Ordered 12 inch pizza waited 55m for it came in half cold and burned all around and the size was 6 inch ...chips looked dark brown/green colour. Strongly recommend not eating here !!! Poor - communication Poor - food Poor - delivery waiting time ...

This place is preying on vulnerable foreign students. Employing them for less than minimum wage, 3 to 4 euro per hour and sometimes denying them even that, instead threatening them with severe consequences if they ask for their wage. People please don't order from this place. They are cruel.

Worst place to order a pizza. Takes more than 90 mins to deliver a badly cooked pizza. And when called to ask about order status, a women shamelessly says it is on the way. Don't even have a basic courtesy to apologize. Avoid this eatery completely.

took more than 2 hours to get delivered and don't answer calls to give an update on the delivery. once foods arrived cold the base was burnt. wouldn't recommend this place it very inconsistent with the quality of food.

Zero stars would be appropriate. I honestly haven't a clue what the food is like as unfortunately I never actually got to try it... After waiting 6 minutes for someone to appear to take my order, for some reason just before I paid ( they don't take credit or debit card by the way and I always take this as a bad sign...) I thought to ask how long my order would be. 15 mins I was informed by a disinterested young chap. Now, 15 mins is a typical time for a Chinese dish in my experience. I would have said that 15 mins for a pizza would be a short time. So my expectations are reasonable. I had ordered 1 large chips and 1 regular size cheese chips. It wasn't busy at all. There were two piles of hot delivery bags stacked and no one else came in while I was waiting. So 15 mins after waiting in an empty establishment for 6 minutes waiting to order seems a little excessive to me. I cancelled my order and took my business elsewhere. Life is too short for that type of service and money is far too hard to earn to give it to a business who don't seem to care about customer service. Shannon has more than one food outlet and the others certainly know a lot more about customer service. Won't be back as there's no point. They're not interested in their customers in my experience.

0 star will be probably the best. Order food 15:30 restaurant open 16:00 delivery started 17:00 now is 18:30 and the food not delivered. To refund the money You needs to call the yo-yo provider which don’t have number!!! Stay away from them and spend money somewhere else.

This is by far the best pizza I have found!! If you are near this place and it's open get one, you will not be disappointed!! I love a good pizza and have struggled to find one that meets my expectations but this is a MUST!!!!

Absolute joke of a place. Ordered a small meal and it took 40 mins to cook and when I got it it was half burnt. Then had to spend 10 mins arguing with them for a refund and was told he wouldn’t refund us until we ate the burnt food. Eventually got a refund. While we were there we saw a similar argument with someone who ordered a pizza for collection only to be told when he got there that they didn’t do the type of pizza he ordered. Terrible food and even worse staff

So we have ordered here many times and always been happy with the food and prices. On this particular night we had a mistake with our order as they seemed super busy and had new staff. We rang them, they were out with fresh pizza in no time and they were absolutely gorgeous. As well as adding in some garlic dip and coke which was so greatly appreciated! Would definitely recommend 👍🏻♥️

We ordered the pizza deal no 6 and while chicken goujons were tasty, the pizza itself not so much. The toppings were bland (onions were raw too) and the pizza sauce tasted like cheap pasta sauce from Tesco. Not really worth 18€.
