The food and service were good; however, y'all have forgetten my Jimmy's Mustard for the third time.🙄 I will be back, because I love your sandwiches.

So so so good!!! We love the new zesty ranch Sandwich! Too bad they are only for a limited time! The staff was wonderful and answered all my questions about the Sandwiches! They were also nice and patient waiting for my daughter to decide and order! They place was very clean and great atmosphere!

Great service for being a new place! I loved the zesty garden sandwich. The breadcrumbs on top were a nice touch. Fire Roasted tomatoes were awesome as well. Probably the best sandwich i have ever had. Our sandwiches were made super fast also, so that was nice. The water tasted fresh too. So glad they came to Seward. I will be downloading the rewards app!

It's been a long time since I've had Jimmy John's and used to always think their sandwiches tasted bland, but not this time! The spicy East Coast Italian was good and had a little bit of kick to it when red pepper flakes and crispy jalapenos were added to it and a little Dijon mustard.

Very little meat on the the number 10 very small for what I payed for so I guess guess you really dint care then. I will never be back there or let peaple know you get get ripped off. That's kinda funny when I go to other jimmy jonhs I have never had that problem

You can order food here. It is very yummy. I will take my kids here tomorrow afternoon. And maybe my second wife

Absolutely amazing. I would give 4 stars. I've been in about six times. The lady that served me today on 3-21 around 3pm went above and beyond today in the drive thru.

Placed my order at 1252 to be delivered by 145 and was roughly 1 mile away from the store. I called at approximately 150 to be told that they had just started to make the sandwich and received my order at 205. On top of that my sandwich wasnt even made correctly. Explain why or how that was to hard to accomplish.

I just went to the Seward JJ at 11:00 a.m. and received above and beyond absolutely outstanding service both quality AND freaky fast from the pleasant and friendly girl at the drive through window. I wish I got her name, but she was very friendly/smiley, and and colorful nails. She deserves a raise from whatever she currently makes. The food is good, but she makes me want to come back because even though we’re strangers she treats me as if we’re good friends, and that’s a special quality. Keep being awesome!

My family loves Jimmy John's. Clearly the best sandwich in town. However, when we went through the drive through today I asked, for mayo on the side, didn't get it at all, I asked for onion on two sandwiches did not get it. I asked for mustard that was dijon and didn't get any mustard at all and asked for jalapenos and barely had any had to open sandwich and look to see if there were any. My first bite of sandwich was just tomato. The service was good the young lady at the window who talked to me and my dogs is very personable and friendly. I am not sure what happened. I am sure it was an accident. I just feel I needed to say something because this isn't the first time this has happened. There are other places that my family has come to expect they re are not able to complete an order correctly, Jimmy John's isn't one of them. I hope. Check #76 1:51 pm. 1# a Turkey Tom 3.49 Receipt states No mayo No tomato Add cheese .79 Take Mayo packets (this item was missing) 2# The ultimate porker 8.29 Add hot peppers (so few had to look for them.) Add onion (no onion) Add Jimmy john mustard(missing this all together. ) Add cheese. 3# country club didn't even get that I asked for onion but got the extra mayo and the sandwich was constructed so that my first bite was tomato and bread. Again I am sure this was a mistake but this has happened before in less than a month. Order taker was Misty total of check 27 95. No we are not looking for any free items or reimbursement. Just want to get out meals the way we ask for them.
