One lady was very sweet, came off her break to take my order because the other 5 women obviously had other things to do, that’s not counting the people cooking. Stood there for 3 -4 mins without being acknowledged. When my order came up, I went to the country put my drinks down to grab the bag and arrange items to comfortably carry it all, a white heavy set girl pushed the bag towards me knocking one of the cups off the counter breaking and splashing all over my legs. She rolled her eyes, handed me a cup and walked away without saying a word, as if it was my fault. Another lady older white blonde lady came to clean it up, I apologized and said I shouldn’t have put my cup down and replied nicely with it happens done worry about it.

Went because I love Whataburger. Sadly walked out after waiting for someone to even recognize me waiting to order. Also a huge family walked in and cut in front of me. I went to Braum’s across the street. Food was wonderful. I recommend Braums over this Whataburger location. I hope you all enjoy Braums I provided their menu for your ease and convenience down in the pictures.

Stopped for dinner on a road trip. Staff was unfriendly. We waited several minutes to be recognized because the counter person was on break. Once we ordered, we got our food quickly and it was good mostly. Went to the counter to ask for ketchup and waited several minutes till I gave up. When our food was ready they called for us to come to the counter to get it. Every other Whataburger I’ve been to brings the food to the table and offers ketchup then. Men’s bathroom was trashed.

Waited over 30 minutes to get our food after ordering through the drive threw for them to not make one of the burgers and all the fries was cold. Went inside to get the missing burger made and it took another 20mins to get it. Over 50 minutes waiting on food. $50 spend on cold food. This place needs to be more organized and of anything be over staffed on busy night and maybe consider who and what kind of work ethic your employees have. This was flat out ridiculous.

Ordered patty melt with tomatoes and pickles, fries, and a medium chocolate shake. Would probably order a small next time because it was especially sweet. Variety selection of sauces (try the spicy ketchup) and foods. Really great service from the staff. The restrooms were clean as well.

No problem with the food or the service overall. The guys working were all very good at their jobs. The only reason I'm giving it an overall score of 4 starts instead of 5 is because of how long it took to get through the drive-thru line. When I pulled up, there were only 4 cars in front of us, and yet it took almost 15 minutes to get to the window to pay. Then it took another couple of minutes waiting at the window while they made our shakes. The only thing that I will say about that part of it is that they did at least wait to make our shakes, so when they came out, they were still nice and frozen instead of half melted. I will also add that this was my first visit to this store. So I don't know if the wait time is normally that long or not. Plus, from what I could see at the window, there were only 3 people working. So they may have also been short staffed. However, in spite of the wait, our food was prepared exactly how we ordered it, it was all hot and fresh, and they were very personable and quick to assist when my wife dropped her shake in my lap. They even filled it back up at no extra charge (she only lost a little bit of it when it spilled). So even with the extra wait time, it was worth the trip, and I will definitely be stopping by that location again (if I'm ever back in the area). Great job, guys! Keep up the good work!! 👍

This was my first visit ever to a Whataburger. The young women over the speaker actually sounded like she hated her job and needs a few lessons in customer service. I was just passing through and was still several hours from home. I ordered a burger ONLY and a small, sweet tea. Easy to get correct, right? I got down the highway and my tea was unsweet and I was charged for a meal (I did receive fries but did not want them). Yes, my fault for not checking before leaving but I didn't think an order as simple as small burger and a small, sweet tea would get messed up.

Used App to order. Checked in curbside. After 15 minutes had to go inside to get food myself. Food was barely warm, employees were short with customers and uncaring.

Fast and friendly as always. I've never had an issue with my order, the staff is friendly, and the speed is wonderful. I ordered online and got my food in less than ten minutes through the curbside pickup. It was still fresh and warm by the time I for home! Tasted delicious.

It's pretty obvious that this store is having issues. This morning 06APR2003, at 05:50, I pulled up to the drive through. It took them a few minutes to take my order. After sitting at the window for 15 minutes, I finally left. No one came to the window for payment, or to say anything about the delay. Mine was the only car in drive through. I tried telling a manager that went in the side door, but she ignored me. I won't be back, and I definitely don't recommend.

Great food, pretty fast service, but they can't spell names very well.

Went through drive through tonight, ordered a #2 dry no pickles and a sweet and spicy bacon burger meal. I think we waited maybe 5-10 minutes? But our food was HOT and DELICIOUS when we got it 😋😋 The staff was super friendly too!! So huge shout out to whoever took our order!

We're to begin about the overall experience here. If it wasn't for the food being so delicious. The wait time is excruciating long. When you see cars waiting for 20 minutes through the drive through. And then they eventually give up or get tired of waiting and pull off. Or when you're standing inside awaiting your turn to be able to place your order. Same scenario. But overall customers and staff were patient with each other no one was irate and everyone remained calm.

Immediately said hello as I walked in the building. Took my order and I received my food quickly. It was freshly made correct and delicious 😋 Great customer service and I will return!
