    Gave the employee my coupon code from the app. He “entered” it in and apparently it didn’t work. He ran my card without telling me it didn’t work. Then when I pulled forward the manger offered no solution then walked away from the window. I then proceeded to wait for another employee to approach and ask “do you still want the food” (food I had already paid for.) Never returning

    Decent, I guess. I can’t count on one hand how many times they mess up an Uber Eats order by not including a main item. 🙄

    I live nearby and come to this restaurant from time to time. I cannot tell you the last time that staff said "thank you" when taking my money or handing me my order. I have addressed this several times, but I just get that stare, clueless. Why would your customers continue to come back if you guys do not appreciate where your paychecks come from? L

    I waited 15 minutes for my food. I asked someone behind the counter if this was normal and immediately sense her contempt for my question. I asked to speak to a manger (Carmen, in this case). She turned out to be just as rude, interrupting as she went. I told here my order number had not been shown recently on the Now Serving screen or even on the In Process screen, visible from the ordering area. I though maybe my order had been mistakenly taken by another customer. I've experienced rude customer service here before so I'm guessing it's how they train people.

    Waited in line for 30 minutes without moving once. Line was so long it creeped out into the road and eventually numerous people started leaving. Maybe invest in some faster staff. There was no line when I entered and then everything froze up. Again, for 30 entire minutes. Corporate needs to reevaluate the management of this location.

    This place needs a huge change fast. We come here because it's close and our kids like the food. But I feel this location is stealing from its customers. It's become way too frequent for us to get home and realize we didn't receive our entire order. Just last week, we bought 3 value meals and were missing 2 of 3 orders of fries. I submitted a comment online and was told this was going to be addressed with the store (no reimbursement for the food I paid for and didn't receive, though). Then today, we got 3 value meals again and were missing the Big Mac. If I walked out without paying, wouldn't that be theft? How is this not theft!?

    This location deserves less than one star. The service at this location is horrible. No reason why a mobile order should take 37 minutes. And this is not an isolated incident. The proprietor or franchisee of this location is to blame for the mess. The store is understaffed and yet is forced to run both drive through lanes which causes the horrible service. This needs to stop.

    Not happy at all, I ordered two standard breakfast meals. The food is what you expect from a McDonalds, the service not so much. I was parked and they forgot about me! How does that happen! Luckily the older lady working the parked peps checked it out for me after I sat there for 15min every one else who pulled up next to me got their food and left with in a few minutes. I was there a total of 25min. I got an I'm sorry from the one person who was not at fault, the older lady who helped me. I would find another McDonalds down the road if I were you, that's what my family and friends will be doing!

    Horrible service, no one was the least bit friendly. The fries were half full, I tried to get the employee's attention, but she was too busy listening music through her ear buds. My drive home was less than 5 minutes. Food was not even warm by that time. This is the 3rd time in a row, done with this location.

    One of the worst mcdonalds there is! Waited for over 25 mins for my food in the mobile car spot without anyone telling me what's going on. So when I called them the women was screaming in the background that she had to make my order again. I understand things happens but don't act like it's my fault especially since this happens more often then not.

    It is not fast food if they mess up your order time and time again. Don't move to the pull out number. They just put you on the "no rush line".

    Ordered on the mobile app. When I got to the second window, a lady asked me what I had ordered. Not sure why she didn’t know which order was mine. But that’s not a big deal. I tell her what I had and she goes oh here you go. After asking what I ordered she still forgot my hashbrown. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and a hash brown. Not hard to get that right.

    I eat McDonalds everyday and I go to different locations. I've been here a few times and the wait is always longer than most McDonald's in the Johnson county area. I believe this is the only one in the KC metro (Kansas side) that charges to put mayonnaise on your burger. The fries and Sandwich were hot enough to enjoy. To conclude I believe you will enjoy the food and if you're not in a rush you'll enjoy your conversation with whomever you're with. My rating however is based on all the McDonald's around suggesting that you may want to go a few more miles to the next location. There is no play place for kids.

