I attended the clinic late yesterday evening, the doctor and receptionist were very accommodating to accept me at a such a late time which I was really grateful for. I paid and received a receipt. However unbeknownst to me until this afternoon the payment did not go through, (UK bank card). They have literally HARASSED me all day today with phone calls and voicemails. Your patients have jobs and can't run at the drop of a hat back to pay a bill they originally thought was paid. Ridiculous! I ended up having to send a family member to pay as I couldnt get out of work. Will never attend this clinic again, really unprofessional approach in this type of situation which was not intentional, very untrusting of patients.

Went to get a blood test done for my thyroid and unfortunately I was told the lab forgot to run my thyroid antibodies. It wasn't great, but I was told I could come and get my bloods taken again F.O.C. grand... had to go in a few times to try and get my bloods done as my veins just weren't cooperating, which altogether took over a month. This was nearly two months ago when they finally got my bloods. A week or two went by with no results, I called and was told to wait. Another week or two went by, and they realized my number was put in the system wrong (a bunch of 000000000's) when switching to Doooctor.ie. I was old that it was fixed, and I would get a callback from the doc. Two weeks later, nothing. I tried calling earlier this week, and it's nearly impossible to get through. My calls weren't answered, and when they were I could hear the receptionist chat to someone else as though they answered instead of hanging up. Completely unaware that I was on the line (this has happened a few times). I called again today frustrated, and I was told that they don't have my results. They called the lab and got back to me saying that the lab forgot to run my test....again? They offered to have me come back in to get some more blood drawn. Hell no. I don't see how the lab could forget to run my tests twice. I don't trust this service. They forget about their patients. I'll never come back, and I'll be recommending people to stay clear of this practice.

Doctor365 Shannon provides the Excellent service and it brings a BIG relief to the people of Shannon who find it extremely difficult to schedule the appointment during the emergency or otherwise. The staff is very helpful and kind.
