I had called to schedule an appt and was told that I had one scheduled on Wednesday, June 7th. I called to see if there was by chance a cancelation and to get a later time at which I was told that I didn't have an appt scheduled. From the morning I scheduled until the next morning that I called again, I did not receive a confirmation, which was odd. So while on the phone the second time, I ended up scheduling it for Friday, June 9th. A few hours later I receive a confirmation for June 9. Then a few hours later than that it when I receive the confirmation for June 7th. Very frustrating so I had to pick one and I went with Brandy who I have been seeing, but this wasnt the first time that this has happened in scheduling conflicts.

The waiting time is appropriate and Dr. Brandy is friendly and very comfortable to talk to.

My experience at this particular location was amazing. At other Omni locations, the doctors were careless and did not listen to my personal concerns regarding my health. I live half an hour from the Omni Women’s Clinic in Shafter but make the drive because other locations have subpar doctors at best. Instead of blaming the patient for their health, talk to them about their diagnoses. I was never properly diagnosed with PCOS. Instead, I was brought into a room where I waited nearly an hour and told I do have PCOS symptoms and to just get pregnant or get on birth control. I was not given any other options or information. At the Shafter location, the gynecologist thoroughly explained my treatment options and performed a vaginal exam. She made me feel comfortable and listened to my concerns anf answered my questions. I know Omni has a lot of low income patients like myself, so do better in terms of caring for them instead of paying doctors who don’t care.

Since my first pregnancy I have always went to this Omni and I really liked how you guys did everything but with this 2 pregnancy there’s this lady that I feel she’s always rude and mad all the time I go in there she always looks at me wrong when I don’t even know her she always working on the back desk . So that’s making me want to change of going there now

Went in for a follow up for an internally bleeding cyst which has caused me significant pain, along with signs that I may still be bleeding inside and the gyno at the OMNI women's clinic I followed up with told me to see a bone doctor, for what he believed was a torn ligament and that there was no way any of my symptoms could be caused by the bleeding cyst I was told about at the ER. He was smug and seemed like he'd already decided I didn't need to be there the moment he walked into the room i was waiting in. I only saw this joke of a doctor for maybe 5 mins and in that time he downplayed everything I told him and also gaslit me about another diagnosis I'd received from another doctor, because that doctor is "famous" no further comment. He did not offer any form of treatment or management options, and did not offer any kind of testing. He also didn't even know how to refer me to the "bone doctor" he thought I should see for my symptoms of internal bleeding. I would rather die from whatever is going on with me currently than step foot into this office again. I will be filing a complaint with my insurance.

I really liked the treatment they gave me, the wait was very reasonable and the doctor who treated me gave me a very professional and tactful procedure. And all the staff are very friendly and attentive.