    My wife ordered two happy meals and when she got home, there were no nuggets or hamburger in the meals. Just fries, apples, and a toy. Make sure to check your items before you leave! Disappointing.

    I love the McDonald's app. I hardly ever Miss breakfast at McDonald's I love their bacon egg and cheese biscuit. In the app, there's always some breakfast special. For the last month it's been a $2 breakfast sandwich so I use that to get myself a bacon egg and cheese biscuit. The prices have been going up. It was nice when drinks were only a dollar, and while they're more expensive now, they're still cheaper than other fast food places. Breakfast burritos used to be a dollar and that was my go-to for breakfast for a long time. But now that the price is gone up and I can get a breakfast sandwich for just $2, that's what I do

    Drive through always takes forever later in the day. Also no one hardly says a thing at the windows. They say you’re total, take your card, give you ur card, hand you ur food and just stare at you till you drive away. Never responds even when I say thank you. It’s also not just one employee, it’s almost all of them.

    Usually drive through but kids wanted a sit down last week. It was so clean and the help was very friendly. All of the stores owned by this family, including the originals in Lawrence are top notch! Owners are present :)

    They told me to order on the kiosk so I did. When I got my order for 2 big mac's, it was supposed to be big mac's 4 sacks so I get 4. I used a code for $2 off my order so thats why they said I can't get the 2 extra. Also took 20 mins waiting and another 10 for when I had to pay because they made me use a kiosk and couldn't ask a employee about big mac's 4 sacks deal.

    This McDonald's used to be alright, but the past couple of times I've went something had been off with the food and drink. Last time my fries were overly crispy yet cold, and this time the Sprite tasted diluted and had a strange aftertaste. Not sure what happened or if there was a change in management or owner or something.

    This is a good, clean McDonald's (which is important to note), with a spacious dining room. You may be surprised it's a McDonald's at all, there's almost no signage whatsoever facing the main road to the South. Food is exactly what you would expect, but for a quick, cheap bite it's just fine.

    Absolutely the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. I had ordered a caramel frappe it was on the screen and then when I got to the window I never got my frappe. Then said that it wasn't ordered and I didn't pay for it. When I asked if I could then order it at the window and pay for it at the window they told me I could not. This place is ran by a bunch of high school kids who have no manners can never say thank you or you're welcome every time I go I always have a problem

    This location has gone completely down hill. Used to be great. Today... No tables were clean... I mean none. Spills all over the floor. Bathroom was bad. It's very disappointing.

    Ordered carry-out at the McDonald's inside the Plaza casino. Only had one person taking orders and the same person was filling the orders. She also wasn't the most cordial person. Had two orders in front of me and it took longer than usual to get my food.

    It's McDonald's and the only caveat I have is the lobby is not open so it was drive-thru only. My little girl wanted to add something to her order at payment and they did it without a sigh or huff (McDonald's HQ should hear about this since it was a first). Pleasant staff. Good safe location.

    Serve breakfast until 11:30, an hour later than most. The inside is very nice and the staff are extremely friendly. Better than most McDonald's.

    Worst McDonald’s I have ever been in. Went in there this morning because it says on google map that it opens at 5am got to the drive thru no one would take the order they only put a recording message…. So if you are not opening At 5am than don’t put that on the hours.

    Had a cashier who couldn't figure how to do a coupon said in order to get our free fries we'd have to pay a dollar for them 🤔 puzzled as she told the guy previously he had to do the same thing but other than that food was good

    I orders a number 6 sausage egg and cheese McGriddle and they gave me just sausage. I called them and they said it was my fault for ordering off the Al a cart menu and not the main menu! I was in the drive through! I ordered exactly what I saw on the screen! Horrible customer service! I was treating myslef and now I don’t have any breakfast! Just because they screwed up and not admitting there mistake or attempting to make the customer happy!
