The experience was super bad, the staff not friendly at all. They book for many clients at the same time . Price they agreed with price when you want to pay they increase. You never entered your appointment time. You need to wait between 1 to 2 hours minimum I felt sorry for the time I spent, and I regret each minute 😔

They have offers at very reasonable prices for different types of services. The clinic is over crowded and the waiting time is longer . Once I entered the room , been waiting for another 20 to 30 min for the dr to come and accommodate me . She did the procedure very quick , didn’t take time to discuss with me the sides effects . Lack of communication! A honest review about the quality of the fillers they are providing is that it doesn’t worth .You’ll be tempted as it costs less but at the end it doesn’t last more than two months .

I use to come here frequently, and i use to recommend it to all my friends, The waiting time is intolerable. You may wait 2 hours while you already had booked before you join. Cleanliness is good Laser’s offers and service are very good and prices are reasonable They did new extensions but the problem is the waiting time 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️.

Very cheap prices and good doctors. However, management is horrible. They want their money upfront and then they'll pull some sketchy stuff. Appointments cancelled without warning. They will switch your doctors without telling you. A certain doctor would start the treatment and then when you show up for your next appointment they tell you the doctor is not here today but a different doctor is available and will continue your treatment. IT IS LIKE THIS EVERY SINGLE TIME YOU GO THERE. And even when I call to book an appointment and I ask for my original doctor and I'm assured the doctor will be there for the appointment and I go and he is not there. Turns out it is their policy to not have the same doctor finish all the treatment. They somehow forget to mention it. And you have aready paid the full amount upfront so you are stuck with them. Every time I go there at least 3 people are screaming and fighting with management. They should really reconsider improving the management style.

Absolutely horrendous service. These people will treat you like a VIP until they take your money. They have a reception staff who treat everyone like s**t and act like they are sitting in a beauty salon rather than a medical center reception. The only reason I would even give it a 1 star is because the doctor who treated us, is nice and a good person. But the service of this place is worse than a 3rd class clinic when it comes to the reception staff (specifically). Try to avoid the this place and go to somewhere in Dubai where they may take a bit more money but they actually treat you like a human being.

I wish if I could give it less than a star... Once you call the customer care service, they will give you the appointment, Fine! Once you meet the "Doctor" you will get shocked that the procedure that has been explained is completely different. Very beautiful clinic, I would say! It feels like it was created for women exactly 😊 Staff is mostly nice, I have never had problems with them. I do here laser hair removal procedure and pay around 210-230 AED (it depends on their promotions) for the whole body without front and back per 1 session. However, even though this clinic is indeed amazing, I’ve noticed certain downsides: - Toilets are not good - those are old and require total maintenance. - The queue in the reception area is always endless, something is definitely should be fixed. - Once making an appointment, even if I ask for a certain (favorite) laser technician, they never assign me to the desire one, and I still don’t understand why. - Whenever I receive an appointment confirmation, I always receive it in Arabic. My question is why? You have a lot of people who speak English only. It would be great if you respect and pay attention to the English speaking customers as well. The below downsides can be easily improved. I’m hopefully waiting for an improvement, as I want to come here again.

Today was my first visit and for sure it’s last , horrible waiting time on top so much communication gap , appointments was given for 4.30 I reached at 4 still dctr attended me at 6.15pm can you believe that, if doctors are busy then why to book any appointments,10 times confirmed on call for tabby or installment plan she just keep on saying yes yes no one explained that after certain amount we offer tabby , after waitg for 2hours dctr just came injected and left no discussion about what have to do not to do biggg communication gap . These guys are big fraudsters. The receptionist informed on the phone call that they have an offer for full body laser and told me an amount to pay. When I reached, the lady asked to pay full amount. Upon inquiring, she said that offer is not anymore. I insisted that lady on call told me abt the offer but she lied again that that is for bank transfer and it will take 30 days etc.. Now I understand why do they have so many negative reviews. They are big liars and looting people by lying. The only good thing about my experience was the lady Jennifer who did laser. She was kind and made me very comfortable. But I am never going there again.

