Staff were very ignorant. myself and family felt like it was because they didn’t like where were from so avoid if from Dublin. My brother was told that because he couldn’t swim he was unable to go past a certain point and when we asked for facilities to help him learn to swim we were ignored and told to wait and then watched every other child in the pool get a pool float. Half of the pool was cut off because of training purposes but when we called we were told there was full range of the pool till 11, the class started at 10. Shared changing rooms were weird and felt invasive. All around a horrible experience for us all.

The facilities are excellent. The vast majority of the staff are wonderful. Unfortunately I take 2 stars due to 1 staff member. She is possibly a manager, working there years. She is often on the desk and her customer service skills are disgusting. She is extremely rude. Over the years I have seen her rude to people constantly. It's as though she wants to spit in your face, and treats any question or query as if it's a massive pain. Her body language, especially her stare and tone of voice, is a big F off to everyone. I have been going with my young kids for years and the way she behaves is awful. I was sorely tempted to score this 2 stars but to be fair to the facility and the other staff I gave 3 stars. However, the fact they employ someone with that attitude and it is obviously deemed acceptable means there are wider issues that need to be addressed. UPDATE: In recent weeks the experience here has been absolutely outstanding. I will update this full review in the near future, assuming the experience continues to be excellent.

The facility’s are fine but the lady at reception whos name i didnt get was beyond unprofessional and simply an angry woman. Wouldnt go back solely for the incompetence

Excellent training facilities, including swimming pool also as great classes offering. Very talented and well trained professionals. Highly recommend to everyone!

Clean, hygenic, nice sized pool, hot sauna and steam room. Coffee and ice cream available. Children play park outside. Friendly and helpful people in the centre.

Nice staff. Very strange that men and women have the same changing rooms. There are separate showers in small booths but I felt uncomfortable. Showers a bit cold

I had a fantastic Aqua Aerobics class this morning, perfect combination of deep & shallow aqua exercises. The music was brilliant, we were still singing in the showers afterwards. Great start to the day. Looking forward to next week. Thank you.

Great value for your money Family of 4 €16.00. Remember your arm bands or they will cost you€10 a pair to buy. They do not lend or rent them.

Even though I'm very afraid of water, so I cant swim. But I really enjoy my aqua aerobics and I'm loosing inches which is wonderful.

Friendly staff. Great dressing rooms. My only complaint is that the gym is located up a set of stairs, I walk with a cane. Also they do not have a toilet by the gym, you have to go all the way back downstairs.

Went this evening to grab a quick gym workout arrived at 8.30pm, gym website and door timetables showing closing time of 9.45pm. Was met at the door by young female staff member "were closed early" door closed once more.

Obsessive Covid mask nonsense, like somebody should tell these people they all work in a poorly ventilated Chlorinated Atmosphere, anything that survives that chlorinated Atmosphere, quite frankly deserves to live!! The pool is ok though.

We used the astro-turf pitches on and off for a year during the COVID19 restrictions. Great facilities and helpful staff who dealt with some of the difficult times in a friendly but efficient way. Recommended .
