I booked my dental appointment 2 days before for cleaning and polishing, I reached before time, and when I reached, I had to take another appointment. What are the benefits of booking an advance appointment?? That's okay, but after waiting for more than an hour, get to know the machine is not working, and I can't have my cleaning and polishing today, and they rescheduled my appointment. My question is why staff can not inform me when I arrive?? instead of information they were interested in taking the payment and they did and even when I asked the bill they refused to give and reply will provide after your treatment and when I come back to them that machine is not working and then they just handed over advance payment receipt. This is called BAD service they are not interested in service but collection money. If you guys are not able to maintain machines and equipment, what other we should expect from you frant staff should same on yourself and worst management of clinic. I will not recommend anyone this or any other clinic of Aster.

Very poor service.. 6pm we went to the clinic they told all appointment are full they will not take any more patient's. Then i told them am going to complaint to the customer service then suddenly they give the appointment. And i cane to know there is no patients for that Doctor. They are just trying to avoid customers.and very rude to the customers. Today also the same thing happen i call to the customer care file the complaint. Now today onwards i will not go aster clinic. Unless they update me what action they taken against my complaint.

It' near to me. I visited many times, including my kids, to the clinic, All doctors are exceptional except the Gynecologist. She is not eligible to be a Gynecologist, not even as a human. I visited her yesterday. Very rude behavior of Gynecologist Dr.Dally Maria. Doesn’t have the patience to attend to patients who should be more sensitive. Dr.Dally behaved so arrogant and was not willing to explain in detail even after my wife asked her. As a reputed Clinic in UAE Aster should remove this kind of doctors who are not even suitable. I never suggest this gynecologist for any treatment as you won't get back home peacefully after visiting her. She’s the worst doctor I have seen in my life. The front desk staff are very slow & need to know and understand English not only Malayalam.

Dr Dally is very rude and arrogant. Very bad experience and will not recommend to anyone. Also, no one attending the phone calls.

I chose this clinic as its located opposite to my apartment . We had very rude behaviour from Dr.Dally Maria – Gynaecologists, She doesn’t know how to introgate with the patients. Her arrogant makes us unpleasent and unhappy, we were totally disappointed and never visit her again and wont recommend to others. NOTE: Dear ASTER MANAGEMENT kindly take quick action on her before you loose your reputation.

Today, I contacted the Aster call center at 7:16 PM to schedule a pediatric appointment. The agent informed me that all appointments were full but assured me the clinic would accept walk-ins. Following the agent's advice, I promptly arrived at the clinic within 10 minutes. However, the reception staff, despite my prior confirmation with the call center, refused to accept me as a walk-in. I explained my conversation with the call center agent, but the staff remained uncooperative, stating they had not received any request for a walk-in. Even after consulting with the manager, they still declined. This marks my second frustrating experience with Aster Clinic Muwaila, raising concerns about coordination issues between the clinic and the call center. As a customer, I find this lack of consistency as disheartening.

Very rude behaviour of gynecologist Dr.Dally maria .. Doesn't have the patience to attend a patient.A pregnant women will be more sensitive and she really expect a good response from a doctor.. Dr.dally behaved so arrogant and not explained the scan of baby in detail even after my wife asked her. she was in a hurry to pack up home. I never suggest this gynecologist for any treatment as you won't get back home peacefully after visiting her. Very poor management! Walk-in patients are treated like they are not human ! The money is taken on the first counter and atleast 3 hrs is normal waiting time to see any doctor. 30 minutes at least waiting to get the medicines . This is the worst managed clinics by Aster. The queue machine should be more advanced and registration counter must mention expected time with appointments in consideration

Very less seating capacity. Lot of patients are standing for long time. Dr. Dally should be more polite with patient's and she is very rude behaviour so i change consulting to Al nadha. Dr Dally smile only in Picture not in real. Try to learn to treat the patients with a good smile. Not telling any details regarding preganacy and she talk only what we ask. First we met Dr Dally when we enter to room Dr shout and ask why you enter to room i didn't call. Actually we saw our number in display then only we enter to Dr room. Dr was busy in mobile chatting and suddenly when we enter she start shouting. As a gynecology Dr she must learn how to be polite with Patients especially pregnant ladies.

