I had worst customer service and felt bad with environment. The chocolate icecream I ordered was of very low quality. And big issue with it was only cash payment mode is available.😶

Located on a busy road, it has good place to sit and have food. All snack items, cakes, puffs and hot and cold beverages available. Cost is decent. Cleanliness is good but can be improved.

Amazing bakery, huge spacing, nice Seating facility for customers. There's a ton of cake varieties and savouries. Items are priced well. Took a coffee over there and bought a few cake, all of which was delicious. Good for bringing friends, family, children for any type of occasion

It is located on the main road and has a small kids area outside the shop. We can buy bakery items, etc here but the taste is totally different from Arasan at Junction. Overall, okay to visit once..

Had Worst falooda in my life here. I have tasted over 1000s of faloodas , and this falooda looks the worst. The quality of ice cream is so bad and they vermicelli is not cooked well . Never get an ice cream here .

2 years back they delivered a cake just to my expectation it was a photo cake and that was a memorable moment for my family. The kaju katli we get here is good with the right mix of ingredients.

Worst experience at all. Not giving good service. For veg sandwich, they are costing 110. But it is not worthy. Only onion, capsicum and pepper, no veggies.

Near and clean shoping. All products are fresh and good, Rates are very reasonable. Shop will be close every Friday noon 12 am to 3 Pm. Parking very nice. If provided ram good for unfit to walk person. Even small balance also return to customers. I never seen tips. Nicely picked without extra amount. Waiters neatly dressed. All the waiters are busy but not make late for us. The shop branches in city with same quality

Located on a prime business area in tirunelveli. Customer service can be improved. Staffs need to know how to handle a customer and moreover they're not ready to listen what customer needs. Their junction outlet feels much better in taste and service overall.

Very bad maintenance and customer service is the worst of all. I’m allergic to milk, they can’t provide a black coffee. Itseems it’s against their ethics to alter what’s on the menu. I hope you’d take care of it.

Good bakery with lot of snack options,kids will love there, seating arrangement space is nice and staffs are super cool. Their juices are the best in town and their pastries are must try.They have plenty optioned there.

One of the best muscot halwas I have tasted. One of the traditional bakeries around. They also have a good arisi (rice) murukku and thengai paal (coconut milk) murukku. Have a good variety of cakes but probably lesser than a full fledged cake shop. Have a mix of Indian sweets as well. Parking available at this location. You can also dine in.

Plums, Black forest 🥧 & white forest cakes 🍰 were really good. Palkova in Arasan was quite appetizing 🤤 buy it's taste is not so good. And, thats the reason I took 1 star from the review 😀

Ambience is good but pizza sauce taste can be authentic. its tastes like some tomato masala. But the pizza crust was too good.

Used to buy the snacks from here when I visit relatives or go for a road trip. Please check your bills always, we end up buying extra because of extra items was added and we paid before checking the bill. Otherwise very friendly staffs and clean place.

They have a different delicious cakes which suits the customers. The shop has wash room. They have chocolate for the children in heart shape and so on. The price also very Reasonable

Arasan Bakers Snacks are so good especially somas with Tea... My favourite combo there is Somas with Ginger Tea
