Must try ... You can now scan and pay at your seat..no need to go to counter and stand in que for ordering ..just scan and select and pay for your meal... Go there and have fun with your friends and family ...

Very nice atmosphere here and the taste of burgers is also very good and not too expensive.The staff here is also humble.

I'm lovin' it. Very efficient staff. Cleanliness was proper. There were a lot of people but still the management was brilliant. Every member of their staff was polite and knowledgeable. Every server was tidy. The place was getting cleaned again and again. They do not have their own entrance open but you can go throught the mall central gate.

Beggers make situation worse here... theyll keep asking for money while you stop car for order I request others please dont give them money .... thats the only way to get rid of these people. Otherwise Its a fast take away restraunt max wait time 5 min

A beautiful Mc Donald's with kiosks to order yourself and get table service or pick up from the counter. They accept all kinds of payment. It is on the ground floor of cross river Mall and has a play zone just outside as well. Staff is friendly and it is very clean. The fries and mc nuggets were very tasty. There is lots of parking in and around the mall and is easily accessible.

This McDonald's like any other McDonald's, awesome and its burgers and all other varieties are yummy.Have a great time with friends there. it is less crowded .

Pathetic management, McDonald's is known for fast food & quick service. Writing review from McDonald's itself, been waiting here for more than 30 minutes. People waiting here and arguing, attached photograph for reference. They don't know how to manage, either hire new staff or close this outlet.

We came here for the free meal pf first user. But when we came and reedem the deal the manager and their employee said that we can not do anything regarding the deal cause our equipment is not working. When me and my friend for compensation or alternative the manager said that he can not do anything. You guys can review about us but we will do nothing. The manager is Vineet Gautam. This is the worst experience i have gone through in the last month. This is twice i have gone through. Shut down this branch of CRM. The worst management ever and i am very disappointed aa a consumer. Now i will have to go to another place. Shame on you Vineet Gautam.

McDonald’s always best choice, But this one have much space

So this is a drive through MC Donald's at the edge of cross river Mall. The drive through starts from the back of the mall. At evening and night there is usually a queue of 7-10 cars which can take from 20-30 mins easily. The environment is a little shady with low lights so if you are in a car it's fine, won't prefer otherwise. If you are in a car and okay with waiting time of 20 mins then it's fine, rest the McDonald's food is standard everywhere.

I was hungry. I ordered through zomato and they handed my parcel to some other driver and not the allocated one. I had to order and wait for another 40 mins to get the food. Not good service, didn’t even pick up call and apologise for the messup.

At its take away point. There are always beggars knocking at your window and once you open window to order food. They either hold your hand or continue asking for food. At times it's annoying. I offered food too but they were asking for money. That's heights.... And when told to MC DONALD STAFF and security guard to let them stand somewhere else. The staff says we can't help talk to CROSS RIVER MALL MANAGEMENT AS POLICE IS ALSO INVOLVED. It was shocking that staff misbehaves like this. Feels sick to take away burgers from MC DONALD Rather should opt for other place.

Taste and quality as per their standards across. Timely service and courteous staff. Try Kartik Aryan combo. Its value for money at that price. Overall a great experience !!

I think McDonald's India needs to really pull up there socks and start serving quality food in India too. It now feels like they are only focusing on making money in exchange for filth they serve in countries like India. Buns are so bad now that one should eat at a street vendor for better food.

Went through the drive way of this mc Donald's, The food was good like every other McDonald. The service was Straight forward, I would have given 5 stars if the person handing me my order wouldn't have slammed the window when I was about to ask something. 3 star for Atmosphere because it was crowded and there was this huge line which went till the road in the drive through

I went there recently with my friends to eat mc meal ,its a driveway as well as dining,we went there for both driveway service is so fast and convenient,for dining you have to wait because of too much crowd.

I had a few takeout. Great place for a quick meal. Food is great. Just watch out for a big line sometimes.

McDonald's is good and pocket friendly 👍🏻 Talk about food quality is good I am giving 5 out of 5 for food.... Lot's of varieties in food in very foldable price like mac tiki aalu, mac puff,, ice creams also and good sitting arrangement. And clean and very hygienic.. I am fully satisfied

My friend went there and she was teased by some guy so she called the manager he said “its your personal matter” was trying to reach the number there as I’m not in delhi. The phone was off. Writing this review just to tell the manger to be aware I’ll be there on Wednesday.

Staff not cooperative , car lines in Drive through, no one staff was there to maintain car que, staff busy in personal chit chats.... Worst experience ever I face most of the time in Mc D drive through crossover mall... Better to park vehicle and get ur stuff from Main Counter ..

In the serenity of Vishwash Nagar Shahdara it's location is up to the mark of both sides of the area as one side you will find a well planned area of Surajmal Vihar and Karkardooma while on the other side is area of one of the oldest village of Delhi namely Shahdara. Service is good and ambience is also upto the mark. You can visit this place with your family and loving ones at any time

It was great but mall was not serviced.only spa costumes were roming here n der.mc Donald's was very good.

There was a time when I used to get excited to visit Macdonald's but now burger King, burger Singh and others offer better quality burgers. Although it's fascinating to see their consistency but my vote for new experiments and user experience

Cheese was not melted, happy meal here is a nice deal. We got a big chicken burger, a mcpuff, a medium fries,a coke and a toy in my happy meal for only 250rs

After the movies , we came at 11 and still were able to place order and eat satisfactorily. Service is slow. You will not be forced to eat quickly due to closing time.

It's quite good but they takes too much time to serve your order. In the mall there are 2-3 fun games for children.

It's always been good to visit here.. McDonald's alloo tikki no one can ever replace the taste of it.. since childhood it is one of my favourites from our McDonald's...

Had visited McDonald's at CRM after a gap of almost 4 years. The place still looks great. It has seating capacity of almost a hundred. The service is quick and the crowd is nice. The food is s always McDonald's. Give it a try if u visit CRM.

As always and with every McDonald's this one too is good, with tasty food and efficient and polite staff, what else one wants. The place is kept clean and you are promptly attended. Great job mcD , keep it up.

Service is not good and my favourite cold coffee that I loved the most at McDonald's is also not up to the mark in this location 😶