Outside the clinic time is 8:00 am when I reached there a lady told me time is 9:00 am for patient why they showing outside 8:00 am time if its for admin people's no need to show 8:00 am outside the door, Please fixed this issue

Pediatrician Dr.Sarin kunnari is very nice and knowledgeable person whom we can trust 100% for our children's health.The best thing is that he is ready to answer our concerns about our little one at any time .strongly recommend him

Really poor service! Visited their clinic four days ago for the physiotherapy. They took 3 days almost to send request to insurance company. Insurance company replied in 7 mints and asked for further information. Till date they didn’t submitted any detail to insurance company. Worst part is reaching them on helpline is impossible. Called their helpline more than 10 times but got call back hardly 2-3 times and still issue is unresolved. Really waste of time.

My bad experience with Dally, rude behavior

I am really happy with the care provided by Aster Muwaila. Dr. Dally (Gynecology) and DR. Sabeer (Dental) are well behaving and high quality professionals. I am always preferring this hospital not only is close to where I live, but also because of the skills and behaviours of these doctors and other staffs. Very cool and friendly atmosphere of Aster Muweilah and openness of nursing staffs are always giving a positive energy for us especially in the difficult situations. I have heard in many occasions that nursing staffs are likened to angels, and my heartfelt thanks to sister Suni for sharing such an experience in my life too.

Poor service 😡 - had to wait 2h 33m to show the report immediately next day of consulting the doctor. They should have different slots for patient’s coming to show the reports. We were treated as walk-in customer and had to wait in queue for 30 minutes in reception and 2 hours to see the doctor ( Reached at 7:03 PM, reception called us at 7:30 PM, looong waiting and met the doctor at 9:33 PM) This is very much frustrating and you need to consider people’s valuable time. Pls consider this as serious concern and the way receptionist showing attitude is on top of that. We are visiting this clinic only because of Dr:Sarin as his treatment is really good.he is busy doctor and he should have assistance to avoid long waiting time. To meet doctor first time ,We got an appointment with one week gap and even though we had an appointment , waited for 1h15 minutes to see the doctor . Dr prescribed for test and asked to come next day to show the report, another 2 hours 33 minutes to show the reports Overall poor service and no value considered for patients‘ time 😡 Personally I don’t recommend this clinic until they address all the issues.

I really love ceo of aster - Dr Azad moopen. I am fan of all aster clinic in uae. They got excellent doctors with superb infrastructure for a clinic. But this clinic is worst. Receptionists r rude. They dnt care patuents n dnt answer querurs properly. Doctors r insane here. Gynic lady behaves lik we r tresting here for free. She should b fired from uae itself. She doeent deserve to get job in uae itself. Very very unprofessional clinic. Im staying jus opposite and i dnt recommend this clinic to anyone.i wrote formal complaint directly to dr azad moopen also.

New Aster Clinic opened in Muweilah. Visited Paediatrics, GP and Internal medicine. All visited doctors are very good. Staff nurses are very cooperative and polite. Would recommend this to anybody in and around muweilah. Has attached pharmacy and parking is not a problem. Center has RT PCR test and gives results pretty fast.

Excellent dentist Dr Sabeer. The best I have seen. Been his patient since 6-7 years now and every time I come for routine checks fillings etc it’s a great painless experience

Love the location, in the residential area, easily accessible. Clean, ample seating in the waiting areas, lift undergoing servicing so you’d need to use the stairs to reach the other rooms upstairs for now. Lacking staff hence the very very slow service, we visited today and there was only 1 lady at reception. There is a water dispenser with cups as usual on the ground floor, but there are no cups at the water dispenser on the first floor.

