Poor service. Did the Lab tests which were in offer for 200dhs. Reports sent to email lacked most of tests mentioned on the offer list. Had to follow up several times to send us the missing lab reports. Reception did not mention there were 2 offer package which included ECG tests for 250 dhs. I would have chosen that as my mother had chest pain for several days. Very bad service. 👎

Organizing needs improvement. No alignment at all. Skipping and unclear instructions given. Nurses attitude needs improvement as well. Some are very ill mannered. But PCR result is fast, 5-6 hours. Costs AED 100.

Dears. You need to hire more counter staff since due to slowness of your process counter staff is taking 15 minutes attending each patient specially sometimes only 1 expat counter staff is available working alone while there are 2 other emirati counter staff not attending anyone.

The best gynecologist and the best Radiologist ever especially Dr santhosh and Dr minaxhi. So patient calm energetic and willing to help you at any stage. They are blessing from Allah. Thumbay hospital is great specially covid section their PCR Test is light and smooth without pain less than 5 seconds and you are done , staff are very friendly and they are very helpful , hospital is clean and the proces are average so everyone can have a good treatment there , in Ramadan they are open till 11:30 on friday for PCR test .. excellent👍🏻

Worst experience and what a waste of time. My son and husband visited the hospital yesterday for a dentist job. The call center guy told us they do teeth whitening and gave appointment for both.our appointment was at 7 pm, we were made to wait till 7.50 pm because the 6 pm patient had come at 6.50 pm. When our turn finally came they told us only one person's appointment was booked. But initially during registration, fees was charged for both. To top it all they did not have teeth whitening and we had gone all the way from al barsha specifically after checking for that particular service. Very poor management as no one knows what's happening. And we weren't refunded our money back for one patient. But the cashier had the audacity to tell us that it was a small amount. Any amount small or big has gone from our pocket not the hospital's. Next time before charging see that the patient is treated first. Worst experience. Work ethics and honesty are absent when I dealt with most of the doctors and staff in this hospital. They all lie, exaggerate a situation, play games and other dishonest behaviors just to make more money. I had a horrible experience when my daughter fell at home and injured her head, I took her emergency to this hospital. Doctor Hussien Egyptian was available , he was late to attend to the case, I did not have insurance and after I asked for a discount they gave me only 10% which I refused and I paid the full amount. Few days after this visit, I and my wife called the hospital over 4 times in 3 different days to speak to the doctor. They all asked for our contact and promised that doctor will call us back however, he never called. When we visited again for the follow up and to remove the two stiches, again the doctor and his team made another play and wasted more than two hours of our time. a part from the operation cost and consultancy fees that I paid in the first time They again required 100 dhs payment to remove the stiches (it's very weird thing to do and I wonder how such scam business is able to survive so far). This place is horrible and I can not call it a hospital neither people work there can be called doctors or nurses. It's just a scam and robbery place.

My first kid was scared for initial procedure with nurses for height and weight check up. Nurse was so rude with my kid, I almost lost my patience but I controlled myself. When I reached to doctors cabin, she was saying that my job timing is till 4, it's late for me now. I got appointment for 3.45 and I was there at 3.35. Doctor was so hurry and when my first kid cried by seeing stethoscope, she asked my wife to take my kid out of room. It's rude. Unprofessional attitude. Dear thumbay management, Train ur staffs. This morning I was there for my Covid-19 test for travel outside UAE, I was surprised to see that all the sanitizer dispensers are empty in this clinic, even after reporting the subject matter no body was paying any heed to it. This facility conducts Covid test but the level of precautions are really poor. I expect the management pays some attention to this and increase the precautionary measures.

Whether it’s them canceling your appointment without telling you, or transferring your appointment to another branch where insurance isn’t accepted or simply how their “customer service” and supervisor handles customer complaints. Utterly unprofessional and downright embarrassing for any sector let alone a medical one. Rude, obnoxious reception and supervision staff who not only refuse to admit their mistake, but also refuse to help rectify it. Simply put, I wouldn’t even want my worst enemy to get treated here.

The staff is good cooperative and PCR test is quick but charging AED 100 for PCR test and as UAE has slashed Covid PCR cost to AED 50 accross the country but they have not changed the prices. When i asked at the counter the lady at reception replied that AED 50 only in Government facilities. I think the goverment agencies shall collaborate/check with the managment for price standardization.

Had a terrible terrible experience at Thumbay Day Care University Hospital. I am at the hospital right now. My baby (18months old) suffering from 103 fever. First they gave me appointment at 9:15pm, when i reach early at 9pm, Dr. Miesloon Alkhudr was very loud & yelling that her duty time is finish and I should have come earlier. Its there call center who gave the appointment and how would i know she finish at 9? Anyways she has a look at the baby and prescribed the medicine and asked to get suppository quickly as the fever reached 103. Despite knowing that its urgent, outside nursing station a guy started misbehaving after i insisted him to give it immediately. This was the first and Last experience of mine in here. And On top of that they request you to write positive reviews. Hardly any review here is genuine.

I had a very bad experience with them. Thier staff seen totally un professional. I booked and appointment for my Son's circumscison, When went their on time doctor was busy with another patient so we waited for almost one hour. After one hour doctor told us we have to go next day for procedure because on that day he had already done 4 procedures. We went from Dubai and came back. We went next day and doctor did procedure, after that again they gave us appointment for followup visit after 2 days. When went on scheduled time, Staff told us that doctor is on emergency leave. I was very upset if doctor is on emergency leave they should atleast inform us and cancel the appointment.

Pathetic… every where it’s declared 50dhr for COVID test but thy forced me to 100 thy told thy are following there own protocols and uae rules govt rules which is told unfair. Only good for covid test. No response of the phone. It hanged out automatically no matter how hard you try. Ppl over the resorption ve no knowledge n act to be smart n sharp but they are not. Waste so much time.

