Today I went for a hammam. It turns out the steam room is defective. They made me wait for 20 min inside the steam room to tell me it was not working while they knew it was not working for 2 days and yet they accept clients although they know it is not working. I complained to the person in charge she told me go complain to the hotel as they have not fixed the steam. Complained to the hotel they told me it is a third party spa and not their problem Very unprofessional. Never again

I gave 2 stars just for the kindness of the staff because they are very friendly and helpful. The welcome was warm. On the other hand, for a hotel of ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ the state of the spa is catastrophic, cleanliness level is lousy, the shower has not been renewed since it opened I think 😱 the shower head is broken 😠 it costs not even 20 dinars it’s shameful!! I chose a relaxing one-hour massage. The masseuse is nice but in terms of massage, not at all competent, instead of concentrating on her work, she talked constantly! In short, if you are looking to have a relaxing time, this is not the spa for you!