As it is near to me i visited the hospital twice, Again this clinic will be last on my preference list. Doctors are nice and okay. Worst experience from their front desk. Even the lady in reception not wearing mask properly. In my case they submit for insurance approval only after 3 hours and after continuous follow up. They never answer the call on their line number

Honestly, services in this clinic are very pathetic even poor than any third world country. Staff are too slow and even doctors are not sufficient to provide the consultation to the customers. There is no use to take the appointment prior to your visit. If you will take the appointment, might be you will loose your full day here. By mistake, if you come without appointment, might be you have to spend more time then flight from UAE to India/Pakistan. Preferably, Aster should close this clinic instead to waste the time of any patient. Very bad experience here in Muweliah Clinic.

Very bad experience with Dr. Mohammed contractor he was very rude and wrote a blood test with even checking the patient and upon ask why the test was written without checking the patient he stated behaving very rudely We complained on the reception about the doctor behavior and the lady over also stared talking rudly started scolding us We called the call center and lodge a complaint against the doctor the lady on the phone told me they will register the feedback and ones the feedback is registered in the system i will be reserving an email I am still waiting for the email to come and action to be taken I will never recommend any one to aster as this is nkt my first time all thus happening with me it, it has happened many times The doctor on aster just want to save ther jobs by writing tests as they see someone with insurance and aster as management is pushing for that to increase their profits Before aster was a health care provider now it is just profit oriented

Well experienced doctors and nurses but the front counter staffs are utterly slow. The entire clinic performance is dragging because of theses front desk staffs, they looks like totally confused on the process. Need immediate management attention please!! Update on my previous review posted 6 months back, Same two stars wanna reduce the rating to one star but again the doctors and staff nurses are really good, only the front desk staffs are deadly slow in their performance. Management need to give proper training if they want or replace them.!!

From the 1st Step till Last, Extremely poor service. Simply wastage of time. Wrong communication from call center to Reception. No focus, while serving nurse on call. No question or basic detail was asked other than weight, height and temperature noted. At first step, insurance is not covered once I forced as its covered in Dubai why not here, it was rechecked and later declared as covered. Entered clinic at sharp 9:02am and got a chance to see Dr at 9:45am. Team should be motivated and willing to help at least. No one come to Clinic to get more stressed and upset. Cleaner asked as don’t sit here, don’t stand here as cleaning is going on till 9:45am, we were looking for space as where to wait for Our turn. Nurse given empty claim form and asked to go back Nurse and wait once filled. No One was at Nursing station. I went again reception, receptionist diverted back to room 3, Room 3 nurse said go to Doctor and Doctor is busy, no claim form was filled and stamped. Another surprise as Covid Test does not covered under Insurnace in this Branch, call center confirmed one day before. Clinic is busy, in sufficient staffing to entertain. Reception again took some time to register for Covid test, send to room 24. No one was there to entertain in room 24 or at nursing Station. Finally went back to ask who can help. It’s like no one is caring and we need to keep asking for help. Finally I left at 10:15am. Very worse experience.

I went there for a PCR test, they have done without any delay. They are giving special consideration to aged people and kids also . Satisfied service from front desk too.. Good behavior from staffs…

Had an excellent experience with Dr. Sarin, pediatrician. He listened our kids problems and prescribed only minimum medicines and we got cured in the shortest time. It was wonderful to find such a caring pediatrician to our kid and Nurse Suni is awesome as well.

Dr. Mumthas did a great job with my first ever health exam. She explained every thing to me in a clear manner. Nurse Suni also kind and friendly. All the supporting staffs was great. It was a good experience for me..

Hospitality from the reception staff is not satisfactory .His behavior was very rude though the clinic was not busy. This kind of behavior is never appreciated in health care field.

Dr aarthi cuddalore doesn’t take the patient seriously, she’s very rude in a sense that what I told her was not valid and she refused to understand my situation. Never going again.

Easy parking not crowded..very good and helpfull staff, especially fathima @ reception.her attitude and welcoming smile..make each person entering the clinic refreshing.Doctors are good and give us a brief idea about our health condition and what treatment we need.

