First time at this location.. Food was great and quantity was good as well.. I loved the antique look of the restaurant walls.

There is nothing like a good country/southern meal when you don't have time to make it yourself! I went with my fav! CHICKEN FRIED CHICKEN just can't go wrong with that sawmill gravy and super crispy fried chicken... as always, I needed my dumplins, hash brown casserole,green beans, pinto beans, and cornbread!. I normally eat all my veggies but coming here's is a cheat for me so I definitely carbed up! But it's worth it.. Thank you to our excellent server, Sarah ! You were nothing short of Amazing party of 25 and didn't miss a beat! Absolutely 0 complaints. (there was another server[meaghan?] who helped rock this out with Sarah (but she wasn't on my side of the table! I know she was amazing also!) Quoted 1 hr Sat in 45 minutes. Thank you, Ryan, for your patience with such a large unexpected group. I never saw you sweat! You handled it amazingly calm, professionally, quickly, with a smile and without any frustration. That's how managers are supposed to be. Thank you on behalf if the family. Not one thing was missing or wrong with the order. Everything was hot and fresh! That merry berry tea was absolutely delicious! 💯 I also love that they have that veggie plate as an entrée! (I always just eat sides) I also had a chance to try the LOADED TOTS! I love my tots and this will absolutely be something I order every time I go! Thank you for such a wonderful experience! We were here after a funeral 😔 and the hospitality that was shown during such a critical time for our family was beyond words, and I am grateful that the widower chose here. Thank you for your great hospitality, delicious food, professionalism, and kindness. It will always be remembered

This Cracker Barrel has lost its way! Not only does the service suck, but the food is worse! Chicken fingers hard, dry and tough. The beef tips are even tougher. If you ask for apple butter for your biscuits, they charge for it. The pot roast portion was extremely small. We sat staring at ourselves for 20 minutes before a server even came to our table. They weren't even busy. This is the second time we tried this restaurant this week and we'll NOT be back. Save yourself the tasteless cardboard excuse they call food and don't come to this Cracker Barrel. You'd have a more satisfying meal at a gas station. If you need a drink, don't worry, this place has you covered. They seen to concentrate more on alcohol sales than food. A total shame.

We came in just before closing, which we try to avoid. We encountered the most friendly, upbeat and dedicated server. She just made you smile and feel very welcome. We grabbed breakfast items for our dinner meal and they were very tasty. We left the restaurant talking about how awesome our server was. Thank you!

Four stars for a great Cracker Barrel that tolerates overnight parking of RV's in their lot. I had arrived after they closed and then I departed in the morning before they opened so I didn't have a chance to get my usual Uncle Hershel's Breakfast (hash brown casserole!). So I couldn't tell you about the food or the merchandise in the old country store but the wifi worked well and the parking space was level and other than some highway noise, it was pretty quiet.

This has always been the restaurant of me and my coworkers Monday thru Friday. However, recently we ordered the meatloaf dinner and the portions in two of the dinners were less than the 5 dollar portions (we order them for later). I love cracker barrel and hope this will not become their standard. I felt as though they could have made it right with 2 dinners.

Had breakfast here this morning with 12 other retired coworkers for our annual Christmas gathering - been having them here for well over 12 yrs or so. Sam was our server and she did an excellent job taking care of us. I had the Grandmama's Pancake breakfast and it was almost perfect - hash browns were just a little on the greasy side. Scrambled eggs, bacon and pancakes were a strong 5, but I give this experience a 5 star overall. Thanks Cracker Barrel for a wonderful dining experience with such a large group.

Friendly staff, they've got varieties of good affordable food, you don't have to wait for long for your food to be served,

Myself, 3 y\o son and 2 dogs are on the road traveling and my son got very sick all over himself and car. I just want to extend my gratitude for this place. We cleaned up, got him some hot wheels, a book and some other little things in the store and back on the road. I’m just very thankful for this establishment. Everyone is so nice and the store just brings such good and pleasant feelings. It made our incident so much better! Very thankful for you, Cracker Barrel and all your wonderful employees! We didn’t eat but your food is absolutely amazing too! Keep up the great work Cracker Barrel!

