answer;
When
you
arrived
and
saw
that
the
pool
was
cold
you
started
to
complain
about
everything
,
it
is
completely
unfair
to
make
us
responsible
of
your
false
expectations
about
the
apartment.
As
we
explained
many
times
it
is
impossible
for
us
to
heat
the
pool
with
low
temperatures
and
short
days.
We
don’t
offer
heated
pool
or
jacuzzi
as
you
asked
in
this
period
of
the
year..
It
is
written
everywhere
on
booking,
if
you
didn’t
want
to
read
it,
it’s
not
our
fault.
You
can
even
find
on
booking
that
pool
is
close
at
this
period
of
the
year.

knew
it

we
woke
up
Saturday
morning
that
the
pool
was
cold

we
don’t
see
any
text
on
booking
about
what
you

maintain
clean
the
pools

year
round

we
feel
that
is
always
more
enjoyable
to
have
a
terrace
with
a
clean
pool
than
a
dirty
one.

cleaning
we
are
rated
9,2
in

comments,
so
many
people
can
not
be
wrong.
We
tried
to
clean
your
apartment
twice
and
you
were
always
behind
the
cleaning
lady
not
even
letting
her
alone
for
one
second
in
the
apartment
asking
her
to
use
bleach
everywhere
(
we
only
use
eco
products)
.

bother
them

work

with

outside
in
the
bins
for
it
across
the
street.

even
asked
to
see
the
stock
of
the
linen
and
towers
to
check
how
it
came
from
the
laundry
as
you
believed
we
were
using
same
bed
linen
from
one
guest
to
each
other.