Dr. Shakir is very kind and approachable. He explained well that made me feel comfortable and happy. The assisting nurse Jeenu was very helpful and took care of my family’s needs while we’re in the clinic. Highly recommended!

We went to consult the pediatrician Dr Sarin Kunnari. The doctor is very good. My kid had fever and when we tried to take appointment they said slots full, but walk in is possible. Its not predictable she will have a fever for which I can take appointment and keep. We had to wait more than 1 and half hours by then my kids fever had increased. I went and spoke to the nurse, who was very helpful after which we were called immediately. In short its a long wait without appointment.

The clinic was neat and clean. Doctor Mohamed Abdeali was good. He answered all my questions very patiently. The only problem which I face during registration takes lot of time.

Dr. Mohammed Contractor is an excellent General Physician. Very prompt and professional doctor. Highly appreciate his timely diagnose. Bravo!

I visited Aster clinic for knee pain. Orthopedic Treatment is excellent and good follow-ups. From the receptionist to nursing every treated good and friendly manner. I suggest others also.

Each and every staffs service is commendable despite of rush during peak hours. Horrible hospital staff. I have waited for 1 hour and nurses were not helpful at all. It was too chaotic in yhe clinicnfull of kids crying waiting for doctors. It was an unbearable experience will not go back here and I dont recommend this tiny and unhygienic clinic. Doesnt even deserve 1 star

Only the hospital is at busy location. No receptionist will be available all day. Even if we ask anything to only one receptionist she won't care about us.

No one answers calls. They didn't tell me there is no sms for covid test I waited 48 hrs and then after frustration I visited the clinic. Someone also wrote my email id wrongly.

I dont understand why this dr dally maria davis continuing there as gynaecologist after getting this much bad reviews. I also visited there 2 days before. She is treating me like i have done some mistake. Iam one month pregnant. This is my first pregnancy. 2 days before I have some throat infection and slight fever. She have given me some medicine, taken blood and urine rest.Even I dont know whats the result was.Yesterday my condition become very worst. I made a phone consultation with dr.( Its their responsibility to inform the patient about the result. Here the patient have to wait, make request, and after a long wait we got a call.)She said i have given you medicine.it will be ok. Otherwise go and see one physician and take nebulization. Then why she? Iam having high fever now. She is very arrogant and rude. You aster team, why you are spoiling your reputation with these kind of people.

Horrific experience. I would give a 0 star. The doctor and staff were constantly denying to look at our child and were asking us to take him to hospital. I do agree that emergencies cases has to be taken to hospital. But according to us there were no such necessity. However, I took my child to the hospital and was discharged in an hour saying the condition was normal. There was no fracture and it was just a wound (peeled skin) that was needed to be treated. I did not understand the reason why the clinic staff couldn't attend such a simple case. If all cases has to be taken to the hospital, then what is the necessity of having the clinics? Aren't the doctors in clinics qualified enough to treat patients? Please Note: I have very good experience with Aster Hospitals and other clinics. But a big NO to ASTER MUWAILEH.

Very bad service and poor consultation.Never go there to consult the GP called Mohammed Abdeali Contractror.He is very rude and unethical in his profession.Yesterday,when I reached there to take xray by his advice..the xray technician came at 4:50 since we requested and took the xray and asked us to go directly to Dr's room .But the Dr told me like this "better you come tomorrow morning now I m busy with ph or else you can wait for 1 hour .It was just 1 minute after 5pm.He was not ready to examine my xray report.This is not the only case he had prescribed me a lot of medicines for my fever and cough .I just wanted to check for flu since all the other members of my family are influenza a positive.Today morning my report came .I was negative. Fortunately I hadn't started taking his medicines which includes antibiotics also .Why Aster keeps these kind of Dr's who are against ethics and values?

Horrible call centre .. the calls and options are so long and at the end d attendee says that there system is down and they cant make any appointments. Even if the doctor is good its pointless staying in the clinic and waiting so long just for a 15minute consultation..
