On my recent visit.. TV doesn't work.. air-conditioning not cool enough with temperature set-up.. dirty toilet with leak pipe..lamp not fully functional, rubbish at corridor not thrown..but the internet service are superb..

Very Bad customer service..very bad utilities (aircond leak.,toilet very dirty).. The worse is they never said sorry when they do maintenance next to my room wall everyday and today already he third day. They not even suggested to move me to another room. This is the worst and uncomfortable hotel I've stayed all my life. Rating - 5/10

Rude receptionist,small table at lobby was covered with sisa makanan,room was dirty, smelly,the bedsheet got stains,toilet was dirty,and the best part was when the receptionist took a penyapu to actually switch on the main power in the room as there's no electricity the moment i inserted my power card..tragissss

Very bad hotel ever..the aircond very dirty with dust,cant adjust the temp..toilet very smelly..lot of roaches & the night receiptionis with bad attitude not friendly at all..not suggest this hotel to others

I have stayed with my friend for 1 night on 25th-26th/2/2019. The deposit should be rm30 but they cannot give me the balance. So, they asked me to pay rm 45 for deposit.The day I check out from the hotel, they cannot pay me back for rm45 deposit. I'm fine with that and trusted them since they told me they will transfer the money into my bank account. They only paid me back rm20 and since then, I didn't recieved the balance yet which is another rm25. Right now I can't keep in touch with the person in charge.

ITS SUPPOSEDLY NO STAR AT ALL!! PLS CANCEL YOUR INTENTION TO STAY HERE!!! booked for stay 21-23/3/23 due to house renovations and closest. paid rm8+.++ which is cheap but dont trust they can give the quality extremely bad. came to checkin 1st and been informed has deposit rm50 where not mentioned/posted at the premise. came 2nd time around 9pm, once paid via transfer, went to the room where very small compared in the picture. check the washroom, sink very dirty. not try the water flow. bed cover too dirty and can see the dirty spots. informed the receptionist, transferred to another room a bit bigger than 1st room, but the bed cover still too dirty and can see the dirt spot. go to ground floor meet him again and informed regarding bed cover’s condition. asked the receptionist if i can have the new bed cover and SURPRISINGLY he said all bed cover were same have the dirt spot and its normal. i requested the deposit refund in order to used as deposit at other hotel and been informed that the refund only received 1-2 working days because i transferred. im not been informed regarding this tnc and not post any notice at the premise. that pic keep explain the procedure where its not help at all. just said sorry not solve my problem that your bed so dirty.regarding the amount i’ve paid for accommodation, he informed need to compliant to the agoda. actually non-refundable but they can refund to me. unable to report to agoda because they already confirmed my booking. sent email to agoda.

Very bad and rude receptionist and still sleeping in another room. When i call him wake up for checking out, the malay staff blame me "sekejap la. Tengah tidur" Why this hotel still can operation until now? Like business no body care. Room very dirty, Bedsheet no changing, toilet dirty. Total no recommend.

Aircond not working in the room...

Checked into room 303, saw a cockroach outside my room but it went into the next room. Entered my room and saw one huge cockroach on the floor running into a hole next to the bathroom door. Called reception to ask for an aerosol spray and when the reception person came with it, I sprayed into the hole and out came two big cockroaches and one smaller one. I have a phobia to cockroach so I called OYO immediately to change to another hotel nearby but they said it will take them an hour or two to do so, so had to wait at the lobby as I am afraid to stay in the room for the night. Maybe it is because it is Deepavali Day so all are busy? But whatever it is stay away from this hotel as it might just be infested with cockroaches.

First and last stay there.. if want know why, try to stay there 😉..

Room is so dirty, air cond is old and spits dust, wall is moulding. A disastrous choice. Asked for a refund to cancel after inspecting the room but denied! Never book this hotel.

To be frank, i am totally disappointed with the service.. 1)receptionist are rude (i talk to her during check in and out, but her attention are to movie that she watch ,, not smile at all,, her face is like, i am disturb her from play with the phone... not discipline in her work) 2) pipe leaking 3)NO lift provided there.. I bring both of my parent, pity of then need to walk to 2nd floor.. 4)you need to use iron in front of receptionist,, cannot bring the iron to room.. Totally bad.... 5)the room is smaller, and totally different from display..

Poor service. Poor PR. Experienced problem with Agoda booking which is not tally with OYO system. Blocked entry by The hotel staff and she asked us to solve the problem with Agoda ourselves....... Been delayed to check-in for those silly mistake. Will try to avoid booking OYO hotel using Agoda in future. Should be no STAR given!

I check in room 210 & 211. Worst. Not clean at all. Bathroom dirty. Staff are rude. This my first worse budget room in my life.