Our dining experience at Cracker Barrel, Sharonville, Ohio, was very nice. My husband had the meatloaf dinner and I had fish dinner with dessert. The meal was hot and plentiful we took our desserts to go. We will return to Cracker Barrel since we usually dine during breakfast hours. Thank you to the manager who took good care of us during our visit.

This was a disappointing experience. I’ve always loved this restaurant, but last nights experience was not good. Our waitress was rude and my boyfriend ended up with food poisoning from the chicken. He’s never had food poisoning… like ever. I’m assuming dining in late around 9 ish would be the reason he ended up with food poisoning. Which is unsettling. I figure earlier in the day would be a better experience considering the food is probably fresher and the waitresses aren’t at end of shift. But I’ve worked in restaurants, and honestly neither is acceptable, even at a late hour. It’s okay, we just won’t be back to this location to dine.

Got there when they opened at 7am.. Sam, our server was phenomenal. Took our order right away with a smile and greeted us. Made sure our coffee was topped off, too. Food came out in less than 7 minutes, hot. In and out in less than 40 minutes. Highly recommend!

Ordered fried chicken with mashed potatoes. Chicken was old and so dried out. Got just boiled potatoes with no taste, no sign of milk,butter or salt. Awful. Can got a lot better food from Chester’s at half price. Didn’t like the attitude of the short B hostess working at night. But the old lady at the front cash was so nice and welcoming.

I love cracker barrel honestly their food is simple. Their ham and bacon in the lunch are my favorite would definitely recommend someone who wants to go for a lunch or breakfast. It's just an awesome place to go alone or maybe for a breakfast date 😁. The staff is so friendly and I love the sweetened ice tea here which is more of a southern style.

Eggs looked ugly, the biscuits were dry, and our waitress wasn't rude, but she also wasn't polite. We felt like we were a bother to her. On the positive side, the pancakes were amazing, and the staff on the store side were a joy to interact with.

Cracker Barrel Use to be my favorite place to go anytime, all the time but My last 3 visits my food was HORRIBLE 🤮 trash. 2 months ago, we came for breakfast and I USE TO LOVE THEIR BREAKFAST Nope Not AnyMore Everything was tasteless and water logged like it had been sitting from yesterday and they added alot of water no seasonings and heated it up I mean even the pancakes.. THE PANCAKES😪 My eggs were thin tasteless and rubbery Grites disgusting 🫣 Only thing was ok was my meat and it was dried out, cheese casserole was burnt and dried out, we left it there and got our money back. This last time we went for dinner.. We all left our food there, all 6 of us Even our little one didn't want his food. Our fish, you could tell the batter was old and watered down, the fish tasted overly fishy and had no seasoning at all. The greens tasteless and watery, green beans had been cooked to death tasteless watery, carrots cooked to death and left in water tasteless, the chicken and shrimp were cooked in old Grease and fried to death hard and tasteless, Man I could go on and on..... The only thing and I mean the only thing we were able to eat was the biscuits and corn bread. My father had a coke zero he left it there he said even that's nasty..😵☹️🤬💩 We're done If I go back it will be for Christmas shopping in the store part

My food today was disgusting. I ordered the new summer dish. The fried chicken supreme with a loaded baked potato and salad. I think the fryer oil needs changed. My chicken taste like old stale grease. The bacon on top was so crispy in was rock hard and gross. The baked potato was so over cooked it was to dry to even eat. The salad was good though. Employees were nice. Store was clean. If this wasn't a to go order I would have asked for something different. Complete waste of $21.00 the food at the gas station next door looked better than the food I had here tonight.

The food at this location was not that great. My eggs were supposed to be over medium and they were way over cooked. My sausage was also over cooked. Took like 2 bites and left the rest on the plate. My partner did not get syrup for his pancakes…took about 10 minutes for the waitress to check to see if our food was ok. 1st time ever getting a bad meal from this restaurant.
