Despite
the
promising
aspects
of
good
food
and
clean
rooms,
my
stay
at
this
hotel
was
marred
by
subpar
service
and
an
unsatisfactory
staff
experience.
I
was
attending
an
organization
conference
during
my
visit,
and
unfortunately,
the
treatment
I
received
made
me
feel
as
if
I
were
staying
for
free
rather
than
being
a
paying
guest.
Throughout
my
stay,
I
encountered
numerous
instances
where
the
hotel
staff
displayed
a
lack
of
professionalism
and
attention
to
detail.
The
overall
level
of
service
was
disappointingly
below
par.
One
of
the
primary
issues
I
encountered
was
the
late
service
provided
to
some
of
the
rooms.
It
was
frustrating
to
witness
fellow
conference
attendees
experience
problems
with
room
service,
such
as
delayed
delivery
of
essential
amenities
and
the
lack
of
timely
assistance
when
issues
arose.
This
created
a
sense
of
discomfort
and
inconvenience
for
many
of
us.
Moreover,
the
attitude
and
behavior
of
the
staff
further
exacerbated
the
negative
experience.
Their
demeanor
was
often
indifferent,
and
there
was
a
distinct
lack
of
proactive
assistance
or
genuine
concern
for
guests'
needs.
It
felt
as
though
the
staff
were
simply
going
through
the
motions,
without
any
real
commitment
to
providing
exceptional
service.
Given
the
significance
of
the
organization
conference,
it
was
disheartening
to
witness
such
a
disregard
for
customer
satisfaction.
As
paying
guests,
we
expected
a
higher
level
of
attentiveness
and
professionalism,
but
unfortunately,
it
fell
short
of
our
expectations.
