Have not forgotten and will get to my official complaint at how disgusting this hotel is. I paid in full in advance. I checked in prior to arrival. It was a bank holiday weekend and they would not allow myself and my girlfriend stay, stating only credit cards could be accepted in thee case of potential damage and I offered 3 types of debit or cash but just told we could not stay. A 3 hour drive only to sleep in the car and destroy a holiday trip. Apparently the manager allowed this when called by reception. Very strange to accept that someone managing a hotel would allow this. Asked for my money back and also refused. The most discussing people and situation I've ever been in at a hotel and I will ensure they are held accountable for their actions as even when I showed that there apparent policy was not stated on my booking all I was told is that's not correct.... Place does not deserve to exist in current owners hands. Gross gross gros. And I will make sure it is known lodly. Gross

Grest meal, great service. Was on the way to the airport and decided to have a preflight meal and we were not disappointed. From the moment we entered to the moment we left nothing but great service. The food was more than plentiful pipping hot and very tasty. We will be back i know it.

Only had lunch which was good but not exceptional. Friendly service but it can take a while before orders come through (e.g. coffees)

Overnight stay prior to leaving from my vacation. Quick access to airport. Modern furnished rooms, pub has decent food

Really nice experience. Rooms are spacious and decorated with taste. Food was great and it's not your everyday bar food. Best thing was the shower, the rain head shower was fab. I usually stay out for 2,3 times a month. But this was the best.

Stayed here on a stay and fly. Was put in a room next to the boiler room which wasn't pleasant at all as it was like a plane passing every 20 minutes with the noise from it.also emailed for 2 taxis to get to airport which were none existent when we arrived and had to leave one of our cars in long-term parking at the airport. Also emailed in advanced for a cot which wasn't in the room when we arrived on a late flight.the night porter sorted that for us though.

One of my favorite hotels. Brendan in the bar is in a league of his own. Great barman. Food is great and all staff are very friendly. Can't wait to get back

Fantastic hotel Rooms comfortable and spacious Staff are so nice and friendly,small fridge in room which was a great addition you could ask for fresh milk for tea in the room.Will definitely stay again

Great location, nice tidy hotel clean rooms with air conditioning, would love if the shower head was a little better but other from that breakfast was great.

Completed a work related 3 night stay on Friday and couldn't recommend the hotel and adjoining pub enough. Everything about Shannon Springs screams comfort, style and good times. The food is outstanding.

Weekend staff is outstanding! Rooms are quaint, neat and clean. Walking distance to Shannon airport. Good choice if you have airport related work.

Shh!!!!! You might miss out on a lovely stay. This was my first time staying here in years and I am truly impressed with the renovations. You are greeted with such a warm, cozy yet inviting atmosphere once you walk in the door. I had a slight issue after checking into my room though. My original room was extremely cold once I stepped inside, but Mr Fadi was quick and helpful in moving me to another room due to the heating system not working in that particular room. After I moved into the new room I fell into a deep sleep with how comfortable my bed was. Don’t sleep too long, because you do not want to miss their lovely Irish breakfast. The potatoes were my favorite!! I hope you enjoy your stay.

We were stranded across the street at a B&B that did not answer the door a 630 on a Sat. evening. We walked across to the hotel without a reservation. The receptionist was great! She booked a room for us. We had a drink in the bar (live, really good musician playing) while we waited for a table at the attached pub. The food and service were excellent. We were very pleased with the entire experience. The hotel arranged a 530 AM taxi to the airport for us.

I have been coming here for the last number of years and I'm continually impressed by the level of investment that seems to be pumped into this hotel. They seem consistently to be upping their game, whether it's front of house staff, quality of food, service, professionalism or the standard of rooms. The marketing of the hotel is first rate too and there's a real, genuine family feel here. I sincerely look forward to our next visit.

I was looking forward to the breakfast here after seeing the great reviews about food. But experience was quite disappointing. Ordered quite simple, full irish breakfast, ended up having to return food at least 2 times, for missing items or incorrect items..in the end, there were no mushrooms or tomatoes on my plate, bacon looked really sad☹ date on the mustard had actually expired too🤦‍♀️ The chef and the kitchen really need to do a better job with their breakfast..it was chaotic!

Called in for a quick lunch. 2 mins off Limerick to Ennis motorway. Staff were friendly, welcoming and efficient. Food was excellent and at a good price. Hotel clean . Couldn't recommend it higher. I'll b back.

