I always wanted to maintain my fitness and follow a healthy life style but because of office my routine keeps changing and later on it affects my health and slowly and gradually I become fat and I didn't notice even, then I realized I should start working out and joined BH club and the owner is so down to earth because on the very first day he assured me that he'll change my body the way it was earlier and it's been two weeks since and I can see the change all thanks to the trainer and talking about the environment, whenever I enter the gym all I get is positive vibes and the motivation to move forward.
