All new machinery and great trainers

Overall Gym is good when it comes to workout machines and equipment, but the trainers and other gym people behavior is little rough and doesn't know how to cater their customers. The gym people have there monopoly of few clients they focus on but neglect the newer clients. I wanted to join but changed my mind.

Gym is good in terms of equipment. However there are 6-7 trainer but they are only there for business or making client. No trainer will correct your wrong gym moves. They are money minded and there customer retention is zero. Lack of management in the Gym.

Had the worst experience. The owner is excessively rude and inconsiderate of its clients. The services are very poor as well. People can find much better gyms in Okhla in half the price. Most of the 5 star reviews they have posted are either fake or by their own employees. Absolutely regret going to Wow gym.

I've been a member of this gym for quiet a long time. The curated space and equipment are stunning and excellent quality. The staff and trainers are friendly, efficient and supportive. If you are looking for a gym with a more holistic approach, with a tailored and dedicated approach to helping you achieve both lifestyle and fitness goals then Wow gym will be an excellent fit for anyone.

Hey! So if you want an excellent onboarding experience, positivity as soon as you walk in the door and support you progress your fitness and wellbeing goals, I would personally suggest this club. I’m having a great time. I’m 2 months in and living my best life working out with a great staff and friendly community. Very spacious and well kept gym. There is a large range of equipment that would cater for a range of workout styles. I upgraded from a more basic gym and it has been worth the extra cost. Good range of equipment and classes. Great gym. Staff are friendly & knowledgeable, all the equipment is maintained regularly. Facilities are all spotless and staff clean regularly. Wide range of classes available that cater to every ability. It's a gym you can look forward to going.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the gym owner's conduct, which I find highly unprofessional. I received no cooperation or assistance, and I deeply regret my decision to join this gym. It feels like a waste of both my money and time.

I joined this gym thinking they would give professional guidance.. instead they focus more on show like wearing t-shirt and shoes..once u will pay the money they will not bother about the actual workout..owner himself is a egoistic guy..and some trainers are there just to talk to girls and show off..only money oriented..I wasted 6.5k for three months with no results

Superb quality gym, No issues 👏. Perfectly amazing for those who loves workout. Trainers are also too amazing. They take responsibility of every client weather they are doing the workout correctly or not. The gym really cares for their clients in the very best way.

Awesome gym ever in delhi, from the very first day i love the environment and the machine they have, the best machine ever wow gym have the Owner look after all the equipments personally..... And the best thing is all machines are very good and best in the area even gold gym doesn't have some machines in their house but WOW GYM hv. You won't believe from day one they insist on personal training despite opting for a yearly subscription. Trainers just keep watching from safe distance and won't bother to educate you if your steps are wrong.

Gym is good, but trainers only focus on girls and will provide training to girls if they don't ask also. To boys they just ignore and do chit chat with other trainers

Very nice Gym and they provide reasonable rates in 1 year or 6 months plan. They just need more dedicated and disciplined trainers who focus on every client equally and does not discriminate between girl and boy. I've experienced one of them to focus more on girl and lesser on me as I'm a boy. My trainer wanted me to renew my personal training plan but I didn't because he was not attentive enough towards me.

The gym is very well maintained and good quality equipment are there. Overcrowded during evening which is understandable.

This gym has everything one could imagine in a gym. Best part is if you take 12 months memebership fee the per month cost would be around Rs 1000 . Which is same as any local gym around you.

They stick lot of dirty posters in my area

Liked it there so many varieties of machines and most importantly there is separate for ladies
