Dr. Sebastian has given back the quality of life I had before my accident three years ago. I have been to three different neurosurgeons, chiropractor, orthopedic surgeon, other DO doctors, pain management, steroid injections on my neck, back and hips, non-stop physical therapy for three years, three ablations, devices, pretty much had it all and done it all, never had any type of relief for more than a month. Neurosurgeons and orthopedic surgeon, without an actual diagnosis, recommended several surgeries. Spinal decompression, fusion on my back, SI joint and hip and hardware on my back. I also had three appointments with other doctors that offer the same services as Dr. Sebastian, non of them convinced me. After researching for two and a half years, I found Integrative Rehab Medicine in Estero, FL. Very professional, patient and extremely knowledgeable. They offer you different options/treatments. After my first two treatments I had about 80% relief. I just recently got my third treatment, already on my way to back to 100% thanks to Dr. Sebastian and his entire staff. I live in Houston and travel to Florida for treatment, worth every dollar. They are very flexible for out of state/country patients.

My first time calling integrative rehab to get treated for my bad sciatica pain was great from the start Jennifer, Barbie really paid attention to me and made me feel welcomed and helped me get in asap . From the first time I meet Jennifer, Barbie at the front desk in person was great they took good care of me and made me feel very comfortable . Whenever I call the office they always have a good attitude and they take their time with me I appreciate so much you both treat me . Dr Sebastian WOW you made me feel there is hope for me on getting me treated and you took the time to hear my concerns and you did not rush with me you explain everything to me on what the plan is on my treatment . You always ask how am I doing even when I come in not to you you still manage to check on me means a lot to me . Dr Swanson my physical therapist you are very good at what you do I can’t thank you enough for helping me on my treatment . You always have a positive attitude and make my visit comfortable and the way you show you care is exceptional you also make it fun you have a different approach then other physical therapy places I been to . I feel bad I can’t remember the other names of the staff there but you all who I come in contact with have made me feel welcomed and you all see me as a person not just a number . This has been the best experience I have been to at a Dr’s office I feel very lucky to have found you all I thank each of you for the work you have done for me keep up the good work all of you .

I am very pleased with the entire team approach that Drs. Sebastian and Eunika use. When I started my visits a few months ago, I had low back pain and right leg pain. My back pain is pretty much resolved. I couldn’t walk 1/4 mile without debilitating right thigh pain, yesterday I was able to walk 2.5 miles without any pain! I was treated with PT, Acupuncture, and Prolatherapy.

Dr. Sebastian Klisiewicz is the most exceptional doctor I’ve ever met. Appointments with him feel very much like a therapeutic partnership due to his warm demeanor and willingness to listen, learn, and patiently answer questions. I’m a complex patient who went undiagnosed for over a decade before Dr. Sebastian took the time to figure out what was wrong. He’s the first doctor I’ve met who looks at the body systemically to find the underlying cause of chronic illness. After working with him I not only have a diagnosis, but an evidence based treatment plan including prolotherapy, laser therapy, and nutritional modifications. I’m extremely grateful for everything he’s done to help me and look forward to continuing my treatment with him in the future.

After years of going through 10+ medical professionals for 2 years finally saw Dr. Sebastian. He is the only doctor that was able to see that I had instability in by cervical spine. 2 PRP treatments later and I can say that I'm doing leaps and bounds better than where I was. Headaches, dizziness, neck pain, brain fog all nearly gone. Not only is Dr. Sebastian fantastic, but his staff is nothing short of excellent as well. I would recommend anyone to this practice.

You will never find a Dr. better than Dr. Sebastian. His knowledge is far exceeding the average doctor & bedside manner is superb. He will always find the root problem and adress the pain most importantly. I cannot say enough positive things. This was the absolute right choice. If you are on the fence of healing yourself naturally and doing a steroid epidural...do the first option. Do the thing that you are thinking about. There is nothing to be afraid of. This office is incredible. The PRP therapy I had was my first ever experience with PRP. I am two treatments in and already 80% better than I was. Pain went from a level 9 to a level 2 in just two months (8 weeks). Dr. S. is as good as you want him to be and his staff is top notch. I found him on the internet just like you probably did. It has been incredible.

I had foot drop, which occurred in October due to clean up after hurricane Ian, and was sent to Dr. Sebastian in December for an EMG. He scheduled a PRP for me and I am again playing Pickleball and walking 4 miles 3 times a week plus going to the gym. All this happened in 3 months. Dr. Sebastian and his entire staff are amazing! I have had chronic back pain since a fall over 13 years ago. I had tried chiropractic and steroid injections with pain management and nothing would fully take the pain away. I did physical therapy and had one PRP procedure and 5 weeks later I am nearly pain free! I am able to get on the floor and play with my son and be active with him. They have truly made my life better!

Dr. Sebastian and his crew at Integrative Rehab Medicine have been awesome. My below knee amputation did not heal well. After over a dozen surgeries due to infections. My scar was horrible and extremely painful with adhesions that pinned my nerves down to the bone making it almost impossible to wear my prosthetic. Dr. Sebastian’s Hydro Dissection treatments have been incredible, breaking up the adhesions and freeing the nerves. The staff at IRM are always so pleasant and helpful. I appreciate all of them so much.

I have had two sessions of Physical Therapy with Dr. Vern Swanson in the past six months. The first was during my recovery from hip replacement surgery; and, most recently, for Carpal Tunnel Syndrome in my wrist. Dr. Swanson is an exceptional Physical Therapist. He is not only highly skilled, but he is patient, kind and caring as well. He also has a wonderful sense of humor which makes sometimes difficult therapy fun and easier to tolerate. He listens, always gives an opportunity to ask questions and then provides answers that are easy to understand. I have been in Physical Therapy many times, both in Estero and up north where I live part of the year; and I can say that no other Physical Therapist I have ever encountered comes even close to matching the outstanding care that I have received from Dr. Swanson. I have found the services of all the personnel at Integrative Rehab to be of the highest quality; but, in my view, Dr. Swanson is their super star. I am very grateful that he is there; and hope he never leaves.

On my first visit to Integrative Rehab Medicine I had to use my wheelchair (due to the pain in my back and legs). I had been like that for over 6 months.