I have a very bad experience. Please don't go to this medical center. They will keep you waiting for 2 hours plus the services is very bad. The treatment was horrible. And I want to refund my payment because I don't want to continue my treatment. I tried their laser several times and the facial and my mother tried their facials as well They have nice offers but the customer service is horrible First of all the waiting time is insane , they ask you to come 30 mins early and they you wait 1.5 hours to get to your appointment and if you try to talk to them they will simply say yes you have to wait 60 mins from your appointment time. Like this is normal and everyone should get used to it . Also , they can be late as much as they want and you need to wait but if you come even 15 mins before your appointment time they will not let you in . Very very very bad. They are giving cheap price after going there actual joke starts . I went there for charcoal facial. The nurse was in so hurry that she just applied on face charcoal mask and ask me to hold a small fan. Hardly after 2 min she did laser for 1-2 min max and then the movie ends. It's finish u can go. It was a charcoal facial treatment for 4-5 min.When even we go normal salon they make us comfortable. But here they are fooling people. I inquire other medical centres they keep charcoal mask for 25 minutes. No effect on face not even a percent. They should give option for zero star.

The worst booking/call center I have experienced. Was so disappointed every time I tried to book an appointment. Since Day 1 of doing my veneers with them, they had been either cancelling or changing the timings of my appointment. Same goes for dermatology department, I tried to book 1 month in advance for the availability of the doctor but in the end called me the day before and said they gave my slot to another client. How is this professional in any way?! This has been experienced by my friend as well, so trust me and Dont waste time booking with them.

1-They are not professional at all, not responsible after they get the money from the client. 2- not respecting the time or the client. 3- for the laser, they are using less power to keep the client come over. 4-You can't get your money back even if you don't want to complete their services and they pressure you to replace it with other services you don't need. 5- if you are already with them check the laser degree each session should be increased. 6- pay outside more it's way better.

I was introduced to this center on women’s day when they visited our school. I decided to give them a try. My first experience with hydra facial was amazing and relaxing. The doctor made me feel comfortable by explaining each and every step and how to maintain my skin after the facial. Sadly, today I visited again for meso hair treatment. The doctor was not friendly to speak to and she just injected my scalp without even giving me warning that it will hurt or ask question about my hair type. It took her maximum on 2 minutes and she left by saying take another appointment after two weeks. I was clueless to what really happened. I will not recommend this clinic for meso hair with this doctor.

First time visiting the clinic and definitely the last. I made an appointment. When I came to the clinic they told me I don’t have an appointment. The receptionist rude and not helpful at all. At least they have to put some effort to make costumers happy. Anyhow was not my mistake because they didn’t register my appointment. No customer service at all. Crowded and not organized. Long time for waiting.

They relay on the strategy of (less price and more customers) that by the end affect in bad way their service quality, customer satisfaction and reputation. I visited them for veneers and this is one of the horrible experiences that I had, the dentist finished very fast and cause more and more pain. For the prices, they gave good discount but you have to pay and book before any thing (pay first). I don’t recommend them.

Doctors are excellent but they have the worst customer service ever, they will shift and cancel your appointment without telling u, u can’t reach any agreement with them. They have lots of promotions and offers but they are not able to organize their schedules. Not professional at all, very poor customer service. Once u pay in advance for a service they will give u appointment in one month or two months. No credibility at all. Long waiting time, very slow and careless. Not recommended at all ! They were doing very well and i was recommending them to all, but recently they are only getting more customers and no enough employees so the waiting time to enter to get your service is about an hour or more. Now The goal is purely commercial and not being professional. And it’s being too crowded and no organization.

The staff in the reception are unprofessional and they not knowledgeable about the services provided by the clinic . The 3 ladies at the reception along with the cashier is very rude and don’t know how to talk to people .. I booked appointment online through call and the prices which were informed were different to when we went to pay . However we asked them to book another treatment and she asked to go and book from the first floor, when asked why can’t I inquire from you she replies with I have customer you have to wait if you want any information. We were ready to wait and another lady says no we don't have any availability without checking .. I did my treatment here in 2021 and the service was good and i came back to get my mom’s treatment done and they don’t want to give any information as if they aren’t getting paid .. these kind of people shouldn’t be in service industry who don’t respect their guest and are high on attitude and ego . Please train your employees and don’t hire uneducated staff. Shame on the companies who hire these kind of people as we wasted a-lot of time and I will take this to the higher management. Shameful!! السلام عليكم. اسو عيادة في العالم اقسم بالله لو رحت علي عيادة بيطري يمكن احسن منهم !!!!! 1-ركبت عندهم فينير مش نفس المطلوب. احس حالي سنجاب. طوال 2 -كنت مركب فنير قبل ما اجي عندهم ركبولي حشوات مؤقته بعدين شالوها وركبولي الفينير اقسم بالله بمدة اسبوعين كل يوم يطلع من اسناني بقايا من الحشوات المؤقتة 3-مافي دكتور معين يتابع حالتك كل موعد عند دكتور ثاني بتكون قايل بعض الاشياء الي تعاني منها الدكتور الثاني ما بيعرف عندها (سلطه الموضوع) 4 -انتظار اقل شي ساعه بعد الموعد 5- بعد 5اشهر لليوم وجع كل يوم في الاسنان علي البارد وعلي الحشوات بمعنا الحرف (خربو اسناني) 6-ملخص الموضوع اوسخ شئ في الحياة لمن يكون الطب تجاره وهذا ينطبع عليهم (يوم ادعي عليهم ) اقسم بالله كل حرف قلته صح100‎%‎

