I recently dined at Sagar Ratna in Advant Tech Park, and I have a mixed review to share. First, let's talk about the food. The highlight for me was the Mysore Masala Dosa; it was delicious and had just the right amount of spice. However, when it comes to the podi items, such as idli and dosa, I couldn't help but feel they could have been better. The flavors didn't quite reach the level I was hoping for. On the positive side, the staff at Sagar Ratna were incredibly courteous and attentive. Their hospitality truly made our dining experience enjoyable, and I appreciate their efforts in making us feel welcome. However, one area that could use some improvement is the restaurant's ambiance and furniture. While the food and service were good, the overall atmosphere felt a bit lacking. A few updates to the decor and furnishings could go a long way in enhancing the dining experience. In summary, Sagar Ratna in Advant Tech Park offers some tasty dishes, with the Mysore Masala Dosa being a standout choice. The staff's excellent service adds to the positive aspects of the restaurant. Nonetheless, there is room for improvement in terms of the podi items and the ambiance. With a bit of work in these areas, Sagar Ratna could truly shine as a dining destination.

Food quality is pretty bad, service was not upto to the mark had to follow up couple of times to get them going and pushing them to deliver the food after 45 mins of wait time. Of all the food ordered Lassi was OK, rice used in veg biryani was war time rationing rice. The veg kebab platter was all but edible at the best. Further even for payment you have to chase them. The presentation, Utensils, cutlery ambience won't win any awards but we're functional. Will I visit again probably no. Is this place recommended - no unless you wish to eat vegetarian and have no option to but live with this place as the only choice. If they had spent even 10% if the cost on food it would have been better and earned at least 2 stars more.

It's costly but food is good. At first, when we ordered idli vada sambhar at home, sambhar was sour but at restaurant when we tried, it was really good. Chutneys are good. Idli vada are nice. Vada size is small though. Podi karam dosa was bit spicy but crunch is good. Service is bit slow due to more online orders. Ambience is good.

BEWARE!!!!! Pathetic service here Don't go. Asked for tea along with other items, off course wanted tea first. They kept seving other items not the tea. Every time asked they said it is being prepared, and after all other items were eaten by all they said we can't serve tea. What an answer!!! By the way food also was pathetic. Filter coffee from here sucks.

They don't respect you , just eat food and go. I asked for extra food for my family at home they denied that you are here for dineout so we can not bill this. You have to take seperate bill and has to be through different mode.

Amazing & authentic food and cuisine! The food is so amazing and my mother loves it very much as well! Our navratan is spent mostly with thalis from here 🍛🥗🍲

Ordered online from this restaurant. Vadas were very fresh and crunchy but sambhar quantity was just enough for hardly one piece vada and I had ordered 4 pieces. Secondly, first sip of sambhar was fine but as you continue there are a lot of spices with high salt. Third, the tomato chutney was stinking, had such a foul smell. Seemed as if it was either days old or kept in a hot humid place! Lastly, found a hair in the sambhar bowl.

Just one of the best places to gave south indian food, with North indian and Chinese food also available 😍😍 Service was quick and manager was really taking care of our comfort. Food was fresh and really delicious. Highly recommended place

Sagar Ratna is very authentic and perfect South Indian food Restraunt . Dosa and idlis are very good. Place was clean Staff was good and greet full. The only irritating thing was music inside Restraunt was mixed with online orders notifications. Overall a very good experience. Highly recommended. 👍🏻

Very sad experience at Sagar Ratna Advant today. They opened the restaurants without being stocked. Milk wasn’t there for the coffee. Then out of the 2 dosas ordered, one came cold. Not warm, cold. We had to ask for the bill 4 times before it came. And what a bill! A piece of paper with the amount written on it. Not a printed bill one would expect. And to top it all off, the manager rudely asks ‘what was not good? Everything was given!’ Definitely not coming back here!

I have been here around a month ago, server served me something that I didn't order and when I told him that this is not what I ordered he simply refused and said "This is what you ordered and it cannot be back in kitchen". So we had to eat it and that ruined my experience and mood. They were rude and unprofessional, it took them more than 15 mins just to serve water on our table.

Very poor restaurant, visited this outlet with my team . Staff doesn’t understand the hospitality. Billing process is very strange. First produce fault bill and than denied to correct by system constraints. Not recommend at all !

Pros : Good ambience and service. Cons: 1. Poor food. 2. Dont prefer via online booking like easydiner. Strictly don't allow food packing via easydiner if required which is very rude. 3. Highly overpriced.

Waiting time is to high. I placed an order for thali and dosa, manager said it will take 5 to 7 minutes and i was waiting since 30 to 40 mintues. Bad sevices i ever seen. Never ever go to sagar ratana again.

Worst PAAN I have ever had in my entire life.. First of all it stale like anything.. also taste worse. Along with idli sambhar bowl is so small that you can even think to dip a piece of idli in sambhar.. As per the quality and quality not worth paying for so expensive food..

Have been there a number of times and tries almost all the items in the menu. They do most of the things great... South Indian variety is a treat to taste buds.. So is the north Indian ones. They can slightly improve on the chinese though. But hey.. You cant do it all, so thats understandable.

Though we were initially confused what to order as we regularly eat south indian food. Then, we decided to order Sagar South Indian Thali. It was yummilicious. Every dish oozed authentic South Indian flavors. Rava Kesari was the ultimate out of all, an excellent desert. It is a must try thali and I am sure other items too will be equally delicious. ❤

Amazing quality of food, better than any Sagar Ratna branch. Great hospitality by Vicky who manages the place. Must go!

My favorite place for South Indian food, Although All Dosas are very tasty but The ghee podi masala dosa is my favorite 😍, I cannot stop myself to visit sagar ratna once in a week.

Worst experience the quantity is very less compare to any other sagar ratna outlet. The waiters are mannerless the spoons and plates are very dirty. Please don’t prefer to this outlet rather go to sector 18 outlet.

It was good.. my mother liked it very much as it was not much spicy.. we ordered tandoori platter and that was 3 on 5 but malai kofta dal makhani and naan was 4 on 5.. so overall its good

I visited for dinner and ordered hot n sour soup which is not good seems lot of ajino moto was there in it. In main course I ordered kadai chap the chap is burnt and the sides are black and the quantity is less as per the price. The butter roti was dried and some are over cooked burnt. I ordered dal tadka, they served Chana dal. All items are overpriced, worst food as compared to other outlets in Advant.

Food very average, location not accessible from front gate. A family found cockroaches roaming on seats and under the table. Quantity also less. Only positive was staff.

Went for South indian lunch at Sagar ratna outlet at Navias business park and was really impressed by the food taste, quality and quantity.

Excellent experience of dining at shree rathnam sec-142 be it south indian or north indian , the food quality is just top notch and this place has a very pleasing ambience as well. Been here twice and the consistency of food items is just commendable and also the service and hospitality is rightly done. Be it mood for dosa or south indian or like me to indulge in a north indian meal , you are bound to have a delightful meal :).

I visited this place as I was craving for some lip-smacking South Indian cuisine (as I hadn't had any in almost 3 months). So I and my friend came here. I ordered ildy and he ordered masala dosa. Well, honestly, looking at the cost to quality and quantity, it wasn't that great. The taste was just average. I chose this place over others just because of the name Sagar Ratna and we both were disappointed. We wanted to try filter coffee but chose not to.
