Standards have gone down....!!! The waiters don’t care about the customers..!! They behave as if you are going there for free food..! Dear... Management.... please improve.... make it like the old Karachi Durbar in 2005

Just a typical Kd restaurant. Cash only restaurant. Very clean and polite staff. Its expensive too for a small dinner. Talking about food it's awesome.. Taste still the same. Located on main road visible from far. Parking is paid and usually available.

Today i Try after long time . But unfortunately the quality totaly change. I order breakfast keema and maghaz. Both was very bad in looks and test also . I m wondering if management still the same . I just through it can't eat this .management should look in to this

Quality and quantity has gone down .since 17 years my family dine in various branches of the Karachi Darbar restaurant.Mixed grill,peshawari mutton kadhai,tandoori roti,paya soup,rasmalai, tea,keema paratha all were once our favorite.now it gives worse experience in food quality and quantity.really disappointed

Came for dinner. Complimentary salad was served. Ordered the following: 1. Butter Chicken - I actually ordered chicken tikka masala but they served this probably by mistake. The chicken pieces were good and its more on the sweet side. 2. Mutton Karahi- Gravy was really good but the mutton pieces were a little tough 3. Rumali Roti and Tandoori naan. - soft and tasty 4. Chicken Tikka boneless- cooked well and tender.

The restaurant has an amazing biryani taste. Must visit if you are a biryani lover.

Amazing delicious food for non vegetarian enthusiasts, you'll also find good vegetarian options too. They have a big menu to order from and whatever we ordered was just superb. We ordered a Mixed Grill Platter, Chicken Spring Roll, tasted great and the portion sizes were more than sufficient. The restaurant has ample space spread on 2 floors and is situated on the main road, although you may need to find a parking space nearby. The only improvement that's required is regarding its atmosphere, which needs to be upgraded, some parts of the restaurant are too old for it's time.

With great previous expectations from other Karachi Darbar, went to have Kheema Parotta, but was not tasty as expected.

Wish I could give 'zero' star to this restaurant. Tasteless food and waste of money. We sat in family section, chairs and tables are in worst condition, Central AC is there- but not working (2-3 times we changed our table). Waiter service was pathetic, he has more attitude than manager, his way of treating customer is not good. Only looting money in the name of Brand "Karachi Darbar". When complaint same thing to manager, his reply was like all branches have same taste- that means we shouldn't visit any of their branch. Manager just took my card and swiped- irresponsible person. No Apology for "customer not being satisfied with food" I suggest not to visit this restaurant. simply waste of money. They don't care for customer feedback.

The butter chicken, mutton seekh kabab, and sweet lassi are very good. My favorite breakfast menu is alu paratha and channa, followed by lassi. Food is tasty and delicious especially for the non-vegetarians for the vegetarians they have also options like palak paneer. 4 Star is just because waiters don’t care about the customers. Dear Management please improve

Customer service was good, but the food was not worth the money. I order mixed bbq set ,bt the quantity wasnt worth the money. Atmosphere need maintanence, bcz dining hall wasnt cleaned properly.

Place is not much crowded but atmosphere is great, Very silent and calm environment and menu had mostly pakistani cousines . service is bettter even though waiter didn't understand english very well. food is awesome

Absolutely Pathetic Service. 1 - 20 min later that after calling them 2 times they came give us the menu and than left, again called them to take an ordered 2- waiters and cashier they are really rude and unprofessional. 3- Taste was not good at all. Ordered daal mash and chicken tikka karahi- no taste at all. Not recommended at all.

Great place and plenty of options in terms of veg and non veg dishes. However services are quite hit and miss, usually the orders served takes a lot of time, sometimes quite quick. I do visit this place often often dine in or for take away, their biryani is always the highlight alongside their grills and kadhai. These are great as always and are pretty worth it for the price given. However I would recommend you to visit during afternoon and evening at weekends, usually when it's peak hours, you do get empty spaces and there is a dedicated family area above.

Food is good . A bit spicy. The service need to be improved. Also the wash room need good care.

Biryani k naam pe tasteless mandi rice and yet they claim to have authentic Pakistani taste. Bbq was not freshly made. The only good thing was roti.

worst experience, I ordered Peshawari karahi, chicken chilly, beef tikka, and chicken lollypop. every thing was disgusting. Karahi was undercooked. lollypop was saltless beef tikka was rubbery chicken chilly was weird. on top of that, roof was leaking. Seriously, this was the worst food i ever had in any restaurant.

Ordered Biryani shrimps, butter chicken and chicken 65 which was breast chicken in red sauce which you can eat with naan bread, food was good. Place was clean and stuff was polite, for 3 people we paid 100 for food, soft drink and water

We as a family had been there many times but last visit was the worst in terms of food quality. Chicken tasted like fish and quality of chicken used was absolutely horrible. I had heart burn the same night. Will not recommend to any one this particular branch.

their service has really decreased over the years. It used to be a good restaurant. Yesterday i placed the order at 5.30 PM, i recieved it at 8Pm and it was cold, dry, and literally tasteless. They hang up up the phone when i asked about my order status. this will be the last time i place an order from them, and thankfully there are many other competitors who offer better pricing for a better quality of service!

Fantastic food served, highly recommended! The Chicken Tika Kadai is fingerlickin gem, Seekh kabab and tikkas are wonderful too. Well made Chicken biryani as well. Great experience, keep up the brilliant standards😋😋😋😋😋
