BEWARE: I decided to finally seek out professional help in coloring my hair after years of doing it myself. Someone suggested I go to Andrews Colour Atelier at Van Aken District. I made an appointment for a consultation, which was required, and the owner, Erin, told me what she suggested and what the cost would be for the services. I asked what it would cost for touching up my roots and she said $45. At my first appointment everything was perfect until I went to pay the bill. While another employee was washing my hair twice my colorist came up and asked if I wanted conditioner on my hair. Of course I do since she just washed my hair twice and I knew I needed something. So she told the employee washing my hair to put on a conditioner and leave it on for 5 minutes. I don't think she left it on 45 seconds before rinsing it out and the shock was when I went to pay my bill I was charged $20 for the conditioner!!! I had assumed it was just some standard product not an up charge. Ok live and learn. Second appointment was to touch up the roots. I had the same colorist and when it was time to pay my bill it was NOT the $45 as I had been told by the owner but over $90 before tip!!! Ok- still learning curve but asked for someone in training who charges $45 for touch up of roots. Now I am on my third appointment yesterday and again I go to pay my bill and was told the charge was $68!!!!! Are you kidding me!!!!! I explained that I was told when I made the appointment that the person was in training and would only charge $45. The person at the front desk told me that she had just been promoted to the next level so her charge for my service went up. I kindly explained that since I received 2-3 text messages to confirm my appointment I should have been notified about the cost increase before the appointment. She said this time she would make an exception and I was only charged $45. I could see she was steaming as I cancelled my next appointment. This salon is in a great location but needs a more transparent pricing policy and desperately needs to improve their customer service!!!

Wow, wow, wow! I don’t write reviews but I am officially obsessed. My hair looks absolutely incredible. I booked with Jackie for the color and she did such an amazing job. It has depth and richness and I’ve received so many compliments on it. And Jen jumped in for the cut. She is so meticulous in her approach, and now I have such beautiful layers. They listened to me, we talked through a plan and I literally couldn’t be more pleased. This is my new go-to for looking and feeling fabulous.

I cannot recommend Andrews Colour enough. It’s like a piece of NYC right here in Cleveland, OH! The space at the Van Aken District is absolutely stunning. The staff are so friendly and accommodating. From the moment I walk in, I feel welcomed, seen, and immediately part of the family. My colorist, Jackie Tibjash, is a phenomenal artist. She always takes the time to listen to my ideas about my color and is honest and realistic about how we can make my ideas work. She truly cares about the health of my hair as well as the look and color. Jackie always provides me great feedback with any questions I have. She is a class act and works so hard! Every experience I’ve ever had at Andrews Colour has been professional, helpful and really enjoyable. I highly recommend!!

Andrews Colour Atelier is the best salon in Cleveland. I’ve been getting cut and color there since it opened. They always go above and beyond to not only make my hair as beautiful and healthy as possible but make me feel beautiful as well. The staff always strives to put the client first and to make sure they walk out of the salon happy and looking their best! 10/10 would recommend!

I was very happy with my color and cut. I went to two different ladies, Amanda for the color and Jessica for the cut. Both were very nice and helped me decide what to do. I’m not great at deciding what I should do with my hair - which is why I never get it cut, but I loved them. The pricing seemed fair, I told my sister and she thought is was good pricing. She gets her hair styled all the time. Looking forward to my next visit.

This salon is STUNNING! Happy Hour on Thursday nights with complimentary wine! I love how they take what you want to do with your hair and make it BETTER! Erin is a genius and shes taken her team to another level. They make us all look gorgeous and we're lucky to have such an amazing option for color, cuts, smoothing treatments, extensions and brows! They even do Blow Out Classes to help us learn how to get that Atelier Blowout they are known for!

Andrews Colour Atelier is the GOAT of salons in Cleveland. I love going there, the stylists are impeccably professional and make you feel like you are part of their family. I've been a loyal client since they opened and my hair looks better every time I go. Change your hair, change your life.

Very disappointed.. I wanted to like this place. I called to notify that I was running a few minutes late due to an accident on the freeway, no answer so I left a voicemail. They wouldn’t let me come in for my color appointment, pushed me to cancel my services, then tried to charge me for services I didn’t receive when I wasn’t the one cancelling on them and attempted to show up. I only expected the slightest bit of courtesy and understanding as I am a very easy-going paying customer. I don’t appreciate the way this was handled from a highly rated, “professional” business.

Absolutely love Andrew’s! I travel from the East Coast to get my hair cut and colored here. Madeline is the best, always offering me the best products and tips to keep my hair healthy.

Erin is amazing!!! So glad I found her. My hair has never looked better! She suggested switched to Balayage coloring. Best decision! The salon is clean and all the stylists are friendly.
