Still are just as awful as they were 2 years ago, a year ago, 3 months ago If I could give this place a zero stars. They always mess up food, it is always old, and quality control does not exist. They can't count short on nuggets and fries

Dirty and slow and food is never fresh seeming. I’ve tried this place several times to give them a chance, each time I go, there’s never any improvement. I waited in a parked spot for 35 minutes for my food after they pulled me forward, only for them to give my food to the car next to me and let them dig in the bag to realize it wasn’t theirs and then they handed them a different bag and tried to give me the bag that was just dug in and opened by another customer. I will not be going to this location anymore. I really hoped it would improve. It’s sad that they have just gone more and more downhill every year.

Couldn't eat my fries they were too over cooked. My sandwich was to put together right. I have been to better McDonald's than this one. You want to go to a good McDonald's go to the one on Harrison.

Only 2 people eating inside and still took me 16 minutes to get ONE meal for dine in. Floors and tables dirty. several people from the drive through waiting stalls had come in, in effort to get meals quicker. Talking with them, they had been waiting just as long or more. Employees would ignore us like we weren't there. When I did get my meal it was good. Customer service was horrible though. One employee was mocking the customers under his breath. That was really frustrating.

This place is the worst McDonald's ever. Waited 30 minutes after being pulled forward in the drive thru, then I got the wrong order twice and then when they got my burger correct it wasn't edible. Sad part is the manager was the one that brought the food. All these ppl are incompetent.

Those I have encountered here are always pleasant, helpful, and patient. No exception yesterday when Fernando and Tristan assisted me with my large order with smiles and not a hint of annoyance. Thank you!!

I love Tecumseh McDonald's.The food tastes fresh everytime I go there. The staff makes a lot less mistakes than other McDonald's I've been to. The only thing, not just this McDonald's, but every McDonald's I've ever been to, is you never see the staff smile. They all seem like they are sad and hate being there. It would be nice to go there and see the workers smile once in a while, not for my own pleasure, but for theirs. I'm sure most of McDonald's staff probably don't like their job much, and I can't blame them with the amount of rude customers there are out there. I moved here from New York less than a year ago, and overall, Tecumseh McDonald's is my favorite McDonald's I've been to so far.

1st it was stated by MOD they were short-handed there may be a delay in service. But, workers were using multiple expletives in jovial conversation in the meal sacking/drive-thru area, more than loud enough for dining patrons to hear (1 customer complaint lodged to MOD while I waited, with MOD replying the worker was the only 1 to show up). My wait time for 2 dinner meals, plus 2 additional sandwiches and fries was 27 minutes, not to mention I was given the wrong ticket and number to listen for (I did pay the correct amount ($30+) for what I actually ordered/received), which created additional confusion for the one person staying past her shift to "help get them caught up", while the MOD was in back, presumably in an office, not pitching in. I was there by request from a friend, but will refuse going there anytime in the foreseeable future. The drink fountain area needed cleaning attention (overspray on nearly everything) and the Dr. Pepper syrup mixture was thin and not to standards. The food was passable, but barely. Sad that a hallmark franchise and its patons are treated in this manner by employees.

Specifically the location on Kickapoo. It has been very up and down in service lately. The last time I was in the drive thru they forgot my drinks and shut the window before I could say anything. When the manager finally came to the window he acted as if it were my fault with an attitude to say "what do you want me to do about it?" When I went back inside to correct it and get my drinks there was a couple waiting on their food that said they could their items sitting there but no staff was paying attention. This store needs some major work.

Changed my number of stars due to last five orders. I mostly order two double cheeseburgers with EXTRA onions. Three of my orders had Zero onions, one order looked like they added onions and then scraped 99 percent of them back off, and my order today had the original amount. Sad. They literally cannot put enough recon-onions on my burgers! One time only, have they come close. That was awesome! I love the recon-onions, I want heaps of them! I did contact store, but, they just asked if I wanted burgers remade in a tone of "just want free food, dontcha". No, I don't. I just want massive amounts of recon-onions on my cheeseburgers! Lol. Well, I will see how many I get next time. I'm going to start taking pictures and posting the onion situation. 😂

Customer service here is terrible. The food is either under seasoned, cold, or over cooked. They never get your order correct and take forever. If you wish to fix your order you have to wait 15 minutes just to be visited again, even if they’re not busy and that does not confirm your order will even be fixed.

The food is your typical McDonald's food. The atmosphere is much better than most McDonald's. The place was clean and I like the layout of the dining area. My daughter and I ordered on the app for table service and even though the app and stickers on the table says our food would be brought out, it wasn't.

I ordered a Quarter lb with cheese meal large, 3 mcchickens, 1 hot and spicy Mcchicken, 2 mcdoubles and a side of Mac sauce. I received 4 regular mcchickens, no mcdoubles. No Mac sauce, but was still charged for everything. Straight ripped off so I'm a bit irritated and I assume if I go up there they will assume I'm trying to get over on them. Idk if they're understaffed or what but no way they messed up that bad accidentally.