There admin team as a whole is so rubbish, poor communication, no professionalism, no accountability whatsoever. They will promise you anything and everything just to get you hooked and when the problems comes again will promise to get back in instant while not even remembering to contact for months. I would give them minus in terms of how they have handled us for last many months and everytime disappointed us without a fail. They seriously lack communication skills and accountability. I am yet to come across a single person who delivers and cares for their patients/clients. Even their complaints department is useless. Real disappointing services ever

Its become a very bad experience, with no customer service at all, no cooperation, and failure to book appointments as per the doctor instructions “set every 7 days”, and when I got an appointment I received tons of disturbance calls for booking confirmation. Even they do not check out the profile or ID!!! How I will achieve the target result of fat burning course if I cannot get an appointment of an injection and refet machine every 7 days as per the doctor's instructions???? I definitely wouldn’t go there again, and I really don’t recommend anyone to go. It's one of the worst places, I regret going there and losing my money because I didn't get the proper appointment and because they refused any refund. It's really bad, they just think about how to find victims and take their money just for revenue without thinking about customer results, customer satisfaction, or reputation.

DON’T GO HERE! Unless you want to waste your time and money. The worst laser center I’ve ever been to! The wait time is intolerable!! I had to wait 1hr to 1hr30 after my appointment time. And the lady organizing the appointments was very rude. Same for all the other ladies there, they were all complaining about the wait time!! And if only the results were worth it! I got my skin burned by the nurse, and for no results! The laser work was patchy because she was trying to hurry and the hair grew back in no time. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON THIS PLACE. Worst customer service ever in appointments and waiting time ! Plus i didn’t get the treatment plan i came for even though i paid in advance,they refused to gave back the rest of my amount! They only think about commercial wise !! Even when you book for consultation they will not treat u unless u set with the sales team , and when u agree to pay they will give you appointment after 10 days ! This is so frustrating. I need to get refund on the rest of the amount i paid for this my right and the least you can do after having this experience I’ll never come back , don’t tell me your policy is not including refund and i have to use it in another service because definitely am not coming back again.

Be careful guys…!! Based on my experience worst service provider in the World. We learnt following lessons: Average waiting time around 2 hours. There is registration fee of 15 Dhs in addition to promotional price & most probably promotional price is excluding VAT. You must pay in advance and for any reason if the service is not performed then below is the procedure for refund: Visit their complaints team on 9th floor, If you are able to convince them then they refer to Business Development Manager . If he is convinced then a request will be raised internally to seek approval from 4 managers. This process will take upto 10 days and if you are lucky enough then your case might go to top management for refund (Most probably Dr Hesham) So be careful and wish me good luck. (No bad intention, If someone has direct contact with the owner please communicate my message so they can improve their services and we get best quality services as we always expect in this lovely country)

It’s always to hard to get appointment. Either you need to wait 5 mic time be connected or they promise to call and call after 2-3 days, once receptionist confirmed booking but after the day before I found she didn’t book. Sometimes appointments are delay. My hair didn’t fell down ( I did laser 8 times) but it’s less But there is good price and amazing therapist Sara.

Edited: I have seen the latest reviews and it seems that many people are facing the same issues as mine - dissatisfaction and refusal to refund our money even though we didn't receive the treatment. Additionally, they have also sent me to the 9th floor, where I met a gentleman who is the manager. He told me that if I'm lucky, and I receive approval from the owner, I may get my money back. Is this real?! I have sent an official email, as we have the right to get our money back if we didn't receive the service.

