It shows work till 11 PM, but by 10.15 it self they will stop function. The customer service was very poor, after traveling very far for collection of online purchase which is very simple one, thats itself they refused do after begging to their staff. Such pathetic behavior. Please revise showroom timing in google, the customer may travel according and by reaching 10.30 itself refuse a simple service would make customers unhappy. 🙏🙏

Today i had horrible experience at this store.. my mother bought undergarments and my father was at the counter for paying the bill he was casually putting all the things at the counter and lady who was from phillipines insulted my father by saying dont give undergarments so openly and we were shock what does that mean u r selling them openly what we are suppose to do i was so upset and angry at her but because my father and mother was there i kept quite i think they should behave in a good manner and if u r frustrated or tired with the job leave it .. customers are not meant to be insulted and to see ur attitude there that was so bad i really want to complaint about her and i am thinking to take action with the police because this is not the way u can insult anyone

Need the place to be more organized. Even the jackets packed up were in the wrong size box. Some of the staff arr rude and they need some customer service training... Overall they stuff in brands are amazing... Love to just hang around

If I can put much smaller star that would be great. We got harassed by one of their customer who kept on knocking on the door and forcing us out of the changing room. He acts like he owns the place the whole staff couldn't do anything about him. Worst experience, worst treatment, being nice is a no go since I let others be but I got harassed by another. Should have called the police but I just went nice since my own mom was outside. Supposed to buy the three shirts but changed my mind since they do not wort even a single penny.

It was really a weird experience on a Product which i bought from Brands for less Sharjah City Center which is an Emporio Armani Watch.When i washed my hand the water went inside on its first use and still the covering on the watch is there,felt like breaking it .Even after spending a good amount on very branded product do we need to face this.Or is it fake for less.Hoping for an update from the BFL team

If you are looking for offers on your favourite brands, then this is the right place. I have been going to Brands For Less since 4 years and I have always seen them giving fantastic offers and items for fantastic prices. You have to spend some time in browsing since they have so many dress put together and you need sometime to find the right ones. They also have very good dress for kids and infants. Occasionally they also have buy one get one offers as well. Overall a very good place for discounted items.

Lot of things are there with good quality shoes, cloths, accessories etc.. but Prices are little bit high.

The branch is okay, the staff is welcome - thank you for that! However, the variety of brand clothes and shoes is really limited. The prices are affordable. They sell home goods, clothes, shoes, bags and other items.

It's worse when it comes to online pick up. 3 ladies tried to find my order, the new staff took 30 minutes and they come out with nothing. Just completely waste of time. i tried to fallow up, but she said they have so many orders and i understand that. But 30 minutes of waiting is too much. I also ask the manager, but she didn't do anything too. Try to be organized and train New staff properly. I left the store, and i don't even hear an apology for the inconvenience.

Poor Customer Service. I have never encountered such a rude Filipina Sales Lady. My friend and I were to purchase perfume for gifts but after being assisted by JENNELYN who clearly lacks knowledge in dealing with customers, we decided to purchase elsewhere.

The best shop in UAE for me. I don't see a sense to pay a lot for clothes but sure it should looks nice and match. There you will find everything what you need, but maybe not from the first visit. A lots of items, you should have minimum 3 free hours to stay there.

Got a very affordable T-Shirt for my favourite game, just too much rush as all otherwise a 5 star. You can pretty much find any western clothing or merch at this place for a decent price.

I used to visit this store in this specific mall frequently since they used to have better quality products. However this time i got really disappointed to see they lowered the quality of the products sold. The store was extremely disorganized and the store clerks weren't any helpful.

BFL inside city center sharjah no staff near entrance .nobody assisting the customers.i myself asking if have big size for the shoe display near entrance we need to look for the staff to ask for the item we like.then its so dissapointed coz still the staff not check in the stock room automatically told us no.i think customer first than everything else right 😞😞😞

I had been there with my friend to buy some stuff and the required size of the product was not available, I requested them to see if other stores had the stock. Three similar candles in the shop, same brand and size, just different colors. One candle is missing a barcode, and store manager can't make a decision to use barcode of two other candles to sell the item. The reply: we need to send this article back for getting a barcode... Item price is AED25: seems that management of stores is not empowered to make AED25-worth decisions