Worst hospital ever seen. I went there by 10.45pm, I informed receptionist that I have emergency condition my fever is getting higher, having headache, cough, soar throat and body ache. She said please wait I will call you After waiting 45mins she said doctor left you can go to any other hospital. Every unprofessional and selfish.

The whole place is so high end and the service of the staff are amazing. Everyone is polite, helpful and cheerful. This Day care facility is great for PCR. I have had several PCR test here and it’s quick also the nurses who conducted the test are brilliant so gentle and caring. However I had really unpleasant experience with the dental department. I was recently in there for my dental hygiene to my surprise a patient had left the room not even a second has passed the female dentist had called me in I could see the dental chair was still with reusable paper that wasn’t even changed and utensils were still to be disinfected. So I confronted the dentist if everything was sterilized. She went ahead and said oh we are still cleaning because you are in a rush that’s why I called in inside. Then she processed to ask me very personal questions not related to the procedure I was having and laughed about it saying it looked deformed at that point I was so irritated and reminded her that I was there for dental hygiene and politely reminded her I was happy with the way I looked. Then she started the procedure she was so rough gave me several cuts in my gum and finished the procedure in less then 5 mins. I asked if I could have some Vaseline as my lips were dry and couldn’t open my mouth wide and mentioned I suffer from lock jaw at times. She told me it was because of Botox without even asking if I had Botox done. The assistant came with Vaseline but she did not have any cotton tip to take the Vaseline off the container she usedthe dirty tool that was put in my mouth to dip it in the Vaseline to apply it on my lips. Unbelievable I was shocked to see the unprofessionalism , personal questions asked and then laughed about it. She reminded me and laughed at my veeners. I found her very unprofessional and not to mentioned she didn’t look the part herself just wanted to point out and make me feel insecure the nerve to ask me if I had cosmetic surgery and say it looks deformed. The unprofessional attitude of her was so upsetting and to point out something to some and to laugh about it was absolutely horrible. I would never again return to this hospital for anything. She might be a great dentist “maybe” but surely she needs a lot of training in how to approach people and what is ok to say. Took me a week to heal from all the rips and cuts she gave me on my gum. Horrible experience. So for PCR I Will give them 5 stars for dental 0.

Dr. Sridhar Babu is a very nice GP Doctor, he understands the patient and his conditions. He gives good treatment. He has a good attitude and cooperative nature.

All the stuff are welcoming and the customer service is nice and comparative. The PCR test and the result come fast and on time.

Very irresponsible staffs!! They are not ready to help patients. Simply delays at each point. The nurse station asks us to wait till our turn and they completely forgets us, and only responds when we go and ask them how long we have been waiting!! The Manager there is another escaping guy. GMC Ajman (the old hospital) was the only good hospital of Thumbay group. We had really good experience from there. Rest all hospitals and clinics are just waste!! Please do something to protect your reputation.

Worst place to go and see a physician. Went for an injury for my son and take a TT, the doctor dint even bother to look into it. Waste of time and money. But ofcourse the nurses were good enough to explain to us as the doctor was least bothered and not at all clear on anything he was saying. Even my friend had a very bad experience there.

Average hospital. Can go if you have normal fever. Don't go to GP if you have specific symptoms. Better visit a specialist directly. Edit: Quick response from the management to sort out the issue.

Suggest not to book between 2 and 3.30pm appointments. The doctors have to take a quick lunch and we would need to just wait there until then.

However I and my whole family used to visit this hospital and their reception was really professional. Now , they comprised on the quality of the reception team and this lead me to refuse accepting their service and go to other hospitals. @thumbay managers,please pay attention to your reception team ( don’t lose your efforts by such behaviour)

very bad is services and no one answering the phone ( i stay on the line for 30min then they hangs ). always in this hospital insurance company rejects there requests and if you are really sick you have to ( register then cashier , go reception, then move to cashier , and again to doctor, stamp and long steps ) very long way to finsh minimume 4 times to register and cashier. ohhhh another story in pharmicy you will stay more than in the hospital !!!!!

Thumbay Hospital is a good facility in muweilah...for me it's convenient as near to my home ....last week I went there for my wisdom tooth permanent filling ..where Dr Sheshajaya helped me by doing the needful... I would recommend her for any dental filling as her process is smooth and painless . Moreover their reception is quiet pleasant, informative and helpful I think his name is Rakesh who is quiet helpful whenever I visit them ....!

Very worst service. Continously doctor will not be available. Weekly twice or trice only available. If you come for follow-up next day the doctor will not be there. Then you have to go to other hospitals. But only thing is available doctors are good.

Thumbay Day care is an excellent hospital with all facilities. The billing is very quick and the ambience is so serene. The nurses are just amazing as they guide you with every minute detail. Not satisfied in their service , un necessary time consuming in every Desk and while there was not much patience , blood test did Badly , as they informed Regular blood checking also not covered , which was covered before in another clinic .

I had a disappointing experience with the nurse management at this clinic. The staff seemed ill-equipped or less to handle patient flow efficiently, resulting in extended waiting times of 1 hour and more even for those with booked appointments. Booking an appointment itself was a challenging process. I would caution others against visiting this clinic due to the ineffective management, in terms of scheduling patients. It's disheartening to see such a lack of organization in a healthcare setting. My recommendation would be to explore alternative clinics with more reliable systems in place.

One of the most careless staff i have ever seen right from the reception to Nursing, i myself has suffered and also 2 of the other patient were shouting at staff because of their carelessness. God know whether our comments are been read by their higher management. And the funny part is they wanted Male Nurse to check the vitals for Female patient because they do not have female Nurses. And It took Half an Hour just to check the vitals. i strongly suggest not to visit that Hospital.