The hotel was nice but had issues. The walls are paper thin so you can hear things from other rooms. One night in particular on our stay we had a person next door that was extremely loud with snoring . I contacted reception at 12.30 to see if they could change us to another room as we were due to be up at 7 am. The receptionist told is to bang on the wall. I didn't want to put myself in that situation or the other guest. So I refused. He then said he will ring them, I asked them not to just to find us a room to sleep for a few hours. He lied and said there no rooms available , then he told us we could move rooms but would have to pack up all our stuff. It was now 1.30 in the morning, he was very rude. My partner got on the phone and the receptionist changed their tune and a room was available, was that because I was a female I wonder. Having to argue at 1.30 in the morning is a disgrace and having paid 475 euro I would not return.

Very nice hotel and conveniently placed near the Shannon International Airport. Staff on hand was very nice and welcoming. This was an unexpected stop for me so it turned out to be a great place. Thankful they were near the airport for sure. Would recommend!

An absolute jewel of a hotel. The rooms are beautiful and clean. The restaurant/pub is the best place to be. I absolutely recommend this as a place to stay. I hope to return soon.

Fantastic Hotel- the staff is top shelf and they go above and beyond for their guests- I highly recommend this for a day a week or even more. Great central location- super neat n clean ✨

For the price, as good a room as you will get in these parts (or in most all of Ireland for that matter). Very modern and functional space for a hotel room. Two large TV's, which are both twice the size and function of anything else in town (or the country for that matter). The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful (reservations, getting us a cab, etc). Rooms are very quiet (especially if not booked on a Saturday night directly over the bar). Good restaurant inside the hotel as well. It fills up FAST, so get reservations in advance if possible. Helps if you are staying there. If comparing to the Treacy's or Bunratty hotels in town, forget them both. It is not even close. The Treacy's we stayed in down the street (for just one night) was like a dressed up Motel-6. We will stay at Shannon Springs again if we are anywhere near the area.

I did not stay at the Springs but was there for a two day offsite meeting for work. I have ansolutely no reason for criticism, the meeting room was more than adaquete for our group and the service from the staff first class.

Staff was friendly and room was comfortable but small. Town is boring, nothing to do. Tried to go to the hotel pub for a drink, was ignored at the table for 10 mins, went up to the bar to grab drinks and was completely ignored by numerous staff, wouldn’t even make eye contact. Another guest came up and was served right away while I was still overlooked. Honestly the worst hospitality service we have ever received. The pub is basically a night club for the towns you get people. We went to the hotel up the street and had great and friendly service there.

Room was clean but needs a bit of repair work, broken bedside lamp with wires showing, Lots of marks on the walls, Our room was right over the back yard where staff were constantly smoking so we had to keep the windows closed as the smell came straight into the room, also noise from extractor or something outside.. Food was quality but as we had got a deal with dinner included we didn’t know we had a separate menu to others, The girl gave us the wrong menu, I liked the options, but the restaurant manager then came and told us we had to order from the different menu which didn’t have what I wanted and when I asked he was abrupt and point blank refused. The food we did order was nice. Steak was very small. Breakfast was freshly cooked with plenty of options and good quality. Would suit for a one night stay if using the airport but otherwise there’s nothing much else in the area. Sadly didn’t have a friendly feel.

Enjoyed the stay. There are plenty of room to improve at reception. Bit late for a breakfast but they looked after well 👌👍

wonderful clean hotel, very nice and smiling staff. clean rooms, bathroom stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body lotion (a great convenience because you don't have to take it with you) comfortable beds. we got exactly what we asked for. the only downside for us was the limited choice of the breakfast menu (not everyone likes an Irish breakfast) lack of fresh vegetables and other meals, missing products were not replenished on a regular basis. quiet and peaceful neighborhood, close to shops and gas station. delicious dishes in the restaurant (large portions)

Rooms very comfortable and tastefully decorated. Spotlessly clean, turn down service a nice touch, beds were excellent. Had a meal in the bar and the whole thing was faultless. Food was delicious and the staff were very friendly and gave good recommendations for the menu.

Fabulous Hotel. Wonderful service. Close to Shannon airport. The buses stop here to go anywhere you want. Convenient. Affordable and one of the best stays we have ever had. Thank you.

The guy on the reception was very friendly and helpful. Food in the restaurant was fantastic, very nice waiting staff. Cocktails were lovely and reasonably priced. The breakfast buffet didn't taste the freshest but it was all you can eat so that made up for it
