    Lovely hotel...classy aspect...good for business meetings...we had a work related training there at Diwan conference room. It was vast. The staff were nice and welcoming. The food is amazing, so delicious and the plates were perfectly designed and looking good. There is a pool at the top level, it's on the outside.

    It's okey for them to have just one key for 2 people in the same room ( even if they are not a couple ) Not safe for women too

    If i can give 0 star i will . The worst experience ever , NO AC In 42”c• , water leak in the bath tap , very very very poor customer service , food /breakfast..is unbelievably POOR , ESPRESO without milk on the side , cereal without milk 🤔🤔😂😂, needs a transformation in & out , never come back again.i have no idea how the hell they rate this Hotel 5* base on what !! ? 😂😂😂

    Despite the promising aspects of good food and clean rooms, my stay at this hotel was marred by subpar service and an unsatisfactory staff experience. I was attending an organization conference during my visit, and unfortunately, the treatment I received made me feel as if I were staying for free rather than being a paying guest. Throughout my stay, I encountered numerous instances where the hotel staff displayed a lack of professionalism and attention to detail. The overall level of service was disappointingly below par. One of the primary issues I encountered was the late service provided to some of the rooms. It was frustrating to witness fellow conference attendees experience problems with room service, such as delayed delivery of essential amenities and the lack of timely assistance when issues arose. This created a sense of discomfort and inconvenience for many of us. Moreover, the attitude and behavior of the staff further exacerbated the negative experience. Their demeanor was often indifferent, and there was a distinct lack of proactive assistance or genuine concern for guests' needs. It felt as though the staff were simply going through the motions, without any real commitment to providing exceptional service. Given the significance of the organization conference, it was disheartening to witness such a disregard for customer satisfaction. As paying guests, we expected a higher level of attentiveness and professionalism, but unfortunately, it fell short of our expectations.

    5/5 food was excellent, I've been to 100 hotels this had the best restaurant ever. We did spa, very affordable prices and extremely good take care of. Rooms super clean and nice design. Only problem were in the morning some eggs were bad.. I told the manager. Probably low consumption and they reuse them.. Very dangerous.

    This is a good hotel for the location. I didn't particularly enjoy the second floor that was open to everybody with indoor smoking. The TV was difficult to navigate otherwise it's a good hotel with good customer service. Also the elevator needs to be serviced, when you step into, it wobbles.

    This place is a $htsh0w. I checked in, was given a key, went to my room, and then went to grab a bite to eat. When I got back, my room key wasn’t working. I went downstairs to get it rekeyed, and was told I was in room 515. I said no, it’s 505. On the key cover, it looked like it was 505 and the keycard opened the door when I came in and dropped my luggage. The manager/bell boy/whatever came up in the elevator with me and didn’t believe me. I again told him my luggage is in 505. He then told me I needed to switch rooms, this was a junior suite and I had only paid for a regular room. I was mad! This wasn’t my screw up, and now I needed to pack everything and move!?! That was the end of my rope. When he knocked again, I told him to “f off”. He then backtracked quickly and said that I didn’t in fact need to switch rooms. I would NEVER recommend this place, the management seems to be completely obtuse and customer service is substandard. A flea bag hotel has got to be head and shoulders above the Radisson Sfax.

    A real 5* hotel. We were greeted with an arrival drink and made to feel right at home. I especially loved the spa bath, lotions provided and the rooftop bar/swimming pool. This is the best room I've stayed in after visiting over 40 countries.

    Slow internet (less than 2Mbps) and noisy room (59 db at 11pm). But, the room is rather modern and clean, thus the 2 stars.

    We stayed a the Radisson in Sfax for 2 nights (Dec. 2022). What a great experience! The room was clean and modern. The shower was HOT with great water pressure. Not to mention the short walk to the kasbah/medina. However, the best part of our stay was the staff. They went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed including transportation. The staff was friendly in general and interested in getting to know us as people not just customers. Thank you Islem and team for a wonderful experience!!!

    For the price, this was the best deal in Sfax when I was visiting over the Christmas period. Friendly enough service but many of the facilities, like the rooftop, were closed for off tourist season. It did have an awesome bathroom and there was plenty of bottled of water in the room. The carpets are fairly dusty in the hallways and in the morning, the smell from the nearby water treatment facility also floats across the city ...

    very good hotel Movenpick Hotel sfax , i wanna to appreciation all staff hotel about the good service and good communication also we cannot forget the restaurant team for the manific meals with the good service however i thank special Zied and Sana for the good respect and skills with the guest . :) sincerely.

    Service is very bad and so slow. It is totally a chaos in the kitchen and waiters are not organized at all. Hope they fix this.

    A more than wonderful hotel in terms of decorations and architectural style, as well as hygiene services. It needs to raise the level of eating services, such as the morning breakfast, which is less than average. Thank you.
