Went here for the first time based on their prior google reviews. As soon as I went inside, I was astonished by the atmosphere and cleanliness of the salon. The owner there was extremely friendly and knew exactly what she was doing. The products they used were high-end and friendly to my skin/hair. They provide a huge variety of services so do check them out! Thank you and will definitely be back! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Very nice salon. I did my hair cut with Hadeel and nails with Khalida. I am so happy with the results. Hend is so welcoming nice lady. All ladies are amazing 🤩 I like the interior design decorations as well. Definitely will visit again 👍👍

👎👎👎👎👎 owner of the saloon (hardeel) RUDE/ARROGANT very unprofessional.Hated it! The worst customer experience! The hairdresser was doing her job perfectly as I was a regular customer. Suddenly the owner of the salon approached us and questioning her staff about the services given to me and the rate disregarding the fact I was right infront and could hear their conversation clearly. Total disrespect to me as a customer. When i asked what seems to be the problem, she arrogantly declared she was the owner, She was very rude and impolite! I will never come back again and I do NOT recommend this salon to anyone!!! She ruined my day. My Dear, You need to accept the truth. You given very bad attitude to the customer. Instead of apologizing, you are now threatening police case. If you want good reviews then give good treatment and learn to value the customer. Without customer there is no business. You are shaming your staff front of me and you are very rude. What you are doing now in response to my reviews prove how u treat the customer.

I’m really pleased with the whole process + the results! The salon itself is very clean and aesthetically pleasing, and the staff are extremely sweet and welcoming. My hair feels silky smooth even after the color & bleach, and the cut is perfect. Recommend 100%!!

It was my first time here and I colored my hair. The girls are very patient and friendly. The color did not work from the first time so they colored it again and it looked perfect. Thanks alot! ***Edited: unfortunately I am sad to say that after 3 weeks only of my hair color the red has changed to yellowish although you confirmed to me that using your colors it shouldn't change. And you also asked me to buy a special shampoo instead of having to come for a rinse so I paid extra 150 aed for the shampoo and have been using it but the color has changed anyways. I am sorry for having to change my review. Now even though I had to color my hair twice with your salon on the same day to fix the color, I will need to color it for the third time to darken my hair and I feel bad for my hair as it will be ruined :(

Very bad experience, will never come again I asked for protein and they mixed chemicals together without my knowledge and my hair won’t stop falling out, did not expect this!
