Not
a
great
experience.
Felt
very
pressured
by
staff
to
purchase
(whatever
that’s
their
job)
but
after
selecting
a
pair
of
sunglasses
and
declining
wanting
a
second
pair,
I
headed
to
check
out.
I
then
was
asked
4
separate
times
if
I
was
SURE
I
didn’t
want
to
purchase
a
second
pair,
I
said
“no”
and
“it’s
not
in
my
budget”
but
then
was
ushered
over
to
the
clearance
section
and
hovered
over
while
staff
suggested
pair
after
pair
of
sunglasses.
It
made
me
very
uncomfortable.
To
make
matters
worse,
the
sunglasses
I
did
purchase
were
a
display
pair
because
they
didn’t
have
any
new
in
stock.
I
said
I
was
fine
buying
the
display
as
long
as
they
weren’t
scratched
or
damaged.
Staff
stated
“oh
honey
I
would
never
sell
you
a
pair
that’s
scratched”.
The
minute
I
left
the
store
I
inspected
the
glasses,
they
were
scratched…so
I
went
back
to
return
that
pair
and
agreed
to
getting
a
brand
new
pair
with
free
2
day
shipping.
Great!
That
was
Sunday.
It’s
now
Saturday
(6
days
later)
and
my
sunglasses
still
haven’t
arrived.
