An indian female waitress provide bad services. Didn't ask before she collect the plates even I still using that plate infront her eyes. That waitress previously also very rude to the customer who order the meal little bit slow (because of first time ordering). Hope can improve.

Overall it should be 4.5 stars. The environment is good, clean and tidy. Very strong concept of interior design. The service is good and really fast. The food is delicious, high quality, fresh and good portion too. The chicken is juicy and flavored with aroma. The side dishes and drinks are very up to the standard. But the only comment is the portuguese egg tart taste not good and not so fresh. They are alot of sauces for you to choose from to add more flavour to the meal.

The place was clean and neat. The staff also very friendly but they only informed me that the ice machine was broken only after I place the order. A bit disappointed actually but not a big deal. The food was great and tasty.

Had unpleasant experience during my visit on 25 Apr 2021, 3pm: 1. Very slow service. Took 40min to have my chicken served, even though no other cust at that time. Guess they forgot my orders. 2. No ice available for drinks 3. Coca cola which is not carbonated. 4. Basic menu - Chicken tenders out of stock at 3pm (during fasting months).

First visit after MCO started..... we went during RMCO....very less people. Our favourite Nando's taste were still the same and it was so wonderful to have a great dinner with my family. I think it should have been our lucky day, we got complimentary mushroom soup . Thanks Nando's

I was at Nandos with my family to have dinner of Peri Peri Soup and other dishes. It was 9. Food was great. But service was absolutely terrible. Had lunch here during the first day of CNY but oh my... the amount of times I cursed internally.. Looks like they're undermanned but still chose to open. Firstly, the waiter attending to customers did not bother to wear his masks properly. He was the one that prepared our drinks. I saw him preparing about 5 cups of drinks, and with the drinks infront of him, spoke to others for a few minutes without wearing his mask. God knows how much saliva landed on my drinks. I guess no one follows the new enforcement in Selangor where F&B workers are required to wear masks. Secondly, my food has been ready for about 10 minutes (I am not exaggerating). It was placed on the counter for that long before the waiter brought the food to us. The 10 minutes of wait time was so bad. Every single minute that went passed, my blood boiled and even thought of walking to the counter to have my food served by myself. When I finally received the food, I said my food is already cold, but the waiter just looked at me and walked away. Great! Overall, super bad experience in a restaurant that charges this much.

Went to this nando's outlet 4 or 5 days ago...we sometimes went there to eat but this time certain things happen that made us feel unsatisfied...firstly some of the menu is not available...we already ordered and wait for some times only the waiter came back to inform that the menu we want is not available...secondly I presented my apps id to reddem my chillis reward and I saw the waiter wrote it...but after paying the bill and went home the chillis reward is still not included...what is the point of showing him my member id...not a very good experience having dinner there this time

I love Nandos, but this outlet really disappointed me. I came at 2:15pm on 22/11/2020, it wasn’t even crowded. I sat and waited for 20mins for my order to be taken, when I called the staff to take my order 10mins in, she didn’t even look at me, just sticked up her hand, telling me to wait.
