Ordered food quick enough and ended up waiting nearly half am hour for a 6 peice bucket deal. All the tables were covered with others rubbish.. went to lean off a table for our use only to find the bins full.

Had such a great experience in this Supermacs. Sylvia who works here was so kind to me and my sister. Would highly recommend!

We recently visited Supermac's, Shannon with group of children after school tour day out. We were given the area upstairs which was ideal from a safety point of view. The staff were so helpful and pleasant. The food was tasty and everybody ate everything they had ordered. We had pre-ordered the food and everything came out exactly as ordered and was great value for money. We will be back.

Waited 15 to 20 mins for chips n a pice of chicken ended up cancelling my order not busy just staff not knowing what to do I would be there 3 times a week won't be seeing me again not good business

Absolutely disgusting. We were on the road so stopped in here. Chicken tenders for the kids were extremely dry, chicken burger was lame with about a centimetre of lettuce, beef burger was inedible. Milkshakes were liquid like water. Fries were gross. Most of it went in the bin. Waste of time and money. Manky!

Waste of time ordering online using the delivery notes section as they never read them. Left notes about a lunchbox only to be ignored yet again. Over an hour for delivery. Paying extra for cheese chip only to have to put cheese on it myself as there’s so little on it 🤦🏼‍♀️

Never fails to please. Lovely food and nice staff. It would be great if Supermacs did a bit more of promo codes (just because I’m there all of the time)

Probably one of the best Supermacs we've had in years. Super friendly staff, spotless clean premises, the food was as good as it looks in the pictures and cooked to order.

They played a lot of Maisie Peters when I was there... Idk if that was intentional but I really enjoyed it. Food always lovely

Brought a group of 9 children to supermacs Shannon today. The boys really enjoyed the pizza, chips, nuggets, and drinks. It was a lovely end of 6th class experience for them. Extremely efficient service as we ordered 3 large pizza. Sylvia looked after us and was so nice and pleasant. Thanks so much. Will be back again soon

My favorite Supermac! Best staff who are very attentious and prepare the food as required. I always ask my milk shake there a bit different and they do it. The toilets were impecable.

Got some good pizza 🍕 great big fat juicy burgers nice fries 🍟 and a good selection of ice creams for dessert friendly staff also

I wish Supermac's were in the states where I live. Visited twice while in Ireland. Got the chicken sandwich both times - delicious. The ice cream treats were also especially good.

Perfect Supermacs!. The food is fresh, Food is delicious, Kind friendly staff, clean place, food isn't fatty or too filling,Popular place, Delivery man is also very friendly, Deliveries don't take too long, no problems with staff and prices are reasonable. I would recommend eating here!

Food was good and so was service. Interior is showing its age and floors where slippy after the rain.

Big increase on price recently.. times when teenagers pop in for quick burger to keep them going are gone . What school going children have 12.50 to spend casually on a quick bite to eat

Popped in here on way to Shannon airport. Very bright inside. Service was good. The whole restaurant could do with a refresh. Super macs is priced well. Pizza wasn't great would recommend burgers more.

Wouldn’t let me use the bathroom. Gave me onion rings in a chicken tenders box instead of the tenders I ordered and kids water instead of a regular size.

Extremely slow. Waiting for delivery 1 hour and a half and 1 hour 10 mins most times. Can be quite rude on or off the phone. Also food cold on many occasions and food missing. Supermacs use to be one of my favourites but it's all about making a quick buck anymore. Ye don't care about your customers whatsoever

Floor's were not very clean and felt sticky to the foot.Food was alright... but like all supermacs,it's way overpriced.

Right off the main drag, nice folks, tasty burger. It was a bit chaotic though.

Attention to the manager/supervisors: please check with your chef what's wrong are they doing. Chicken is always dry. They are cooking too much ahead. Had supermacs at other places. Only Shannon one serves dry chicken. Two chicken piece was dry, one was undercooked. Wife just had food poisoning from it.
