For the price point, this is an amazing place to dine out for lunch for office parties for couple eat out. Food is amazing, live bar and orchestra is icing in the cake. They have outside or terrace seating available which gives you a nice view of metro line. Overall a good place and you wont regret.

This is a wonderful for a family get together or just to hangout with friends. Recently I visited this outlet. It is centrally located in Nsp. The ambiance is cool with ample sitting area outdoors on the terrace as well as indoor. The variety of starters is amazing. Golagappe & dahi vada chaat is very tasty. The main course is very delicious. I loved dal makhni,chicken & biryani. In the end I enjoyed the dessert which was nice.

Hello Themis Management, This is for your kind attention. Please note my review on very serious note. We had Dinner buffet on 6th Aug 2022 Time 9.20pm. VVIP Room. Food : 2.5/ 5 - You should really Improve. Service : Mr.Mohit , a humble waiter who only know how to service customer. ( Really Appreciable service which is the only good thing I felt about your restaurant - for him 5star) Mr.Suraj who was at worst of customer service. Not even a smiley face - I felt like he is paying me for sitting and having food here. Ordered things purposefully delayed. Next table got all orders on finger tips. They were served by 5- 6 persons. Check out the CCTV footage for clear details. I m not bluffing for making rating down. And for very important I don't understand how come you all treat 2 families in different ways sitting in vvip room. Is it because u felt we are south Indians. And I was not having alchohol- which didn't raise your bill value. . Mr.Jaspal manager was a great humble managerial person who listens to our problem, And assured next time all these won't happens. ----- ------ ----- Special Note : This is my first experience in such a beautiful ambience restaurant. We went here to have lunch, we had to pay 1400 rupees apart from that 5% tax had to be paid separately. You won't believe.... that lunch will be the worst experience of my life. The service was very slow while the crowd was not much at that time only 2 or 3 tables were full. Starters tasted good but Waiters had to be called after every 2 minutes. They Used to bring 2 or 3 small pieces of every snack for 2 people in the tandoor after waiting for long15 minutes and then had to call again to bring snacks. And when it comes to lunch, I had 2 non-veg vegetables only in the course, the chili was added too much, you have no option but to skip the course. After that talking about desserts, there were 3 or 4 items which seemed right to eat but I missed the ice cream a lot. Bad service

Management has changed and the new staff were not able to manage properly.. We were waiting for tandoori items and even for bread we have to wait for quite long.. Previous ambience was better then the new one. Quality has degraded.. Roasted pineapple was stale and cocktail or any other other soft drinks were not provided in the dinner. However, they have added chaat corner which is of no use in front of tandoori dishes which mostly everyone loves about barbeque. Overall quality of food and service of staff degraded. Not happy

We had Dinner buffet and it’s totally worth it. Be it the variety, quality or the portion size, they have left no stone unturned. Only con part is that there’s no beverage included otherwise it’s a must try if you’re hungry as hell and want great food with interesting ambience!

Loved the vibe and ambiance. Food is good! Cons- When it’s peak hours for dinner time, service gets a bit slow. 2) I requested 1 veg starter sans any kind of spices, they agreed at the time of the booking but when served for dinner it wasn’t. An elderly person accompanying us couldn’t have much.

Recently visited this place and it was super amazing. The atmosphere the food the service everything was superb. Its a must visit place if you are looking to spend quality time with friends and family over a buffet.

The restaurant manager NARAYAN SINGH has worst behaviour in terms of he does not respect his customers He treats the customers as if the restaurant does not care if they came or not He does not allow to sit on vacant and so called reserved seats When asked how they are reserved then he mentions the people who give advance gets those preferred seats and when asked about written policy, He mentions then there is no such written policy. He is full of ego and claims to have lots of complaints against the staff on daily basis but nothing happens Who ever wants to visit the restaurant just ask for your favourite table and then you will come to know there reservation policy which is just oral and not documented he has also provided me with his name batch plate and said take the picture and do whatever possible….

TOTAL FRAUD RESTAURANT!!! Beware Manager Shivansh is super rude to customers Serving 50% of the menu only Every other item is stale In the name of drinks they serve sugar syrup! Total arrogance shown by manager on complaining. Said aisa hi hai jo karna hai krlo After spending 1000+ per person. This fraud service and arrogance by manager is never expected.

Snacks were good however disappointed by the Chat section entirely. However Main course and Desserts were good. Cold tawa ice creams are not available currently. The ambience of the place is very nice, especially rooftop outdoor space. The prices are on a higher side hence ROI is not good.

My 1st and last time here. Extremely RUDE behaviour by the manager on duty Mr. Rana. Live music was so very loud for a restaurant that we couldn't even talk amongst ourselves. On requesting the manager to reduce the volume a little bit, we were told very rudely that there are other people sitting who have not complained and that outside customers also need to hear the music playing inside. Later on going out in the open, we saw speakers there too and volume there was much tolerable. So clearly we were lied upon. Even food gave me instant bloating and I couldn't eat even mains from the buffet. Spent Rs. 18,000 here. Such a waste.

Extremely bad quality of food such as Chicken, Fish and Prawns. Even vegetarian snacks like chaap very stale and not up to the mark. They fill your table with poorly cooked snacks at the moment you enter. Bad service. Only cocktails were good. Heard a lot about this place. If you want to enjoy don’t book this place. Taste is very average. All reviews have a good rating. But this a genuine review don’t waste your here. Extremely overpriced place! Totally disappointed 😔 Went with family and no one was happy with this place.

They have no idea of what a barbecue is. Extremely bad service where we had to wait and eat according to what the waiter had for us ready at that time. Ordered for diet coke but never got it for 20 minutes. Finally walked to the bar and demanded a beer and took it. This one is very good place to visit in nsp or you are planning for get-together it has open roof from you can see tv tower of nsp i will suggest you to go with buffet system which they charge 800 from me for veg in which they provide you unlimited snacks 1 drink and lunch which is very good or you can go with swiggy dineout you can book in advance for more discount so overall you can go with you friend’s and family it has live music too
