Maintained society with good gentry. Inside market is sufficient for daily needs. Good open space. Authority parks nearby. Metro connectivity is good. Bhutani office space building is in front. Lot of positives for the location but few drawbacks are there in society which cant be discussed here. Community issues rest is upto your judgement. But its a good society built in around 2010-11. Some rules are very stringent in the society.

It's green, spacious, cozy, high standard, beautiful and mostly it has friendly people around. Nicely designed and great work by Purvanchal Group.

Good place to live. Arguably the best complex in the entire sector. Well maintained facilities like snooker, swimming pool, steam bath, sauna, jacuzzi, tennis court, library, senior citizens recreational rooms. Good maintenance, cleanliness, greenery and security. Has amenities within less than one kilometre (like Hospital, Metro, Medicinal and Biodiversity Park).

There is adequate open space.However quality of construction and plumbing is questionable,almost every tower and flat has plaster which is coming off and seepage of water,I had heard a lot of good things about purvanchal nonetheless the quality of construction is disappointing to put in a mild way.

Well maintained cosy little society with good community and facilities. Their club house and grocery store are pretty large and well equipped. Nice green spaces. My reason for not giving a 5 star is low ceiling height in flats.

A cool , calm , clean and wonderful atmosphere prevails @ this society. Open from all sides and cluster of nearby parks adds to the value.
