This place is miserably bad. They will charge you online but then will deny your booking. Room conditions are pretty bad as they are earning from the couples who come there for hourly basis. They are not even listed under OYO now as per them. Manager is not good and will charge you for anything. Worst hotel i have been to so far. OYO should take immediate action on them.

What this hotel has going for it is a friendly staff. And decent air conditioning. Otherwise, despite the apparent proximity to Pacific Mall on Google Maps, it’s actually located in an industrial estate, with pretty shady surroundings. A number of things don’t work, and it’s a mosquito infested area. The food (other than Maggi noodles) is best left alone. To top it off, glitches in the Oyo app turned a 3-day stay into a 2-day one. Only an understanding manager at the hotel was able to help sort things out.

Inspite of making the full payment on online Oyo app, they asked for 800/- extra. Unfriendly staff & dirty rooms. Pathetic experience. It's better to pay 1000 extra somewhere else than here. Do not come here if you care for your money. Even if you pay the extra money, it's still a big hassle & inconvenient.

Worst experience ever..... I booked a room online and I showed them the booking, The staff member didn't accept the booking and said we don't have a room. I won't recommend this hotel. The staff is so cheap and rude. I was considering to book their banquet hall but now I won't consider it in any case.

Unhygenic hotel, Amenenities were broken, Seepage was leaking, Bathrooms were badly, miserably unhygenic, Staff is very rude, The blankets and curtains were soo smelly, uncleaned, Miserable stay and the are charging for a room 2200 Rs. Shamefull, Owner seems too adamant to care about these things.

Phone in the room, calling bell not working. Asked for a room change even no response from the staff. Room and ac are good.

They asked me to pay in cash and said if I ll ever pay again from Oyo app they will not gonna give me the room. That's pathetic they are scamming there own company
