very
happy
overall,
considering
my
stay
in
other
hotels
in
Europe,
Asia,
Australia
and
New
Zealand.
No
advantage
of
being
a
ACCOR
PLUS
Gold
member
for
about
20
years.
2)
Still
had
to
wait
in
queue
for
check
in,
wrong
amount
in
the
system
compared
to
my
booking
confirmation,
took
so
much
time
to
check
in
after
21
hours
of
travel
from
Australia.
3)
No
welcome
note
or
welcome
kit
from
management
in
the
room.
Same
experience
I
had
in
Novotel
Aerocity.
Never
had
this
kind
of
experience
in
any
other
hotels.

As
I
had
flight
in
the
evening,
requested
for
late
checkout,
I
was
given
quote
for
50%
of
room
rate
(To
a
gold
member)
5)
Cheking
out
experience
was
same
waited
for
long
time
then
took
extra
time
to
resolve
the
wrong
room
charges.
6)
Room
itself
was
very
good,
very
happy.
7)
Restaurant/Breakfast
was
excellent,
enjoyed
the
coffee
in
the
cafe.
8)
Did
not
get
a
chance
to
use
compliment
drinks.
My
feedback
(not
a
complaint)
is
to
help
you
to
improve,
train
your
staff
and
improve
your
processes
and
put
more
staff
at
the
desks.
