    My favorite spot to exercise, it’s the first place where I was introduced to Reformer Pilates with Coach Alya and I definitely recommend her classes. Am also working out in PT sessions with Coach Andrea and I totally enjoy her sessions. Most recommended gym in Sharjah.

    Concept has been awesome to me. Their trainers are exceptional, the overall vibe is great. I work out 3 times a week and tried almost all classes and I have had nothing but good experiences. I definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

    Coach alya and andrea are the best bootcamp and reformers and they introduce me to this protein snack it keeps me full (the price of the classes are reasonable and the results are immediately shown) thank you concept family

    I want to thank all staff members of Concept Fitness & Wellbeing Studio. The environment is very welcoming, and the coaches are professional and friendly. The gym is private, quiet and comfortable place to workout with very supportive coaches. The vibe is so motivating. I enjoyed training here with the professional coach Andrea. She is a very nice and encouraging person. She is always pushing me beyond my limits to achieve my goals. She designed the sessions with interesting workouts that meet my needs. I had a positive experience with her. I like the fact that here you will focus on your whole wellbeing and not only on fitness. I had a consultation with the wonderful coach Alya. I wanted to have a nutritious consultation to help me lose some weight. She taught me the importance of knowing myself, my goals, and values in order to correct my relationship with food. She taught me how to design my diet according to my own needs and lifestyle. It is a life-changing journey and it is not about losing weight only. I highly recommend Concept Fitness & Wellbeing Studio to anyone who is looking for a results-oriented training experience or lifestyle change. Here I had Outstanding personal training for both mental and physical health.

    Love coming here and training! Everyone is very nice especially my coach Apple, she’s the best!!! Always creative with her workouts and extremely kind-hearted which is what I love, and pushing me to do better with every session. 💪🏻 thank you coach apple xxx
