Great customer service and employee. Ashley was awesome. Took me two years to find sunglasses and I’ve been in other Sunglass Hut and other stores, but she was a big help.

Lexi was excellent. Not pushy or anything. She helped me make a good decision based on various options. She’s honest. I would come back to this location just to work with her again

Excellent customer service! I had to return a pair, then ended up buying two pairs and then returning one.. talk about indecisiveness.. 😅 that team handled it cunningly and with patience. Even with a malfunctioning system, they managed to handle the return with Grace. Thankyou for an easy going experience :)

Not a great experience. Felt very pressured by staff to purchase (whatever that’s their job) but after selecting a pair of sunglasses and declining wanting a second pair, I headed to check out. I then was asked 4 separate times if I was SURE I didn’t want to purchase a second pair, I said “no” and “it’s not in my budget” but then was ushered over to the clearance section and hovered over while staff suggested pair after pair of sunglasses. It made me very uncomfortable. To make matters worse, the sunglasses I did purchase were a display pair because they didn’t have any new in stock. I said I was fine buying the display as long as they weren’t scratched or damaged. Staff stated “oh honey I would never sell you a pair that’s scratched”. The minute I left the store I inspected the glasses, they were scratched…so I went back to return that pair and agreed to getting a brand new pair with free 2 day shipping. Great! That was Sunday. It’s now Saturday (6 days later) and my sunglasses still haven’t arrived.

From the start, the shopping experience at the Miromar Outlet Store was excellent. I will definitely shop at that store again.

Customer service = 5 stars Selection = 5 stars Readiness = 5 stars I don't give out many 5 star reviews. To me 5 stars = the best of something. So you can't have more than one of the best of that particular something. My wife had a whole day of sunglasses shopping, that began and ended at this store. The selection was large, well for my style anyways. The pricing was what I would have gotten on the brand's website, so that's good. Loved the huge discount if you buy two (didn't find that anywhere else). Neatly kept store. Out standing customer service. Alexandra was so nice, helpful, personable, and knowledgeable! Great job! Promote her!
