I had a visit with Dr. Mathur in the ophthalmology department and had a wonderful experience. He took the time and effort to verify different possibilities to my condition and was very helpful. The hospital’s admin staff was quick which meant I had almost no waiting time.

MEDCARE is my go to hospital, Very pleasant environment with concerned doctors. Internal medicine doctor is so very good Dr. Yasmin is the best, she reminds you when your routine checkup is due, she doesn’t just care for our physical health she cares for our mental wellness also. Paediatric doctors I one of the best, Dr. Adel is best for children. Nurses are so responsible and clears our doubts Receptionist are very courteous and concerned for us. More over the location is the best, I can reach easily without a taxi.

It was my first visit to Medcare- Al Taawun branch. My experience was fantastic. I was impressed by the customer service level they have. The staff is friendly, professional and helpful. Many thanks to Mr. Montaser and all team for their assistance.

They charge 150 AED for the test and don't even upload it in Al Hosn app which is where you can use it for many government work related matters. It will be your problem to call Al Hosn, spend hours and have the result uploaded there. Only God knows how much time you have to spend for it. I called them and coustomer service what they said was "This is Medcares policy to not do it". Called Al Hosn, it took about one hour to speak to someone. Customer service agent said "a request for result upload is made now but no idea when you will see it in Al Hosn". If you need the result in Al Hosn, avoid Medcare. Find a service provider who does the full expected work for the money you pay.

The medical staff is great. The customer service was quick to help and very friendly as well. The dermatologist on call dr. Eman took her time to explain the diagnosis and gave the right direction. nurse on call Milie was very efficient too.

I had a frustrating experience, The ENT doctor swabbed my daughter's throat to determine the appropriate medication for her infection. However, despite completing a 10-day course of treatment (including 3 days of injection), the infection returned even stronger, indicating that it was not effectively treated. Seeking a resolution, we visited the hospital within this medical network, only to encounter yet another disappointing experience. I hope you improve you your medical services and maintain a better internal / external responsible communications.

Medcare is very organized. They save time but ensuring appointment at even the lab. They don't punish those patients who are on time by accommodating patients who are late or have no appointment like NMC.

Worst experience ever for Covid 19 test. They are totally careless and non competent. I made covid 19 test and did not get the result on Al Hosn due to lack of information and coordination from their side. I made several complains about it, they listened to them nicely but no one cares to take an action and fix it.

The best health care facility in and around Al Taawun area. From the time of check in as a outpatient till I walked out my experience was so good at all points.

Being my first visit, the services were very first. The receptionist was so friendly and welcoming. Dr. Mohammed was very good and offered a lot of reassurances to my son and the prescription brought so much relief to his pain. Will always visit only this branch as it has surpassed my expectations!
