The staff is very rude and illiterate. They have no etiquettes on how to talk or deal with a patient. 1.Reports were late. Doctors were late. Medicines were late. Only payments were on time. 2. No cleanliness. Whether in lift or general ward. Even private rooms weren't clean when we reached. 3. Allotted the room to us by their choice and after the verification of our insurance policy, later on informed that our insurance policy doesn't cover this and threatened us to either move or pay more for the room. 4. When consulted to doctor about the skin issue i was facing the medicine given to me reacted very badly and increased the problem 3x more. While i understand it's difficult to predict what can react, it seemed like a pattern to me because stomach issue also got increased after coming here.

Located near Paras Tiera in Noida Sector 132. It's a multi-specialty hospital with almost all the facilities. You have the emergency services. You have the OPD facilities. All departments of doctors available. Doctors are also quite good. Ambulance service available too. Overall a good hospital to reach out. Covid vaccination very easily available too. Thumbs up for the hospital. Budget could be a reason for diminishing one star.

I visited Felix Hospital Sector- 137 Noida for my Covid-19 vaccination and I can say the hospital is very neat and clean and staff is very friendly and we were attended and vaccination done in under 30 minat.

Felix Hospital is not safe for women and children. I feel this on Wednesday(03/05/2022) . Guards and staff is misbehaving with me and my family. My 6 month doughter has 2 ASD and VSD holes in her heart. I complaint to GM (Mr. Pankaj) and Admin department but they did not taken any action. I asked for CCTV footage but not received. Doctor also supporting us. Tomorrow, I will start campaigning against hospital. Guards pic attached.

Dr. Lalit did a great job with my first ever health exam in emergency ward. He explained everything to me in a very clear manner. He was also kind and friendly. All of the staff was great – they were helpful, patient and helped with my insurance. They also had good ambulance service which provided pickup and drop service from your given location.

The hospital is located in sector 137 noida. It is good hospital in terms of basic facilities and Doctor's Panel. They do have many specialist. Even they have dedicated physiotherapy center. Emergency facility available 24×7 They have 24×7 covid vaccination facility Walkin, Drive Through as well as via Arogya setu or other apps provided by govt. But along with these there are few things which needs improvement One of them is billing department, they are very slow and waste lots of time of patients Another one is lift facility, whole hospital with 7 floor only having one lift shared by daily patients as well as hospital staff which makes is very difficult to save time. Consultantation charges at hospital are reasonable and Doctors are experienced too.
