Another
week,
another
great
experience.
This
week's
menu
placed
more
emphasis
on
desserts
and
mildly
spiced
meat
dishes
that
allowed
the
true
flavours
of
the
meat
to
shine.
It
worked
very
well.
Soups:
We
had
the
mint
herbal
soup.
It
had
a
mild
and
tangy
flavour
and
was
perfect
to
start
with
or
have
a
refreshing
sip
in
between
bites.
The
kali
mirchi
murgh
shorba
was
savoury
and
had
a
strong
umami
flavour.
It
went
really
well
with
the
noodles.
Salads:
This
weeks
salads
were
excellent
and
two
excellent
meat
based
salads
were
an
excellent
addition.
The
classic
chicken
salad
was
a
true
classic
and
went
really
well
with
the
chicken
winglets.
The
Cajun
style
chicken
salad
was
creamy
and
delicious
and
paired
well
with
the
mildly
flavoured
semolina
fish
fry.
The
garden
pasta
salad
was
a
filling
vegetarian
option
and
the
rainbow
fruit
salad
was
refreshing
and
satisfying
way
to
start
or
end
a
lunch.
Starters:
The
semolina
fish
fry
was
amazing.
The
soft
and
creamy
insides
contrasted
with
the
crispy
exterior.
It's
mild
flavour
worked
really
well
and
went
well
with
a
variety
of
dishes.
The
chicken
winglets
were
again
amazing.
Soft
and
crispy
at
the
same
time,
coated
with
a
delicious
sweet
and
sour
sauce.
However,
the
second
time
the
winglets
were
refilled,
they
were
a
tad
on
the
hard
side,
probably
overcooked.
I
understand
you
guys
were
harried
because
of
the
sudden
rush.
The
chilly
egg
was
amazing
as
usual
and
crispier
than
before.
It
was
cut
into
more
manageable
bite
sized
pieces.
The
murgh
pudina
tikka
proved
to
be
a
suprising
addition
to
this
menu.
After
being
a
bit
on
the
hard
side
despite
being
well
seasoned
in
the
previous
weeks.
It
made
an
amazing
comeback
this
time.
It
was
well
seasoned,
delicious
and
most
importantly,
very
soft.
It
was
amazing
and
very
hard
to
stop
eating
it.
The
gobi
65
was
a
delectable
vegetarian
option.
It
was
crispy
and
well
cooked.
Main
course:
The
chicken
biriyani
was
delicious.
Warm
and
fluffy
biriyani
with
chicken
was
a
great
option.
The
Mongolian
noodles
was
one
of
our
favourites.
Soft
and
mildly
flavoured
meant
that
it
went
well
with
every
starter
on
the
menu.
The
papad
was
delicious.
But
you
guys
really
need
to
find
a
way
to
make
them
stay
crispy.
Because
that's
where
half
the
flavour
is.
Desserts:
We
really
missed
the
fresh
cream
pastry
that
didn't
make
a
comeback
this
week.
However,
the
Honey
cake
was
excellent.
Soft
and
moist,
it
melted
in
my
mouth.
The
fruit
custard
was
one
of
the
stars
of
the
dessert
table.
Soft,thick
and
creamy.
It
was
amazing.
The
payasam
and
gulab
jamun
were
also
favourites
at
our
table.
The
jamuns
were
soft
and
melted
in
my
mouth.
The
balushahi
and
lauki
halva
proved
to
be
interesting
and
very
tasty
additions
to
the
menu.
I
especially
loved
the
texture
of
the
halva.
The
in
house
vanilla
ice
cream
again
dazzled
our
tastebuds
and
was
a
excellent
way
to
end
the
meal.
Suggestions:
I
was
happy
to
see
loads
of
people
enjoying
the
buffet
this
Saturday.
You
guys
deserve
that.
The
ground
floor
is
always
full
but
very
few
venture
up
to
try
your
splendid
buffet.
A
few
hoardings
on
the
outside
would
give
you
more
customers
and
it'll
make
me
happy
to
see
others
get
to
enjoy
the
delectable
buffet
that
I
did.
We
are
waiting
for
a
great
menu
for
these
pooja
holidays.
