charity walk i dont need those miles at 4am. crawl leader also didnt even wanna go to the last place but i wont expose him he was fun- took some convincing tho. if ur still reading u shoudlnt be its a recommendation like you saw the 5 stars.

Fabulous hostel absolutely loved my time here, lovely staff and rooms were clean only 4 star because the pool wasn't the cleanest I think it could so with some better filters in there but still amazing overall

Awesome experience, went on the pub crawl with a few friends and had a great time! The unlimited hour of sangria was the best part!

I really liked staying in this hostel. I had the best night in the pub crawl and had opportunity to meet very nice people! I loved the experience 😃

It was the best hostel experience I had, mainly thanks to other guests being awesome people, but also because the terrace and bar were a perfect hangout spot.

excellent location of the hostel, very helpful staff at the reception and in the Bar. Excellent kitchen equipment for personal cooking. The cleanliness of the rooms is different, but they try to maintain them quite well. The bathroom was basically always clean. There was more noise from the street, but given the location it was to be expected. What was the problem are the cards from the rooms almost every day there was a problem with entering the hotel or the room. But the 24/7 reception was happy to solve these problems

Basis accommodation with functional kitchen and food storage, amenities all within walking distance from the hostel . Polite friendly staff.

The bar closes very early and then guests congregate in the common seating areas drinking and shouting until 3-4am in the morning. Staff did nothing to stop this. No social activities were organised by the hostel because of covid (e.g. meals, pub crawls, flamenco trips etc). Other hostel chains in seville are organising events at the moment and enforcing quiet hours at night, so I would recommend somewhere else for solo travellers.

Strange system I haven’t seen in other hostel, they gave us sheets to put on our beds, & we are responsible to take them off while checking out , no towels provided , we should pay extra fees for it , they didn’t allow us to stay for another night and packed our bags while we were away cause they needed the room I didn’t like their attitude at all

I'm going to give a high score to this hostel cause its very central, a good quality for the price I paid and its also fairly clean :) I've been there at the end of October and it was very busy cause of the national holidays, but the spaces are big so there was no problem at all! I only had to get used to people sleeping all the time so in the room I always had to be quiet and with the lights off cause of people sleeping!

This Hostel totally rocks !!!! The atmosphere is amazing and all thanks to funny and laid back staff !!! María you are the best !!! Good luck with everything!!!

The staff are really nice. The building is really central you can go to the majority of attractions on a 10 min walking. The noise is a lot, the cleanness not so much tho. If you need to rest, you might find better options, but if you want to have fun with low prices go for it.

Nice atmosphere, good rooftop bar and sit out area. Attentive staff. Most importantly our private room is as private as it should be. Door do not disturb sign would have been good because couple of times cleaning staff opened the door while me and my girl were still in bed. Over all good Hostel

Amazing hostel, beautiful building and super friendly and helpful staff. There is a big common area, nice kitchen and just a generally good atmosphere. Will definitely come back here!

Staff was very friendly and spoke excellent English. The room and sheets were clean. Spacious common area and separate kitchen. Each bunk has a drawer which you can lock with your own lock. I would definitely recommend this hostel!

Beautiful location. There are many options in the down town and this is not a bad one value for money

After seeing their social media posts I was drawn immediately to the hostel, very active and always showing exactly what's going on each night / the beautiful roof terrace and pool scenes! I had the pleasure of meeting the social media manager during my stay (Brian) who on multiple occasions helped guide the bar crawls and make everyone on the roof terrace feel at home. A massive special shout out to the other incredible volunteers who made every day the best day of my life. Marie, who lights up every room as she enters (no hostel has ever had such a dedicated and happy to be there volunteer) huge asset to the team, Klara (with a K!) who welcomes every guest with the biggest smile. Hyago for his humour and dancing and Angel for his amazing breakfasts which I ordered daily because of him! Finally to my brother Lucas... I hope your back gets better soon, the pub crawl is nothing without your charm. I will miss everything about this incredibly special hostel.

Very Nice hostel. Well located, 10 min from the bus station. Confortable bed & mattress in dorms. It will be perfect if they add curtains and an extra usb plug. The bathrooms are in the room so it was just one shower for 10 people. It might need air ventilation (vmc) Big common spaces, cute terrace with a small pool. Staff was very nice and helpful when I needed it. I recommend the guided city tour, every morning at 10:40 am !

Pros: Cheap Good location You get to meet all sort of people, meet multiple solo travellers, inspired me Great for socialising, really busy and popular during weekends The terrace is perfect place to get outside for some fresh air and socialise at night Cons: - My bed linen was dirty, they had provided with new thick cover that we had to put on ourselves (I didn’t) - Limited breakfast selection (If I go again, I would just go have breakfast outside the hostel, one is just outside the hostel) - Our keys did not work with the main gate, we got it looked into and changed keys, still had problems trying to get in. But lucky there is a 24 hour reception

It was very noisy here at night. After the bar closed, guests congregated in the common areas, shouting and talking loudly until 3 or 4 in the morning, making it impossible to sleep. The staff made no effort to control this.

This is by far the best hostel I've ever stayed in. I was amazed at what I got for my money at oasis. The common areas are massive, the kitchen is well equipped, the rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. The rooftop is also an incredible place to spend time as a solo traveller. The bar is cheap, the staff are friendly and the atmosphere is perfect. I was very sad to leave this place. No other hostel I've stayed at in Spain has come close to Oasis Sevilla. I cannot recommend this hostel highly enough.

As just the hostel, it was good- good facilities and activities offered. However our stay was completely ruined by the staff. On two separate occasions we had two different members of staff (both reception) treat us with a huge attitude and straight up rudeness- including accusing us of not paying (I then showed him our receipt saying that we had). It was not just us who received poor treatment either, a lot of other guests told me that they had the same issue with the staff. Huge disappointment and won’t be returning for that reason.
