Amazing hospitality and kindness from wonderful Florian! He went above and beyond to make our stay the best possible. It is out of the main road in a quiet nook. The bedsheets smelled nice and fresh and the food was wonderful after a long hike

Very nice location, 5 min from the center market. The host is kind and knows English, he let us checked in earlier as the room was ready. The room has everything and the shower has a good pressure. We also had dinner there, chicken and kebab were tasty, portions are big. Prices are ok, chicken 750 lek, kebab 700 and big salat 350. The breakfast was a buffet: boiled eggs, cheeses, honey, jam, milk, juice and fresh fried pastry and the host made a nice coffee for us ❤️.

Stayed for a weekend and enjoyed everything. The rooms are spacious and very clean, also the view inside the guesthouse is full of flowers blossom and in the middle of high mountains making it so romantic. Perfect to relax, very quiet place and i recommend to everyone!

Very pleasant accommodation. Clean and neat. The air in the apartments is good, I slept really well here. The host and other staff speak good English, are friendly and helpful. They want customers to be fine. The food is tasty and local. The price for the night and food is good. The location is excellent. Great views. Hiking trails nearby. I can really recommend this place wholeheartedly. I missed a night lamp.

Very comfortable room with great air conditioning (not that it's needed with the windows open even on a hot day). The hosts are excellent, very polite and accommodating, couldn't do enough for us. The view from our room was absolutely incredible. Only thing tk note is payment on site is cash only, not an issue but something to be aware of, you can pay in the nearby mini mart to have LEK from the til at a 10% surcharge if needs be. Value for money 10/10 Location 10/10 Rooms 10/10

Amazing guest house, maybe the best one in Theth, the son of the owner Florian has a perfect english and is extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are extremely clean as well as the bathroom, from our room the bathroom view is splendid. The food is delicious, a local cuisine which makes you want to stay for longer. Very good location, nothing to say!! The hikes surrounding are amazing. We stayed for four nights due to the renovation of the road, such a nice environment, I will definitely come back.

Highly recommend to stay in this Place. Very nice accomodation and garden and perfect host. The traditional dinner and breakfast is super delicious and Florian and his Family are very kind and helpful people. My friend got in a difficult Situation during Our stay and Florian and his family were very sweet and Caring to help us out. Thank you :-)

This was hands down THE BEST, most genuine and authentic place in Theth. We came all the way from the United States and we are greatly thankful and appreciative for the hosts hospitality. We stayed 2 nights. Immediately upon arrival, they greeted us with a warm welcome. They took us to our rooms and we could notice right away they were cleaned spotless, and i value that a lot since I'm OCD about that 😊. At Guest House Flodisa we had access to free wi-fi, which made it very easy to communicate back with our family in the US. The food was very delicious, traditional Albanian food. After eating three meals, it made me realize how long it's been since I've eaten something that fresh and tasty. Guest House Flodisa is 100% where you want to stay, especially if you're going hicking, or visiting the Blue Eye, waterfalls, or doing other cool activities around the area. The location was perfect, breathing clean fresh air felt amazing, sitting around the fire (bring marshmallows*) at night together with other guests from Italy, England etc., laughing and sharing our stories, made our experience even more fun. We highly recommend Guest House Flodisa, satisfaction guaranteed. Thank you so much for having us, for your dedication and going out of your way to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Even when we left, thank you for arranging transportation for us back to the city. We will definitely be back again, and will spread the word about our stay and the amazing experience that we had. The place is amazing... that's the first place that i go to have an amazing view to the bathroom :) Florian, the owner of the place, is so friendly and he helped us in everything. The food was exceptionally tasty and the rooms are clean. The bedsheets and towels smelled really nice. I will definitely repeat the visit in the future.

We stayed in this place for 1 night and it was great! The host is very kind and helpful guy, the food they prepare is tasty traditional meal and the view is amazing. They have everything you need for staying in Theth;) highly recommended

Great place, amazing host!! Went out of his way to accommodate all of our needs. Clean rooms, delicious food, scenery view. Incredible location as this guesthouse is at the start of the main hike! We were a group of 10 people and stayed for 1 night. Host also went out of his way to arrange transportation back to Shkodar.
