The hotel's facilities are truly world-class, with beautifully appointed rooms that are spacious, luxurious, and equipped with all the modern amenities you could need. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the bathroom was spotlessly clean with high-end toiletries. The housekeeping staff ensured that my room was immaculate every day.

Overall pleasant stay. Attention to details could have been better but service was usually available when requested. We had lots of minor issues like leaking wash basin, fan remote not working not enough toiletries etc but everything was attended to when requested. Room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good and satisfying and we tried new things but we found ourselves waiting for breakfast . They accommodated at 7.30 when possible. Breakfast area placemats should have been cleaned every day! Location was convenient for travel but far from Tirunelveli centre.

Well furnished rooms with all modern amenities. Very good breakfast (both spread and quality). Location could be an issue for those visiting Tirunelveli on temple visits as it is located in the outskirts of the city. However, access to Tuticorin is good as it is on the highway. Restaurant is closed and hence there is only room service which takes time and hence that is a drawback.Friendly staff is a plus.

The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms and high quality service. I have taken mini suit room for couple. The staff at this property are all great! Especially Ms. Dhana Lakshmi be supportive & given good service. Please consider her for your staff awards. Had a pleasant stay. Spacious room. Excellent house keeping. Prompt and quick response.superb complementary breakfast. Sure will recommend to others for stay. since I don’t know about location not able to say anything. May be they can provide space for drivers. Then it becomes a complete stay point.

Rooms are spacious. Service was good as well. They had fast wifi allowing for remote work. The location however was far from the city. It is located next to the district court and law college. They are connected to the city through city buses which are infrequent. The rooms and bathroom were clean. The bathrooms even had inbuilt water heater allowing to have nice warm shower.

Restaurant is very good place to visit. Both lodging, boarding and food facilities are very good. Back Water boat drive service is best. Staff is very supportive and prompt for services. Playing facility for children are good.

The Bluemoon is very close to Law college. The google map somehow made us make multiple routes locating the place, may be the one way intervening was the culprit. The management should put suitable markers on the highway suitably. The place is neat and clean. The only concern was beds 🛌 which is not firm pose threat to back, not sure these soft beds are backbone friendly. Somehow slept for the night. The free breakfast is not bad. They could serve the vada 🍩 bit hotter, looks they were made too early. They can keep a small info card on table, we were totally clueless of what is on offering 😜. Glad to see the tier two cities are competing with metro standards. Good luck guys

Room were neat and good but Room service was not function properly. Worst thing is if you book a room for 4 days and if you stay only one day, you should pay for 4 days during check-out. Worst experience…..

As soon as I entered the room there was no towels and upon asking they only gave bath towels and no napkin. Parking lot is not good and the way is risky for new drivers. Food is not good.front office doesn't have a good edavated person. Try avoiding this hotel if you want good service. Re edit. The front office manager is asking me how can I review when someone else booked for me. This shows their respect for the customer.Don't know how to react in the public forum.

Recommended place for family dining. Good parking space and location. Bar attached. Both veg and non veg dishes available. Food is OK except for Baby corn capsicum roast. Service is commendable and excellent ambience

We stayed here during a friend's wedding. Hotel was easy to find since it's right on the highway. Room was great with comfortable beds and powerful AC. Hotel has a morning buffet which is well worth it - good south Indian breakfast. Service was excellent throughout our stay, front desk was always available to help answer any questions. The inroom dining options can be improved - south Indian meals was good, but other items like the fried rice can be better. They were not bad, just a bit bland. There are multiple restaurant options right outside though. I would recommend this hotel!

Had a wonderful experience starting from booking to check out. The rooms were well appointed and clean. Courteous hotel staff with broad smile were always available to support you. The breakfast menu was limited but tasty. Wishing the hotel mgmt & team all success. Continue to do well.

The rooms are really clean. No complaints with regards to the quality. Just that every 12 hours your keycard needs to be activated which is illogical. They clean your room in your absence without asking which is definitely not something I’m comfortable with.

It's a new place opened in tiruchendur to nellai road.Rooms and restroom was neat and clean. Car parking was there, it's worth for the price. Mr Anandkumar manager was very calm n polite. We I'll recommend to our friends who visit tirunelveli. One small suggestions to management team Instead of Tata sky connection you can hv local cable connection since only less channel are coming also internet speed to be improved. Thank you Bala

We stayed with family for couple of nights and informed front office to clean the room by replacing blankets and to repair ac when we left the hotel in morning 7am. When returned by 3 pm nothing was done by house keeping and maintenance. Very very poor service and unpleasant stay. Money what we paid is not worth.

Excellent people, good location and good rooms.. have to extraordinary scores for service as the first time I was asked since I had missed going for breakfast that can they serve in the room instead.. 👍🏻but equally will take score for the most help that I needed and they refused.. so I was unwell and had consulted a doctor who prescribed medicines.. I called the reception to help getting the same and they refused, this is a matter of seriousness what if the request for medicine was more critical since neither the reveption called to check on me neither they asked if they could get a doctor. Eventually I had to get someone to buy for me..left a very unpleasant feeling.

This is undoubtedly one of the best mid range hotels you will find in this locality. Better than most of the hotels near- Tirunelveli, Madurai and Palani combined. 1. Its a brand new property and interiors are simply awesome 2. Latest of electric equipments including remote controlled ceiling fans 3. Excellent food and room service at a surprisingly reasonable price 4. Ample parking space if you are arriving by own car The standout was staff constantly asking for feedback for improvement. They were really serious about the feedback and noted down the concerns(which was really minimal) Great place to stay and highly recommended
