called
the
center
to
confirm
my
appointment
for
today
bec
Ive
not
received
any
sms
or
emails.
Unfortunately,
my
connection
was
bad
and
the
girl
I
spoke
with
cannot
hear
me
properly.
I
was
saying
to
wait
a
bit
as
I
walked
out
of
the
room
to
find
a
better
connection.
The
girl
answering
ur
phone
rudely
told
me
that
they
have
a
lot
of
people
calling
and
cannot
wait
for
me.
This
she
said
when
we
r
not
even
1
minute
on
the
call.
I
was
so
shocked
with
this
girl's
attitude
and
I
asked
is
this
how
you
talk
to
all
of
ur
clients
calling.
Considering
its
very
early
in
the
morning.
I
asked
for
her
name
and
she
has
the
audacity
to
say
why
maam
are
you
going
to
complain.
I
outright
told
her
that
I
will
not
be
complaining
but
I
will
post
a
Google
Review,
even
so
her
attitude
didnt
change
and
moreover,
hung
up
the
phone
without
answering
the
reason
for
my
call.
Ive
had
experience
managing
people
for
almost
8-9
years
answering
phone
calls
providing
customer
service
and
this
is
my
first
time
I
talked
to
someone
who
is
blatantly
unprofessional
and
rude
that
I
had
to
tell
her
how
rude
she
is
several
times
in
a
1
minute
call.
It
was
unbelievable
bec
she
was
confident,
mind
you.
I
called
back
with
the
same
#
I
used
as
soon
as
she
hung
up
and
no
one
answered.
I
called
using
another
#
and
the
same
girl
answered.
This
time
proper
and
without
attitude.

if

even

real

Moving
forward
hold
the
attitude.
I
maybe
the
100th
caller
u
talked
to
for
the
day
but
its
my
first
and
this
is
the
impression
u
gave
me
of
ur
whole
company
not
even
about
the
doctor's
effectiveness,
service
etc.
but
just
your
atittude
representing
the
company.
Fix
it.
If
it
is
a
different
nationality
you
talked
to
maybe
u
will
be
more
polite.
You
are
very
disappointing
and
unprofessional.
Please
do
not
let
this
girl
answer
ur
phones
or
youll
start
to
lose
clients.