In the laser hair removal department, I dealt with Jinny and she was more than welcoming, friendly, and professional. The service was quick and friendly. Changed the rating: They called us back to rearrange the appointment. Very good service after the complaint. Price and quality is very good. Old text: My wife and daughter aranged an appointment for A) 7pm for teeth whitening and B) check up for my daughter's veneers at 8 pm, for today Sunday, June 25th. So both were customers before and you even used my daughter's photos for an advertisement on Instagram. My daughter received a call from you and was told "her appointment will be at 2pm", which is false. My wife called to clarify that and learned from your management: "Your number is not in our system, we don't know you". This is ridiculous. And the appointment of my daughter was then postponed from you for 0930 pm, which is too late, because she arranged it for 8pm and has to work the next day. Your time-manager completely messed up the arranged appointments. My wife do not want an appointment any longer, it seems you do not need or want her as a customer for a second time. Who ever is responsible for the appointments causes a damage to your business which is already reflected at Google. We expect: at least keep the appointment for my daughter as confirmed 14 days ago, for what she already paid 3.300 AED.

If our appointment is 10 we have to wait until 1 to get to doctor I dont recommend my friends to come to this dentist not because of waiting even the services are not good

جدا مستاءة من تعامل موظفي مركز داماس، انا نادرا ما أعصب، لكن لكن هالمركز نجح انه يثير حفيضتي بكل سهولة، لدرجة رفعت صوتي في المركز وهالامر عمري ما عملته في اي مكان، المساعدات يفتقدن للحرفية واسلوب التعامل الراقي، بالعكس مستفزات، وبطيئات جدا في تخليص المعاملة لدرجة حصلت مخالفة موقف بسببهم، المركز نفسه تنظيمه مش بروفيشنال، كل خدمة في دور ولازم تنتظرين المصعد فترة طويلة ولازم تمر على جميع الادوار بسبب زحمة المصعد. وادارة الحسابات ايضا رديئة، العايدات تتطور وهالعيادة لها دهر ولسه على خدماتها الرديئة، النجمة حطيتها لصالح دكتور الاسنان عايشة والا المركز يستاهل تقييم صفر!

Good for laser . Good results and effective . But need to work on waiting time . Long waiting hours. It’s over crowded. Also receptionists don’t guide properly about the treatments. Ex Laser candela or cynosure with soft light or without soft light .?what to take .? N why soft light .?How will someone who is doing for the first time know..? It is their duty to tell about everything in detail what to choose n why.? Their call center service is very very bad. I booked for laser treatment with soft light . But the lady in call center booked only for laser. For doing soft light I had to request so much with receptionist. And had to wait for 1:30 min for my turn. I specially booked one doctor for meso but when I went there that doctor was not available and they asked me to re book or take another doctor . Call center should know the timings of their doctors .

I have booked my laser session for full body for a very cheap price, firstly I got suspicious, but I asked about the machine they use and it was Cynosure, american. I know the machine, it's really good. When we arrived for our appointment at 9 am we had to wait for about 30 minutes, which was still OK. The customer Service was fine, the laser therapist Sayna was a pleasant lady, asking and checking on me. She did good job, not missing any spots. The rooms are cold. They give you a blanket, mine didn't smell good. Also they should use more paper towels for each patient on the bed. I'll see about the results of the laser and update my review later. In general all good, but the rooms should be renovated, smell better. Otherwise the place has lots of customers.

I have been coming here for three months, and the place seems to be amazingly organized. The staff are extremely nice and approachable, and will not make you feel uncomfortable at all. When I first came, I was worried that I would be uncomfortable doing the full body treatment, but it was very smooth and did not hurt at all. So I definitely recommend this place!

The laser treatment is really good and the results are affective. You can notice the difference from the first session. Mrs. Fatima was very supportive and handled the issue very efficiently.

They book for too many people at the same time, and there is no enough room for all. My appointment was @ 9 i had to wait more than 1 hour and after i finish i waited more than 1 our for the softlight session

I am very satisfied with laser treatment they provide. They try to be careful when performing it. it can get pretty crowded at time but the staff tries their best to keep you comfortable as possible.

Everytime it is the same story I have been coming here for the past six years and nothing has changed unfortunately....i always complain and Everytime with the same feedback...unfortunately their system despite being new it in tolerable !!!!! Waiting is always 2 to 3 hours min

The waiting time is horrible I have appointment at 6 pm but in start my service 7:30. And the specialist is really rude and non friendly she donot care about the service she is only in a hurry so price is attractive but service is not
