i was with them for leh-ladakh bike tour .. personally i didn't like the way they plan and ask for money .. it's all about money for them.. i will suggest to go with someone who gives you proper time at places to enjoy the beauty of nature .. it's not worthy to go with them

It started with a simple Google search and ended up with lots of memories. I Booked Rajasthan trip for my group of 12 people/ 6 couples, with the help of ITM executive Mr. Ajeet Dobhal my trip went smooth. In our 5D/4N trip we covered Jaisalmer with Sam dunes at desert and then Jodhpur. In Jaisalmer city we stayed at Hotel Boutique helsinki, best hotel with great view and very helpful and friendly staff. Then in desert we stayed at Desert holiday camp, the owner of the camp Mr. Alhadin is very helpful and friendly. Great tents with basic amenities and average hygiene is good for stay. Mr Alhadin arrange desert jeep safari for us with little extra cost, although camel ride is included in the package but for more long ride you have to pay extra to the camel owner. We arrived Jodhpur and checked-in hotel Kuchaman Haveli, one of the heritage kind of hotel with old and new style rooms, great room with good food and basic amenities. Only issue we faced in the whole trip to and fro from hotel Kuchaman Haveli because of our big group and the hotel is situated in very narrow streets of Jodhpur old market area. Rest the whole trip and stay is very pleasant. Best thing about ITM is that their executive Mr Ajeet Dobhal is continuously staying in touch and keep supporting and troubleshooting remotely. I booked my trip with ITM for Jim Corbett and Nainital and my experience is really fantastic. Cottage and hotel both were very good and hygienic. Cab driver arranged by Ajeet was very friendly and cooperative. Pick up and drop facilities were good. Food was fantastic. I have booked the Badrinath package via ITM.We had an amazing trip and Ms Kusum managed all the things like transport, accommodation very well and they are genuine team and very supportive.specially the hotel provided in Joshimath was really nice and view from there is really nice.

Me, my wife and my daughter travelled for chardham yatra from June 10-June 18. We contacted mrs kusum on 8th June and even within 2 days , she has arranged everything so perfectly and so quickly with very decent price. The cab driver Monu kumar picked us from Dehradun , he was very polite , helpful throughout the journey and always ready to help for any requests we made.The car was also clean and well maintained. The hotels room provided was very neat and clean , with beautiful views of Gangotri , Alaknanda , Kedarnath clouds and Yamunotri. While travel also plan changed , within few hrs she changed hotel as per it. The timing of travel she arranged in such a way that , we covered all chardham and Rishikesh in 8 days. She was also approachable, ready to serve any requests we made and connected throughout to support well. The overall experience was worth remembering and as we have thought of. Thanks kusum for such a good management and thanks monu for the trip. I recommend all reading this to at least contact her for price , hotel details before considering others. This was the first Ladakh trip for our group of 6 friends and can term it simply awesome. All thanks to Mr. Ajeet for giving us a good package in terms of itinerary and cost both. There were multiple revisions in our head count and every time he would address professionally with a smile and share revised details immediately. Further, the personal connect he has shown is really commendable. Most of the operators get money, share itinerary and then you are on your own for the entire trip with people on the ground. However, Mr. Ajeet will call on daily basis during the trip to seek feedback on each and everything. Also a special mention for our driver cum guide Mr. Tonyot. Excellent guy. Though 1-2 minor things could have been better but can be ignored with the kind of services rendered. Looking forward for another trip with ITM holidays.

We planned for Kashmir tour which is successfully organized by ITM Holidays. One of the best tour operator in Chardham Yatra Delhi region in my opinion. We were 10 people and booked our tour package for 12 days with vehicle/hotels. ITM Executive was kind enough to accommodate last minute changes to the plan and provided his best. I would say the provided hotels were of good quality and based on the budget. We are fully satisfied and I would definitely use ITM Holidays service for the years to come.

We've booked trip from Delhi to Manali to Leh to Srinagar. Beautiful experience we had during our trip in terms of accommodation, travel vehicle, food were very nice and bike conditions could be better (usually rented bikes will have average condition). Overall experience is amazing and coordinator Ajith, Achuk and back up vehicle supported by Mohammed were very good at their work.

I was very pleased with the service that I received from ITM.The team made sure that ur 2 day trip to Auli in the time of Covid 19 was safe and memorable one.The resorts Tattva that these guys chose for our stay was wonderful! Thanks to ITM Holidays for arranging lovely customised trip to Uttarakhand. I had spent Diwali in nov 20 with Kedar Baba in kedarnath & it was very blissful experience. In Dec 20,ITM holidays arranged trip to Auli & chopta. It was also an amazing, thrilling & adventurous experience. Good food, comfortable stay and experienced driver made us our overall trip successful. 1st day of the new year 2021 well spent on Ganga Ghat with spiritual bhajans & Ganga Aarti. Actually I had booked my package with ITM Holidays, they had arranged the itinerary so wonderfully with my choice of places including in it. They respond quickly before n during the trip though. Everything was taken care of and our trip was well organised and the team were available to answer any queries once we were away. You can completely blind trust the travel agency n plan your upcoming trips along with reasonable rates. I would recommend this company without hesitation and plan to use them again.

Most importantly the car provided for us was personal and were so so amazing. The location of hotels in bangkok and phuket were great that every single thing was avavilable in seconds.Most importantly the hotels were just near to local shopping market😄.
