Zero ratings for the following- 1. Rude behaviour 2. Unhygienic rooms 3. Cockroaches in the bathroom 4. Bugs in bed 5. Bedsheet not washed properly 6.holes in bed sheets 7. Tv not working 8. Not giving complimentary water bottles 9. Poor service 10. Charging extra and later denying it. 5 star ratings- 1. Fooling a customer 2. Not responding to a call 3. Taking advantage of customer 4. Frauding a customer Moral of the story- if u wanna see hell, go to this hotel and book through oyo.

I stayed here for 2 nights and this is the worst hotel in such a porche location I have ever come across. Everything there disappointed me as the washroom was so dirty and they didn't even provided soaps and towel there, even the bedsheets were not changed and pillow covers were all torn. And one of the main issue which I faced was network issue, there were no network in my phone. Even there room service is so worse, that after ordering a tea, you'll get it after 1 hour... That too cold... And even after complaining about it they seem not to care at all. I'd suggest everyone to book some other hotel as there are alot of good hotels available at the same and even low prices with great hospitality.

I tried to book this hotel via Oyo customer care. They took 20% advance and told that it's booked. But no confirmation came from their side. I called them again. They told due to some issue it's not yet booked and asked to book again. I declined. I didn't even receive any refund of the 20% payment as promised by oyo. This booking, I tried to book via oyo after 8 or 9 yrs. It's the same old poor story of oyo. No improvement !!!

Enjoyed my stay. Staff is very cooperative and well mannered. Rooms are neet and clean and linen are very comfortable and clean
