Came here for the teeth scaling and the dentist here (Dr Syarmi) was really helpful and gentle. Quite satisfied with the service and the environment is very settling.

Dr Shal explained to me thoroughly due to my dental condition. Well explaination. She also giving a good treatment and a always care on a patient’s condition. Always ask me “are you okay? just relax” coz actually im afraid with the dentist fr! haha. I am doing full scaling and “tampalan kekal” and they are perform great and neat! I’ll definitely will visit here for next session. The surrounding is very pleasant. Lurve it.

My regular visits to Dr. Shals clinic for dental care and check-ups are always pleasant. I appreciate the cleanliness and professionalism. Although I was informed that Dr. Shals will not be available until December, I decided to give it a shot. To my surprise, Dr. Syarmi delivered exceptional care and expertise. The clinic staff were also very welcoming and accommodating. I am confident in receiving excellent dental care, even in the absence of Dr. Shals. Dr. Syarmi has definitely gained my trust, and I have no hesitation in seeing her for future appointments.

Dr. Syarmi is a highly inexperienced, incompetent, and ineligible dental doctor. I visited her clinic on 22 Nov, 2023 for molar tooth filling and after that my pain is continuously increasing day by day. I am unable to chew anything as my upper and lower molars are unbalanced leaving a gap in my tooth cavity making it unable to chew even soft items. She made the receipt of RM 280 of this tooth filling and given me discount of RM 30 by receiving 5 stars on Google. I am not receiving her calls as I am much afraid that I would face much severe situation if I go to this doctor again and her clinic. She would be doing some treatment and I will lose my molar tooth. Highly not recommended.

Overall experience was great. The entire process from booking appointment to the service itself is very convenient. Went for scaling and denture consultation. The staffs and doctor herself were so nice. Clean and cozy clinic too, felt really comfortable there. Deserve 5 stars!

Went for my tooth extraction today at Dr Shal. Manage to find the good dental clinic after working hours which is very difficult to find one actually. Got explained very well before the surgery and the Dr Syarmi was very gentle and kind. The staffs are very good and the environment of the clinic very cozy. Defiitely will come again after this.

Always happy with Dr Shal treatment, she always treated me and my hubby with patient and care. Such a blessed have her around as our family dentist here. She will answer all of my questions and give the explanation clearly. Never force us if need other treatment.
