Actually,
I
overpaid.
There
might
have
been
some
meeting
or
group
booking
(as
informed)
due
to
which
we
had
to
pay
more
amount
than
usual
charges.
We
booked
via
their
own
website,
where
the
tax
was
incorrectly
calculated
at
12%
–
this
was
a
bit
strange
as
I
have
a
good
brand
image
of
ibis
and
any
discrepancy
at
this
level
on
their
own
website
is
a
bit
turn-off.
Anyway,
coming
to
the
stay,
the
rooms
are
indeed
small,
but
ours
was
found
clean.
The
only
bad
experience
we
had,
was
with
the
water
boiler
which
might
have
got
overlooked
during
cleaning,
but
the
staff
replaced
it
within
minutes.
The
staff
is
very
good,
helpful,
and
welcoming.
Nowhere,
I
felt
tough
time
while
communicating
with
the
staff
about
any
of
the
queries/complaints.
Moreover,
our
room
had
a
(closed)
door
to
the
adjacent
room,
due
to
which
the
disturbance
was
there
a
bit
and
I
felt
lack
of
privacy
in
that
case.
Silence
in
the
room
was
very
good,
except
for
sometimes
when
we
felt
the
disturbance
from
the
adjacent
room
due
to
the
door.
The
hotel
room
was
equipped
with
a
locker
and
a
mini
fridge,
cloth
hangers
and
iron
table
were
available
as
well.
Housekeeping
was
on
time
and
took
a
good
care
of
the
room.
Check-in
and
check-out
process
were
very
smooth.
Pool
area,
outdoor,
and
lobby
areas
are
kept
neat
and
clean
as
well.
Restaurant
is
over-priced
according
to
me.
The
taste
is
average,
yet
it
is
freshly
served,
but
the
price
must
be
justified.
The
service
was
good
overall.
