It's a great value hotel. It's very close to Indraprastha Apollo Hospital, Delhi. It has all the required facilities to stay for medical treatment or business. It's not luxurious but it should be a great choice in terms of all basic needs at a reasonable cost and location. All rooms have dedicated kitchen facility with freeze, kettle, utensils, ac, geyser. Most of all, management and stuffs are very friendly and cooperative. Highly recommended.

The stay is unbelievingly too poor. Room is not even worth 250Rs, full of dust and dirt, no proper cooling from AC, what comes out is nothing but a noise like a generator running, very slow fan, no good drinking water, cats are running and fighting all over the lodge, making heavy squealing sounds, trying to get into the room, room cots and beds are beyond words to describe, not feeling even like to touch them, let alone has to sleep on it. Its more like a trash shed or cattle shed than a hotel room. And they keep the towels on staircase steps! Never ever stayed in this much low, horrible, unhygienic setup. lights are not getting off HENCE we forced to sleep in broad light. Upon enquiry, receptionist said all rooms are same standard only.

Hotel is situated in a gully. Rooms are not clean, many bugs are there in the corners. Bed sheets are not changed, found hair of people who stayed previously in the room. Hot water is available for bathing. Service is also kind of okay.

First of all i don't know what kind of freak sitting in the counter he doesn't know hospitality buisness first he said 1100 for one room but then when we were checking out he said 2400 for two days and when my fiance argue he said we cannot afford to pay that's why we're arguing and he completely forgot the fact we won't be there if we couldn't afford it never ever visit this place

Hotel was good like a normal hotel. The staffs and the manager was very friendly care taking but lift was down for 3 days we stayed. rooms and washroom was average like a 3 star hotel. One thing i hated was food served is not good the cup of tea which we ordered were broken dirty not clean. Location is good like if you have to work or stay in okhlaa area.

Stayed for 4days. Location is good. But room was filthy, bad odour, cockroaches inside the room. Pantry service was bad.(Unhygienic cook)...I will not recommend for others.

Affordable hotel for those visiting hospitals nearby... If stay is for long duration,there provision for cooking also which makes it a good place for hospital visitors..... services are good and location is also well connected to metro station and highway.. Beaware about the Trap Honest Review 1. Stay here for treatment at Appolo, away more than 1 KM, Jungle Area, 20 Rs per person E Rikshaw, Paidal not possible to reach Appolo. 2. Hotel Rooms are very congusted, Dirty full of Cockroach and Mosquito. 3. TV Not in working condition as because recharge is not done. 4. Major issue is Food, Food Served in Plastic Dirty Thali . I have visited the kitchen Smelling badely. Complementary Breakfast only Two Plain Paratha and Night Prepared Sabji. If you want Extra Roti the Dirty chef demands money, may be he comes in your Room and threatening you, i have face the same issue. 5. However Owner is a nice decent person but he tried you to convince you in favour of his kitchen staff. 6. If you booked hotel through make my trip, he asked you contact make my trip as because he had received less money. 7. Overall Bad unsafe hotel with bad location, dirty rooms and bedsheet and worst chef. No other food option are available here. Hence better that to stay another metro route as because Apollo hospital is just beside the Jasola Apollo metro station.

Kundan Palace is a beautiful hotel. The moment you step inside the hotel, you are greeted with warm hospitality and excellent customer service. The staff are friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist you with whatever you need. Its also convenient because its near the hospital.
