I have found my new café. Incredible kind staff and amazing pastries!! I have never even heard of putting sausage and gravy in a roll, but they did it and it’s delicious!! Absolutely bringing friends for my next visit, and soon. Great food! Great coffee!! Great staff and atmosphere!!

Tasty! They're small, but they have big flavor. This place has some odd hours so I almost never get a chance to eat here. They close at 2pm. But I got to eat here today. I only had a couple of kolaches, but they were delicious. Service was fast and friendly, and both the employees I interacted with smiled. That's not something you see a lot these days. The place was clean and very well kept. Satisfies the neat freak in me.

These are simply amazing. I live the sausage gravy ones, but you can't go wrong with any of them!

I mainly go to the Overland Park location, but my experience was less than ideal here. The cashier was listening to music on headphones and messed up part of our order. The food is tasty, but they were out of some popular items.

Cashier was rude. She was listening to music and eating while we were trying to order our food. Food was thrown into a bag and thrown on counter. We weren't asked if we wanted it heated. Everything was cold. We talked to someone who claimed to be the manager, who pulled Cashier away and laughed about our complaints. Cashier returned to register and continued eating while taking next orders. Cashiers seemed more fixed on the tip jars than helping. Horrible customer service.

It was different than what I'm used to having but it was very good nice and quiet and the people were nice I recommend this place for anyone who wants good quick and health food breakfast or lunch

I actually really like the food, but every time I've been in, I am treated very much more like an inconvenience than anything. I'm sure the staff is busy and doesn't have much time for questions, but it's not a place I'll be returning to.

I finally stopped in, I’d been wondering what Kolache was. I ordered 2 cherry Kolache’s. It didn’t taste good, I didn’t finish it! The “bread” part tasted not good or freak. The cherry pie topping was smh

Oh, man! This place is delicious. Get there as early as you can so you can have your pick of all their kolaches because they run out quickly. They are only open till 2 pm, which is a bummer, but they are worth getting up early.

I have been a customer at this location since it was opened. The staff has changed several times and the new staff are extremely rude and not courteous at all. This morning we went in and simply purchased some kolaches and I specifically asked the lady that I want the small sausage kolaches not the ones with the large beef sausage as my daughter doesn’t like them and to be honest they are not very good. She seemed to get upset and told me that the ones she gave me were correct. Once home my daughter bit into one and sure enough it was the larger beef sausage and not the smaller like the one in the sausage and cheese one. So I feel like I was robbed again having to throw them away they are just not very good to taste. This was the last time I will be visiting this location too many times rude service not getting what we asked for and paying for items we didn’t want and are not very good to taste. I was buying these for work often 2-3 dozen at a time but no more from this location. I hate to but the staff you currently have will eventually ruin your entire business. What was once a great place has now become disgusting.

Love this place you really need to bring one home o liberty so I don’t have to drive an hour.

Lola he Factory has a simple unique menu. They do “one” thing and do it well. They offer sweet and savory versions of something no one else even offers, and they are really good!

I come once a month. The service is always excellent. The food is even better.

Umm. Delicious! Never packed. These little buns are heaven sent. Get the egg sausage and cheese. And the apple mmmmm. Good!

Were pretty busy, food was good. Guess since the way they have all the kolaches on trays behind them, would have been nice maybe to have under some type of warmer? Was great to see all the choices and the products like that but would be neat if they were warm when you got them. Would definitely go back though, just heat up at home.

I've been to the Kolache Factory over 30 times over the past few years. The tenured staff does a very good job. Only one time have I been dissatisfied with a Kolache (the sausage and gravy was too salty). Every other time I have tried the everyday standard ones and the special monthly ones, they are great. My favorites are the Ranchero, Chicken Enchilada and the Turkey and Dressing!

The food was good. But the men's bathroom was horrific. The toilet was horribly dirty, the urinal when you flush shoots pee water at you, the paper towel machine was broken, and all around just dirty

The kolaches were tasty, but nothing like a traditional Czech kolache. I was given my great grandmother’s recipe whom was born in Czechloslovakia and they are scrumptious. The taste and amount of dough just wasn’t what I was personally hoping for at kolache factory, but they were tasty for anybody whom hasn’t eaten a traditional one!

Awful experience! Went in Sunday morning for the cherry bread tall man took over 10 minutes taking my order only to tell me there were none left after I had been charged. Younger female cashier approached the situation and handled it well he has ruined multiple visits as he hides in the back to avoid interaction please revise with cashier never going back!

Horrible service today. Had to wait over five minutes for someone to show up behind the counter to wait on us. Bought six kolaches, asked that they be put in a box so that I could identify them later. The clerk refused, saying I had to buy a dozen or more to get a box. I’ve been there many times before and they’ve put them in a box and labeled the lid. Not going back again.

As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by a friendly lady who was eager to take our order. She was incredibly quick and efficient, which made us feel like we were in good hands. Plus, she had a great attitude that made us feel welcome and appreciated. Now, let's talk about the food. The kolaches at Kolache Factory are so tempting - they always look delicious and today was no exception. I decided to try the monthly special, which was called "The San Antonio." It had spicy chorizo, cream cheese, and oh my goodness, it was amazing! The flavors were bold and blended together perfectly. It was honestly one of the best breakfast foods I've ever had. But that's not all we tried. We also got some cinnamon rolls, which were equally as delicious. To make things even better, the friendly lady who took our order warmed up the cinnamon rolls for us, which made them even more satisfying. Now, I will say that Kolache Factory can be a bit pricey if you're someone like me who can eat a lot. However, with the coupon we had, it was a perfect deal. We got to indulge in amazing food without breaking the bank. Overall, I would definitely recommend Kolache Factory to anyone looking for a great breakfast spot. The quality of the food and the friendly service made for an incredible experience. I can't wait to go back and try more of their delicious offerings!

Delicious. Great for grab and go. Good breakfast options. Mainly just rolls filled with food, my favorite is the Ranchero. They also have a number of other pastries (Danishes and cinnamon rolls included) definitely worth trying

Best Kolache I’ve ever had. There’s always a great variety and I love the flavor of the month options. I’d recommend ordering ahead or arriving early, especially on Fridays.

The sausage and gravy kolache is my favorite. I was disappointed in the customer service at this location. I ordered 6 kolaches to go and requested them to be heated up. The associate said they were already warm, I assumed they were fresh. I got to my event (with no means to heat them myself) to realize they were barely room temperature.

I've been here 1 time....only because I'm a person that don't really try new things lol. My coworkers went one morning so I said OK imma go. Thee best decision! That pizza roll and brisket roll was amazing!! I have never had something like this. The bread is so different omg! Amazing. When I go again I'm going to see if they have marinara sauce for the pizza one. I'm a sauce gal lol

Sausage Jalapeno and Cheese are my favorite. I tend to go with the savory rather than the sweet. Pick up a couple dozen and take them to your next family gathering. Maybe two. Only takes a minute. They get you in and out quickly.

My lemonade was expired in july, the whole lot of lemonade is expired, i said something and she says "its ok honey, get an orange juice" so it seems she already knew and is still chosing to sell it. Eww

The Kolache Factory has become our go to breakfast take out place. There are lots of choices and they are all delicious!

I use Kolache Factory quite often for events because I can always count on them having a variety of delicious kolaches readily available at a moments notice and staff that greet me with a smile and quick service! What more could I ask for? I even get discount coupons for my next visit.
